Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
snydergp: Are you talking about the same Pakistan who bough the Raptor II PGM from the same Denel.

Are you talking about the same West and US who uses SA Denel built Helmet look and fire systems on there fighter jets.

Are you talking about the same US/Nato who uses SA manufactured and developed mine protected vechiles, with over 250 already being currently exported to the US under BAE-OMC, Denel Land Systems and Paramount who is currently supplying vechiles to Brazil.

Are we talking about countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Algeria, Sweden, Finland, Pakistan and UAE.

Brazil who jointly will operate the A-Dartar AAM with SANDF.

The UAE who will operate the Seeker-400 UAV with the Mopaka anti tank missile.

Your own Nigerian Army bough SA Caspirs also.

There's no current weaponized AUV used against B.ko H or any domestically built in Nigeria, even the Amenbo III has no hardpoints.

Don't talk about the same Isreal who sold you a drones that didn't even work properly according to your own Beeagle blog in 2012. Go google this yourself.

Let's not go on and on over this nonsense again.

When it comes to R&grin in the military field both Goverment and Private sector there's no comparison between SA and Nigeria as we speak, so please leave the blind patriotism for another day.

This is the same reason why we as africans still can't trade within the continent, too much brain washed fools who still thinks Europe is the masters of everything I weep for you man.

Lastly is it not the same US Navy who now use Australian developed LCS ship technology for the new Litteral Warships.

I thought you worked for a military consultancy, these are things you should've known by now. SA's military budget including all africa's budgets don't even come to 20% of what US military budget of over $800bn so of course the US can give Lockheed-Martin and Boeing Mil more money to develop more systems then SA, SA is in a niche market segment of there own the same as Israel who by the way receives a $5bn grant each year for there military including other support.

Stop acting like a child this is the reason why some of us are slowly starting to decrease our participation on this Thread.
Relax boy, I didn't say your Denel AGL is bad, but if you see that my neighbors dog you will pee pee in your boxers...its a big wild bulldog, looks like a rhinoceros huge and wild....and it hates my black face.

Don't compare sleep with death, Pakistan, built its own JF-17 Thunder jet fighter equal in capability to Sweden's Grippen jet fighter that South Africa could not build and had to Import.

Pakistan built its own Submarines but South Africa had to import Submarines from Germany. Don't compare sleep with death, Pakistan, Isreal, India etc are far ahead of South Africa in military manufacturing technology.

I did not say Nigeria used Amebo drone to attack B.oko H.aram and Mali rebels, I said Nigerian army and air force built domestically and used land drones and robots to do both recce and attack and the newspaper reports for it were posted here. We built those modern equipment fully I'm Nigeria, that has been posted on this forum with web links about 10 days ago when you went into self exile or you were detained in a cell somewhere because of your b.ig m.outh . Lol grin

Nigeria too is now a major military heavy weapons builder in Africa, we are building 70% of a very modern guides missile stealth warship.

If you leave this forum because of the truth people post here, then good bye. Life goes on without you here. We all know you started running away from This forum since Soith African army was defeated by Seleka rebels in CAR.

Last question...did your soldiers use the AGL against seleka rebels ?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
snydergp: Anything in the infantry specs close to this operating this in Nigeria I think nottongue

This is AGL is another testimony of SA's Denel technological supremacy in the military field.grin

This would've been a great force multiplier in the fight against Bo.ko B.oys.grin
Is it in service? What's the name? What's the price? I may need one at home, my neighbor has a troublesome dog that hates my black face. Lol. grin

as for technological supremacy in military field, Denel and South Africa are not at that level yet. America and the other advanced countries including Israel and Pakiatan are still far ahead of south Africa. Even Nigeria is building a Stealth Guided Missile Light Frigate Warship at home in Lagos shipyard Apapa, and Nigerian built Robots and Land drones USV are already attacking B.oko H.aram and Mali rebels in full scale war.

