BeeBeeOoh:This is Nigeria trying to reap from where they did not sow. They never caught Invictus but they're rushing to confiscate his properties. However that's by the way. His life got ruined right from the day he is convicted because imprisonment is the LEAST of punishments for all thieves and scammers in the global west. The BIGGEST punishment is RESTITUTION which is the main reason for the investigation ab-initio. Invictus, Hushpuppy, upcoming puppies and all Yahoo guys should know that once they open file on top your matter, the number one reason is to recover everything you gained. The worst part of it all is that you don't just pay back to the last cent. You MUST also pay accrued INTEREST. In summary, what I am trying to say is Nigeria cannot take his property as long as he committed no crime against Nigerians and not within Nigeria's jurisdiction. He will willingly sell those things to pay back his victims in the UK, US and wherever else they may be. |

No be only change church. Anything way make me leave Anglican communion na death. If any of your church members or these religious businessmen you call "pastors" try to tell your their usual stories of how they became "Pentecostal /"firebrand"/ called" and decided to leave orthodoxy, just refer them to John1:5 if you think that you are the light in darkness, why not shine it where you are and eliminate darkness. There is no justification to leave where you are except for reasons the Bible calls being blown away by "the wind of gospel" |
I am still wondering how it became newsworthy in Naija that someone/people visited another. When you see all this, you realize how backwards we are in everything as a country. It's just like having a caption in US daily or forum like NL that says "Donna Brazile and Andrew Young visit Andrew Yang." People will be like " okay... so... "? |

osuolale95:Op, follow this checklist. 1. If that car was UK used and converted to left handed steering, avoid it. You'll keep spending on power steering/shaft problems. 2. Was that car a manual gearbox car that was converted to automatic? Avoid it. Problems with the gear system is likely to arise if not latent already. 3. If the car was EU- Used with factory-fitted automatic gearbox and sound engine/gear, then GO FOR IT. It is a very reliable ride. A used one here with the specs I listed on item 3 above with a nice AC is sold for 1.8-2.4M here in Europe. |
icecool12:That car (EU Corolla 2002-2007) is the Nokia 3310 of all Corollas ever made. |

For those that are still wondering how it works, when these people are convicted, they don't get to keep their gains. Apart from doing time, they pay back EVERY dollar proven to have been gained through scam by the prosecutor and sometimes with interest. The worst thing that can happen to you in life is to owe Oyinbo government. Each payment default results in automatic interest. So, a lot of them end up selling those hotels, luxury cars, jewellery and estates that they amassed to pay back but it ends up not being enough. Most people keep paying back in their whole lifetime. So, the summary of my gist is that once you've been caught doing "G", your life has been ruined from that day. |
ItsTutsi:This person you're ridiculing even in death is a 2:1 UNN law graduate who was murdered by bandits who have been baptized as UGM. If anyone of you believe that IPOB/ESN are killing these Igbos, then that person is very shallow. Just few days ago, Police shot and killed one of the so called UGM, and now report has it that it was found out that he was an active DSS guy. Think, people think. |
daddytime:It's not the case. It is the issue of Brexit. That shit is very complicated even for the authorities who are still grappling with interpretations for people from third countries. |
Abeg as an engineering student in Naija, once u enter 200L, start part-time software classes. U don't even have to wait until U graduate and served. Make sure U learn 2 or more relevant programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) if you want to compete globally. If you carry that our administrative (theory) engineering degree travel outside Naija, u will realise that the "P" in psychology is more useful than you and your degree. Even Civil engineering for this our Obodo Oyinbo has embraced IoT to the fullest. |
empron:will you recommend someone to buy direct Belgium of 2006 VW Passat, 2.0 automatic?. How is your experience using that car? |
You know how Kanye West said on air that Slavery of blacks in the new world was a choice as he is yet to understand how a group of people will allow themselves to be enslaved for 400 f**king years. That is exactly how our future generations will talk about you and I. They'll be wondering how we allowed a set of people amongst us (not up to 1% of our population) who called themselves politicians to short-change the rest of the people 99% for several decades without any form of resistance. Just think about this at your quiet time then, you'll not blame FFK but shift the blame on us all. Our mumu get PhD. |
If you be automechanic and you set your feet in America, Europe, Canada or Australia, you're made for life. If you come combine am with auto-diagnostics using software and ability to fix peripherals such as drive shaft, axle and differential, pneumatic suspension and shock absorbers/ alignment/ balancing, undercarriage welding (exhaust/catalyst), etc then na billionaire in Naira you don become. |
yom2:Whatever they're doing is way better than what we're doing in West Africa and that is the main point I want to drive home. If their fatalism is working, what happened to ours? Why can't we try something else? |
HellVictorinho:e.g? |
Timagex:They're located in Africa but they're whites and demand accountability from their leaders. Whereas we from sub-saharan Africa are always scared to die. |
slawormiir:Of course they're all whites, what do you expect? |
This defence is even more annoying. She no get one single drop of brain in her skull. Pray make u never marry wife wey loose come dull join. That one na saraka for awon homeboys. |
As long as "the agency" is not giving you any luggage to take to Canada and they won't give you "Ogbono soup + tablets" to swallow, then this deal is too good to be real. Take those conditions out, then you're already blessed. That money is what u can pay back within 8-12 months if you have discipline. |
Delphi:6 months is too small naa, though I understand you don't wanna exaggerate it. |
Mrsoft3:I understand what u mean but the word "instill" is quite jealous of that "imbibe" you used wondering why you gave its position to its opposite. |
Sonnobax15:Because while we may have well trained doctors, most "clinics" we call "hospitals" in Nigeria have less than a hundredth of the medical equipment hospitals should have. |
rumuokoro:You ma need this: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.the-scientist.com/the-nutshell/repoopulation-remedy-39953/amp&ved=2ahUKEwj1s-q92N7yAhXSSPEDHXxuCkwQFnoECEIQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1AcpZebSn8O-8T7Bf8esSP&cf=1 |
Johnholmes:He may even need "repoopulation" from what he explained here. Most probiotics are just full of lactobacillus and that won't help him that much. |
Money dey streets of Naija oo, for sure legit bar dey Naija when you dey for the right hustle. However, one thing I will always advise any youthful person in that country is to ball out. At least to secure the future of your offsprings. |
Way to early for such conclusion. There is an Igbo adage that says "mgbaru anaghi ere ure" Translated word for word as "condolence no dey decay" but means "Condolence is never late". Some of those people he tagged as "fake" could be planning some grand condolence visits and now that he has already ruined their genuineness, they may shelve the idea. |
larryeffizy1:1. Have a SUSTAINABLE source(s) of income before you even think of marriage. Do not save up funds to get married and think you will miraculously have more after marriage. 2. Most Naija babes married their partners as escape plan from singlehood and not out of love. If you find someone who doesn't see you as AN OPTION, feel very comfortable to marry her. That is your only pathway to peace of mind and marital bliss 3. Man up and face family life. 4. Good luck |
