the 500 figure seleka casualty was an estimate by south african officers and some other sources who were NOT on the battlefield.

SANDF was defeated, with a loss of about 50 men dead. Seleka losses probable about 150 more realistic.

south african army surrendered and begged seleka rebels for safe passage to let them hide under french army's umbrella at the airport.

there is no source with accurate statistics to measure nigerian poverty level, world bank has confessed that already, and we posted that source over 10 times on this forum.

you cannot have 100 million nigerians below poverty level of $1 a day.

12 million nigerians work for government and big companies, we have a well integrated nuclear family and extended family system in our tradition and culture, so about 4 people get fed by one person, gives you 48 million people well fed.

the informal sector not documented has workers in smaller companies, traders, artisans, and farmers who are four times more than the size of the other workers, gives you about 36 million people working and earning a good living.

feeding 2 persons each (they earn less than the big job employees) means 72 million people well fed.

totals about 120 million nigerians well fed out of 160 million, leaves about 40 million below poverty line in nigeria.

nobody is poorly fed in nigerian rural and urban agricultural sectors, they grow food and eat fresh fruits, fresh food , fresh meat or fish. value it and you have well above $1 dollar a day for what each person eats.

every family has ancestral land in my village, and they farm, hunt, fish and eat as much food as they want, they may not have cars and nice houses, but that village has 90 % living above poverty line.

you sit down in soweto and try to manufacture statistics about a nigeria you have never lived or traveled to, same with those poorly traveled people who quote a 100 million hungry people fake data on international forums.