yeboyes: Are you kidding me? What are we acquiring these old (SU-25 frogfoots) and unproven (J-10s,and hongdu L-15 falcons) planes for? Countries like Malaysia are using F15s,F16s,Su 27s and su35 Fulcrum but we choose to go for older and expensive to maintain planes like Su 25 huh I tire for this country. What is our obsession with second hand things because i guarantee the Su 25 planes won't be brand new when they are brought to Nigeria? The J-10s,hongdu L-15 falcons can still not match the Su 27 or Su 35 fulcrum so why waste money buying them? We are better off buying used F16 and F15s instead of those buying those cheap chinese copies.
welcome to this forum sir. hope to see more of you

chinese J-10 jet seems no longer in nigeria's mind. SU-25 frogfoot COIN jet is not certain whether its coming or not, but if it comes, it may just only be for urgent use against b.oko h.aram as it has better armour protection for the pilot than alpha jet and more weapons pylons and payload.

dont worry about weapons nigeria buys from ukraine, we have a defense pact with them for urgent supply of weapons in time of emergency need. the nigerian military seems to be confident that it can get urgent jet fighters from ukraines SU-27 Flankers in safe storage...my opinion, but that is what nigeria did during B.iafran war, we had no combat jets, but during the war nigeria purchased 54 Mig-15,Mig-17,IL-28 jet fighters and bombers to gain air superiority over B.iafra whcih was ruling the skies and bombing nigeria with its b.iafran air forces combat aircraft.

nigeria is very careful about new air superiority heavy jet fighters purchase. we have a very painful experience with british jaguar jets when western nations placed embargo on military suppleis to nigeria, no weapons, no spare parts, no ordnance.

notice that all our new warships are from china and india. eastern/asian countries dont often place weapons embargo. the west dont like to transfer weapons building secrets especially heavy jet fighters. chinese F-7 jets have been successfully dis-assembled and re-assembled locally in nigeria for the sake of full maintenance and copying technology by reverse-engineering for future building of a nigerian made jet fighter.

nigeria gained nothing technologically from all the weapons we have been buying from britain.

the chinese/pakistani JF-17 Thunder will give nigeria oppourtunity of joint partnership to build the jets locally in nigeria aand become a weapons manufacturing giant. people say JF-17 jet is not as good as SU-30, but whom are we fighting today ? Egypt ? Algeria ? Ethiopia ? South Africa ? the powerful countries in africa are all nigeria's friends as at today, but the future may change....war hsitory....friends today, can become enemies tomorrow. Pakistan developed JF-17 Thunder becasue of USA military sanctions affecting the upgrade of its F-16 jets.

SU-27 Flnaker and F-16 Falcon are a bit outdated unless upgraded, and crazy cost of maintenance. SU-30 expensive to buy. south africa is haveing financial problems to maintain 26 grippen jets flying, so 12 are kept out of service in long term storage.

nigeria needs to be careful.

also you may not easily rush from alpha jet to SU-30 of JF-17, you need to a lead-in-trainer of 4.5th generation to prepare pilots to fly 4.5th generation fighters like SU-30 and JF-17, or else you may have pilot air crashes/accidents.

nigeria has the money to buy 100 units of very modern Russian SU-30 jets today and become the most powerful airforce, but we are trying to be careful, and the air force marshals are yet to agree with ministry of defence on this final choice as at last year, but they may have settled the isssue by now, but nigeria military likes to keep secrets.

Fighter Pilot: Mr America you need to read your history without any bias. By the way, what military qualifications do you have? I am boasting a BMil degree and I want to hear what do you have.
i have BSc Accounting plus an MBA degree like American great General Collin Powell of gulf war fame and one of the best military generals in the whole world. i have formidable company/industry certifications in military affairs where i work. America does not focus on one single qualification, we mix different certificates together for better human capital quality.

weapons technology is a science, but war fighting is an art. best military men are born, not made.

i will defeat you both here and in real war with that your BMil degree, i have beaten american soldiers in war simulation in my office. Augustine will teach you a big lesson.

