I know one man who used to take those interested in learning some handwork and train them. He established as much as he could and those he trained never forget him. Some had become wealthy and equally reciprocate the same gesture by going to the orphanage and taking responsibility of training the grown up ones. Some of the females ones who marry wealthy people also help in training others. They always have good heart.

Am 21 a single mum with 1 girl age 5 , her dad rejected me when I was pregnant he left when I was 4 months pregnant with her .
I had a difficult time growing up , my mum died when I was 8 years and my dad denied me claiming my mum had cheated on him and there’s no way I could be his daughter.

She took me to him it was my first time seeing him I looked just like him with one eye big one small but he insulted the hell out of us saying he will never accept me because my mum was a cheater she had so many boyfriends that I should ask her who my real father is but my aunty insisted that my mum had told her before she passed on that he was my dad even taught I resembled him still he denied and kicked us out like we were dogs I cried and my aunty was angry because of the insult so she left me all alone in the street but later came to me . Since that day my life situation has worsened because I was forced to stay with different people where I was being abused , my baby dad came as a guardian angel to my life he took care of everything i needed by promising me heaven on Earth I taught he will get me out of my hard situations but I was wrong i find out he was married with kids I was heartbroken because I didn’t want to live the same lifestyle as my mum had lived but history has repeated itself just like my mother had me with a married man but she knew he was married but me I didn’t know , but it was too late for me to moved on because I was already pregnant for him and I didn’t want to abort my baby I have decide to continue the relationship but when I was 4 months pregnant he left me and blocked me from all his contacts , this is the man that has never bothered to asked about his child for 5 years now..
My little girl dont even know her dad the same way I did not know mine until I was 14 which break my heart anytime I think about it.
My daughter and I are staying with my madam the lady tat I serve her for now 3 years but things here hasn’t been easy for us because my madam children don’t like me they keep accusing of things I don’t do like I stole their money , clothes and many more before my madam was telling them to stop with their bad attitudes towards me but I have noticed that whenever they had accused me she start getting angry with me sometimes we can go days without her not talking to me which I think I have overstayed and I am not longer wanted here I want to leave this house and to go and hustle but I feared for my daughter because I don’t want her to end up like me.
If I leave this house we will be on the street for a long time till I will be able to get somewhere else to stay with her also I don’t think I can give her the best education because if she stay with me she will end up being a teen mother just like I did something I don’t want to happen to her and I came across someone who’s willing to help me by taking care of my daughter to give her the best life something that I have always wanted for her , she promised to take care of her till university and she will give me the money to rent a room and start up business she said she will take things to the right direction like adoption but I don’t know how she will do it because I have no idea that I will have to sign up papers for agreement i have agreed because I think is really a good opportunity for me even taught I have accepted but sometimes I am getting worried about giving her my daughter I am having sleepless nights and thinking all nights.

There are still good people in Nigeria despite what is happening. There are a lot of childless couples wanting to adopt children they can cater for. You want the best for your daughter and you cannot afford to give her the best. Make enquiries about the woman who wants to adopt her. If she is a good woman, go ahead and allow her to adopt your daughter, if your enquiry says otherwise then forget it and struggle to give her the best you can. If eventually you agree to the adoption ensure you pay them visits once in a will to see how she is faring. However whatever advice you are given here, the final decision and choice is yours and whichever decision you take is right. Wish you well.

You are correct but it is not Idemiri rather it is Idemili. It doesn't bite but strangles its prey. They used to worship it in those days. Though only few peoples who are not Christians still worship it, it is not intentionally killed there and if killed by accident, those who worship it are called to come and take it and bury after performing some rituals.

So since my older sister got married I always come to her house and spend few weeks or months and go back. Al·through my university days, whenever school is not in session I always come down here to spend time with her and her husband.
Truth be told the husband is a very nice man and has helped me always financially, anytime I come here once my sister welcomes me the first day like this, from the second day she leaves all her house chores for me, I mean everything and she just relaxes. At times I get really tired and don't even feel like doing those chores but because most times when I come visiting she is heavy ( pregnant) so most times I just help her...
Thing is my sister doesn't appreciate all my effort, most times she complains self its the hubby that tells her that I am hardworking and at least she should give me credit for all I do.
Now the reason why am writing this is because am done with service (NYSC) and as it is its like I have to stay in her house because the state where she stays has more job opportunities compared to where our parents live... She stays in Abuja...I have been down with malaria for few days now and I have been on treatment, just because I can't do certain house chores because am not too strong my sis started complaining saying I can't be living in her house and be waking up whenever i like... Mind you I was always the first that wakes up when I wasn't sick, in fact I will wash the dishes, sweep, mop daily, cook food, bath her children and all those things.
The only thing she does is to bath her youngest baby, but now because for these few days she has been doing those work I do daily she is already saying she can't tolerate me sleeping and not waking up on time.
My question is this, does she have the right to be so angry at me because she is doing her house chores? I feel its her house and so she doing her house chores herself shouldn't be a problem since am not too strong to help her do it. She herself just sweep and doesn't mop, but she expects me to sweep and mop everyday.
Should i just go back to my parents house and get a job there? Me renting my own house is not an option because am a lady and am just 22...

From my experience you are economical with the truth. The truth is that most youths within your age bracket are always busy with their phone. There is no way your sister will not appreciate you if you are doing all those things you mentioned. Moreover you are doing those things as if she is punishing you that is why you see it as a big task. If you do them with happiness you will discover that they are nothing. She is giving you a serious training, preparing your how to handle your own domestic chores when you eventually marry. Work does not kill rather it makes one stronger. It is only the lazy ones who complains of everything including dish washing. Are you washing for the whole of Abuja. Look for work any way but don't use as an excuse not to help in the house chore. See it as what you are doing for yourself and it will less burden to you. I wish you good luck.

Summary: When you subscribe for night data, MTN doesn't only deduct from your night data balance, they also deduct from your main balance.
Explanation For long I've been using the MTN pulse plan. I buy 1.5gig weekly. But because I usually need to download tutorials from YouTube I support my data with their 500mb midnight plan.
I've always noticed that my 1.5gig doesn't last long. Within five days (sometimes three days) my data would have finished.
I spend a lot of time online but there's no way my daily usage can reach 400mb. Most of my time online is on WhatsApp, searching google for information and staying up to data with industry gists on Twitter.
This night I subscribed to the MTN night plan, then used their app to check my balance before browsing. If you use the mtn night data regularly then you know there's no way to check your balance with USSD.
Luckily for me, the MTN app shows the night balance. So I was able to monitor both my main data balance and the midnight balance.
Guess what I found? MTN was deducting from both accounts simultaneously. No wonder, this is the snake that has been stealing eggs from my poultry. I was so angry that I wanted to remove the SIM but I decided to collect evidence before removing their SIM.

Then I took the second screenshot after the download had completed.
As you can see, MTN didn't even touch my night data again. They deducted virtually everything from my main balance.