did you go to page 236 of this thread ? like its posted on that page have you ever in your military career seen a civilian that simulated that naval blockade defense and counter attack using an army to destroy a powerful navy ? it cannot be copied and pasted from internet. that is a coastal defence plan of a whole country (usually planed by admirals, generals, and air marshals ) with 850km coastline to defend with no warship and no combat aircraft support.

nigerian navy.....new best in africa...soon

shocking news : nigerian navy new stealth warships will be bigger than the same type in china's navy. name therefore has been re-coded as P18N, no more Type 056 Frigate. in this class of warships nigerian navy versions are even better than the original chinese navy versions. the real Type 056 is 89m, nigerian version is 95m and expected to be better armed as a specially customized warship and with a longer range/endurance days at sea.

Type 056 is the first Chinese warship with module design, which makes it cover the roles from OPV to multi-role frigate

similar signals coming from india too that nigerian navy pipav warship will be bigger than the indian 95m, nigerian frigate will be about 110m and will focus as a clone, on special russian tiger class frigates extraordianry anti-submarine weapons of both torpedoes and missiles to destroy all enemy submarines.

already, the nigerian pipav frigates have many more missiles than south african valour frigates.
nigerian navy soon becomes the new best in africa !

like the NNS ARADU which size and weapons were specailly customized to nigerian requested specifications in size and weaponry, the new 4 to 6 stealth frigates will be bigger and have more powerful combat weaponry than the ones used by the navy in countries that built them...india and china.

four valour frigate south africa : 76mm gun. 8 anti-ship missiles. 16 anti-aircraft missiles. 4 anti-submarine torpedoes

two P18N light frigate nigeria : 76mm gun. 4 anti-ship missiles. 8 anti-aircraft missiles. 6 anti-submarine torpedoes. these nigerian missiles may be

more because of bigger size than china's version Type 056, reports say the missiles numbers may be double of what is written above.

four valour frigate south africa : 76mm gun. 8 anti-ship missiles. 16 anti-aircraft missiles. 4 anti-submarine torpedoes

the large number of 12 fennec helicopters gives nigeria the ability to search and destroy enemy submarines along the whole of nigeria's 850km coastline all at once, by giving each helicopter just a tiny 70km area to cover quickly as the 12 helicopters spread out. excellent naval war planning.

ATR 72 ASW anti-submarine weapons extra hardware can be fixed on Nigerian Air Force ATR 42 Surveyor Maritime Aircraft if needed

The ATR 72 ASW integrates the ATR 42 MP (Maritime Patrol) mission system with the same on-board equipment but with additional anti-submarine warfare capabilities. An anti-submarine warfare (ASW) variant of the -500 (itself a version of the maritime patrol variant of the ATR 42–500) is also in production and has been selected by Turkish Navy and Italian Navy for ASW and anti-surface warfare (ASuW) duties. Ten aircraft will be delivered to the Turkish Navy beginning in 2010. Italy's order of four aircraft will begin deliveries in 2012. For ASW and ASuW missions, the aircraft will be armed with a pod-mounted machine gun, lightweight aerial torpedoes, anti-surface missiles, and depth charges. They will also be equipped with the AMASCOS (Airborne Maritime Situation and Control System) maritime surveillance system of Thales, as well as electronic warfare and reconnaissance systems, and will also be used for maritime search and rescue operations.

nigerian navy officers submarine training in pakistani navy submarines

http://beegeagle./2012/02/16/recap-nigerian-navy-personnel-in-pakistan-for-submarine-training/

nigerian navy is prepared for 3 new submarines to by purchased anytime about 5 years from now, so preparing in adavnce. many officers now train in pakistani navy submarines.

Frigates (FF or FFG)

A frigate is a medium-sized surface combatant (between 2,000 and 5,000 tons) that is either suited for one specific role (anti-submarine warfare or

anti-air warfare), or has lesser all-around capabilities than a destroyer. A frigate may be less capable than a destroyer, but is still a relatively

sophisticated and expensive (averaging around US$325 million apiece) platform. A frigate is generally the smallest surface combatant that can

conduct extended blue-water missions in a high-threat environment.

Corvettes (FS)

Corvettes are fast (around 25 knots or better), well-armed ships that displace between 700 and 2000 tons. A corvette is generally not intended for

extended ocean-going operations, and is best suited for regional operations. Corvettes are generally the smallest platforms capable of

accommodating the sensors, weapons, and combat systems needed to operate in a medium threat environment. Corvettes are sometimes referred

to as light frigates (FFLs). It can be assumed that the hull design for a corvette and that of an offshore patrol vessel are very similar. The

differences will be in propulsion and outfitting. Corvettes will have higher speed and therefore less endurance and range than OPV, much greater

armament, and less space for provisions and habitability.

3 new submarines for nigerian navy soon

Between 2001 and 2008, the Nigerian Armed Forces entered into contractual agreements and/or taken delivery of the following:

FOUR Balsam-class 61m logistics ships
TWO stealth offshore patrol craft
British-made supply vessels
Many dozens of Chinese, US and Singapore-built fast response boats, troop landing craft and gunboats in the 10-25m configs.
Though the 4 Buoy Tenders were acquired from US Coast Guard in 2003/2004, they were about 60 years old. On 12 April 2009, the Navy

commissioned two 38-meter Sea Eagle Fast Patrol Crafts (FPCs) - NNS Zaria and NNS Burutu and two new Agusta helicopters procured from Alenia,

Italy.
EXPECTED
1,450+ton oceangoing OPVs @ US$260 m
More 38m stealth Offshore Patrol Craft from Singapore
Super Dvora and Shaldag gunboats from Israel
More Chinese gunboats and landing craft (rumoured end-figure of 200 units..including already delivered units)
More Singaporean gunboats
TWELVE Agusta A109 Power helicopters
TWELVE Eurocopter AS-550 Fennec naval attack choppers
FOUR Offshore Patrol Craft from France
THIRTY gunboats from France
The Air Arm of the Nigerian Navy owns a mix of about 8 Agusta-Westland Lynx helicopters and Agusta 109 Power helicopters. With the expected

delivery of TWELVE Eurocopter Fennec naval attack helicopters, it seems likely that the NN Air Arm will have about 20 recce and attack choppers.

The necessity for a floating helicopter base for the NN's Air Arm becomes necessary.

In mid-2009 the Nigerian Navy sought the Federal Government's approval to add to its inventory about 49 warships of different types and 42

combat helicopters to enable it police the nation's territorial waterways, including the Gulf of Guinea effectively. To enable the Federal

Government meet up with this target, the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ishaya Ibrahim stated that the Federal Government, through the

Ministry of Defence (MOD), set aside a percentage of the GDP for Maritime Security Equipment Development Fund.Ibrahim stressed that government

should also establish Maritime Cabotage Bank to make available maritime-related investment funding. This request was contained in a communiqué

issued at the end of the Chief of Naval Staff Annual Conference (CONSAC) held in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital.

Vice Admiral Ibrahim stated that for the Navy to pursue its operational capacity that will enable the nation become one of the 20 strongest nations,

it should procure the different platforms in three phases, namely short, medium and long term measures.

the immediate plan which will span for two years, the Federal Government should add to the inventory of the Navy two light frigates, two 85

metre OPVs, six 17 metre Manta Class IPCs, six Shaldag MK 11 Patrol Craft, two 38 metre FPBs, two combat Augusta A138 helicopters, one Landing

Platform Dock, and two Logistics Ships.
In the medium term which will span between two to five years, the CNS said the Nigerian Navy would need, ten OPVs,20 helicopters, one

hydrographic ship, two training ships, two logistics ships, and two mine counter measure vessels (MCMVs).
While the long term plan which he put at between five and ten years, he requested the Federal Government to procure, three Conventional

Submarines, two corvettes, two LPDs, 20 long rang maritime patrol helicopters, two training ships and two MCMVs.

COMING VERY SOON TO THE NIGERIAN NAVY

TWO LIGHT FRIGATES(these will probably be the German MEKO A200 corvettes),
TWO 85 metre OPVs (these are the same Castle-class OPVs which we talked about earlier on this thread)
SIX 17 metre Manta Class Inshore Patrol Craft (two entered NN service in Q1,2009),
SIX Shaldag MK 11 Patrol Craft(one entered service in July 2009
TWO 38 metre Offshore Patrol Craft(two others entered NN service in April 2009),
TWO combat Augusta A138 helicopters,
ONE Landing Platform Dock, and
TWO Logistics Ships.

MEDIUM TERM (TWO TO FIVE YEARS)

TEN OPVs,
TWENTY helicopters,
ONE hydrographic ship,
TWO training ships,
TWO logistics ships, and
TWO mine counter measure vessels (MCMVs).

LONG TERM (FIVE TO TEN YEARS)

THREE Conventional Submarines,
TWO corvettes,
TWO LPDs,
TWENTY long-range maritime patrol helicopters,
TWO training ships and
TWO MCMVs.

Fighter Pilot: Just looks at Agaugust, someone who claims to be an expect in military, even failed to recognise Cuba as a fully experienced country in combat. He surely needs to visit the history about the Cuban Revolution. Besides, Cuba never fought alone, it fought in coalition of forces against SA, and compromised, Cuba, Angola, ANC, Russia, MPLA. That's why I hate arguing with Nigerians, because when you beat them they will start to beat about the bush and derail the treat. Just look at him, each country has its own dirty laundry and so I don't want us to go there. I just do not have the enegy for that. If you have nothing to discuss, you would rather shut up.
i just set a trap for you and fell down flat into it. i have a lot of information about Cuban military and its war history. Cuba is just our next door neighbour here and our CIA and military watch them everyday. i have neutral sources that proves Cuba had zero combat experience when they fought South Africa, and almost defeated you.

South Africa had overt and covert suppourt from USA, France, Britain, Holland, Israel and China. it was a balanced war and south africa almost got defeated before your government quickly begged for peace talks and settlement.

south africa has NEVER won any war in its life-time. all you have is nice photographs of weapons. Ethiopia has a far better war history than south africa the over-rated weapons producer.

andrewza: You seem not to understand what no Fleet work with a sub, no real ASW assert and no ASW training with there ships.
...because you seem not to understand that a navy that paid for 4 to 6 stealth warships with anti-submarine weapons on board will start preparing itself for anti-submarine war games even before the new warships arrive. you think nigerian admirals are fools ?

we are doing submarine training with pakistani navy before our new anti-submarine warships arrive, so when the ships arrive you think nigerian navy admirals will go to sleep ?

nigeria already knows the secrets of submarine warfare from pakistan and they too want to ordered for the same chinese navy Type 056 light frigate like nigeria.

your navy officers in south africa have been deceiving you that your navy rules africa because you have submarines, keep on dreaming while other powerful african navies are building very modern anti-submarine capabilities. keep dreaming and let your pretoria officers deceive you. one day your navy will get a shock like your army got with seleka rebels.

you think your enemies or rivals are fools ?

The A109 that NN use are not ASW or even martime search. They are martime transport. Yes sure you can buy sytems to put on them to creat a ASW helicopter but NN has not. NN has never conducted fleet work with a SUB yet you want to tell me it has a ASW caperbeilty.

andrewza: What ASW helicopter, just because a helicopter can be a ASW does not mean it is. Nigeria has no real ASW ability face facts and live with it.
nigerian navy has 8 Augusta AW109 helicopters already, so we dont need that type of modular fit and remove ASWplatform, nigeria is going straight for real anti-submarine helicopters, 12 fennec from france to hunt and destroy all your south african navy submarines and sink them to sea bottom for every.

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
sithwell: Augustine, which American school is your MBA from? That's not classified info, right?
Its not classified, but that information will lead you to my Facebook page and my photos and personal data will be exposed in full detail on nairaland.

My privacy will be fully compromised. It happened to @Andrewza here in march.

If you have any qualified Accountant please bring him on forum to challenge me, we Accountants know each other immediately we start talking, we use words and technical terminologies that the laymen don't understand.

I humbly send my respect to every other person of other professions on this forum. I salute you all.

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
Its nothing new. Most new generation American graduates have certificates and certification in at least two different fields, that's the general principle about American educational system.

Some universities here no longer accept any student to study medicine and surgery unless he first gets BSc degree in a different profession.

@fighter pilot, you and I need to 'exchange fire. ' @Andrewza and @Snydergp have run out of ammunition, all they do now is to post lies and insults when I prove them wrong. Lets try you next and see how much truth you will tell. Lol grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
South Africans, your nightmare has just started. Nigerian navy is buying 4 to 6 Frigates and you cannot change it. Do I need to repeat old posts ? They are equipped to stop your valour frigates.

To help your Afrikaans polluted English language, go back and read the web link sources I gave you in february/march read again the correct meanings of Frigate, Corvette, and OPV. I am your teacher here, you are my boys.

Fear of Nigerian navy new stealth frigates and anti-submarine helicopters will take away your sleep every night. You are in trouble, rainbow nation Soweto republic grin

Insulting me or posting lies won't help you, the Nigerian navy new stealth frigate warships web link sources and photos have been repeated on this forum too many times. The records k.illed your falsehood grin

sithwell: Agaugust is an accountant, with an American MBA. But that's not all. He also works as a military researcher in the United States of America.

Tell them Augustine!
My brother, Augustine has shown them too much already, @Agaugust sank the whole south African navy best valour frigates warships to sea bottom, shot down all your best Grippen jets to ground level.....I wanted to crush the south African army, but Seleka rebels finished the job before me.

@snydergp, your argument with @all4naija...israel helped south africa build nuclear technology in arpatheid times, and you paid many millions of dollars to israel for it. the whole world knows this fact, newspapaers published it those years back.

@andrewza, olifant tank is british centurion tank they sold to south africa, israel helped you to upgrade it, and BAE systems also helped you upragde the tanks as a british company with factory branch in south africa.

if michael jackson changes his nose, hair, and bleach his skin, does that mean he is no longer a black man ?

olifant tanks of south africa is British made and imported by origin. simple fact.

Fighter Pilot: True-!!! There is only one Blue Water Navy in the whole Sub-Saharan region and that's SAN. Not even any pirate will attempt to come any close.
your south african waters has no valuable mineral wealth to attract sea pirates...only fish you have there.
sea pirates dare and do risk facing american and chinese navy in the horn of africa due to the great shipping of global businesses on waters around the gulf region.

if you have value, thieves will take risk and come steal from you...even if you are armed.

i sank that your blue water south navy to sea bottom during simulation of naval blockade of nigeria waters on page 236. if south african navy dares nigerian territorial waters, we will sink all your warships....and south africa will have no navy anymore

top ranking african navies are re-arming powerfully to rebuild their blue or green water forces.

Egypt: 2 Type 209 submarines

Algeria: 2 Valour class stealth frigates

Nigeria: 4 to 6 stealth frigates and FFL with extra anti-submarine capabilities, and 12 Fennec attack/anti-submarine

helicopters

nigerian navy new pipav stealth frigates copy of russian tiger class. 2 to 4 ships on order

Defenceweb: No my man. You derailed yourself. You decided to reply to my post. Nowhere did I say that this is a military rocket.
Nowhere did I say that this rocket will have an explosive warhead placed on it. So you wasted your own time.

This rocket is designed to carry satellites (civilian and military) into orbit. So again, you wasted your own time trying to be clever.
there will be no satellite for you to put on that rocket for the next 5 years if at all the private company is luck to raise money to complete the project.

you were trying to match it below the post of @Henry on nigerian satellite in military use for combat. so i had to help you tie up your wings, you cannot fly yet...you too young, start by walking grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:46pm On May 17, 2013
all4naija: Good! Now, let us work as a team than bragging to Nigeria, the giant of Africa.
sorry but nothing good yet, the rocket needs 5 years to launch and they are still looking for money to fund it. then rocket booaster is useless to space technology if there is no satellite to launch...and there is none in that weblink. so its a south africa brag that may not materilaise untill 5 years and cannot be used as weapon as a regulation signed...i posted that above.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:42pm On May 17, 2013
Defenceweb: So have I still made a bogus claim?

yes still bogus claim...read your own source, i copied and quote sentences from it below, or you no go school ?
grin

http://m.news24.com/news24/SciTech/News/SA-firm-readies-space-rocket-20121015

...and it can never be used for military purpose ;

"Comninos' proposal at the SA Space Association Congress in Cape Town revealed that most of the work had already been done and the company is seeking private funding to have a launch vehicle ready within five years.

"We've designed the Cheetah 1 launch vehicle as a cryogenic liquid rocket engine which makes it almost impossible to weaponise, but we are registered with the non-proliferation office and they are aware of our capabilities and we provide reports and feedback as to our progress," Comninos added.

stop wasting my time, i was trying to reply that your @fighter pilot guy and @snydergyp so you just derailed me.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:32pm On May 17, 2013
Defenceweb: I don't think you even know what I was talking about
I know you were posting a bogus claim, thats why i reacted.

may i add this :

standard requirement for coverage of the whole world is 3 big satellites and nigeria has it, we can watch all south african military movements from space and watch your president jacob zuma kissing his wife in the open garden in pretoria !

Egypt will have a big problem at war with Nigeria because of our superior satellite technology, we are the best in africa today. superior satellite capability helped Britain to defeat Argentina in Falklands war 1982. Egypt can only defeat Nigeria if they massively launch all their huge weapons aresenal at Nigeria in one week or else Nigeria will have reaction time and stop Egypt to stalemate war in about 7 weeks. Postulation though, but practically realistic based on war research and analysis.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:26pm On May 17, 2013
nigeria is superior to south africa in satellite technology

Defenceweb: I'm telling you to keep quiet because you could have simply asked for a link.
By claiming it was a bogus comment, you opened yourself up to ridicule, which you fully deserved.
Now enjoy your link with the humble pie you're also eating.
Nothing in your bogus Web Link. Its a fluke ! Nothing in that website of a private company, nothing in that source that says south africa achieved anything from your bogus rocket photos. a south african private company still hoping to build something while nigeria is using 3 big satellites for military warfare, and we are also building and testing space launch rockets at same time with long range missile project in lagos epe coast lagoon.

where were you when i used nigeria satellite tracking to sink the whole south african navy blockading nigerian coastal waters ? nigerian army artillery with satellite image control and fire re-directing sank your blue water navy in 5 minutes on nigeria coastal waters, and you have no valour class frigates after that power show !

add to it the new nigerian satellite posted above on this page by @Henry, south africa is just a joke !

see the battle simulation i posted on page 236 and go sit down men.

stop the meaningless talk, you should be the one to humble yourself.

standard requirement for coverage of the whole world is 3 big satellites and nigeria has it, we can watch all south african military movements from space and watch your president jacob zuma kissing his wife in the open garden in pretoria !

pleep: do they actually fight?
yes, those girls almost defeated ethiopia, these fine girls killed many thousands of the highly respected ethiopian army. they lost the war in the second round because of their smaller tiny nation, less weapons and less soldiers compared to mighty ethiopia, these eritreans won the first round, then ethiopia mobilized a 350,000 man army and the girls and their boys had to retreat back to the border line.

i will rather fight south african army than fight eritrean army. research in history says they may have a type of genetic trait that makes people grow up into 'born infantry warriors first class'.

i feel like marrying one of them...if i get a chance. i like tall girls but i dont want trouble.
