Or are you expecting him to start favouring you because you insult him from morning till night? It doesn't work that way.
Kindly campaign for your Peter Obi in peace and leave bubu alone. Whether he voted him or not, presidency is not Buhari's property. This mentality you have is why Nigeria is the way it is. Government is not doing you any favours. Power belongs to all of us and not the few holding it. Let that sink into your head. |

E-Money has been arrested and bullied until they couldn't lay hand on anything so they left him Obi Cubana has been arrested on multiple occasions yet they couldn't prove their allegation and they've let him be Cubana Chuefpriest's has come and he has been arrested too
It is common for all these to happen once you're an Igbo in Nigeria, so nobody is surprised
The thing that surprises is how some non Igbos were celebrating his arrest on Twitter saying they know of his tax fraud and money laundry baffles me but God will judge all of them And all these people are far from political positions, then imagine if they were close to power and in opposition parties. |

Family › Re: My 29-Year-Old Son Still Wants Me To Be Feeding Him After Graduating by Aguogba(m): 3:53pm On Mar 13, 2022 |
Desusi: Naira landers, kindly advise me on what to do.
l am over 60 years old, a widower. By the grace of God, l was blessed with three children of which two are graduates with good grades from reputable universities here in Nigeria, one is still undergraduate before the departure of my late wife some years back.
As a retired man with meager money, I decided to manage a little business which barely gives me much money. One of these my children, a professional, though not teacher, is currently residing with me doing teaching job in different places as part time, pending when he would get a much better job.
We are living in my personal house. l would single handedly pay electricity bills, lawnman, etc. My son would not want to help in any way, not even with pure water of #10 claiming that he is with his father.
Efforts to convince him to assist me is not yielding positive result, instead he would pick quarrels with me. His senior sister has married, while the junior brother is still in the school as dependant, what sort of counseling do you think he needs to change.
I am afraid even if this boy owns shop rite in future, he would not help either. Graduation in Nigeria now is no longer a passport towards meaningful livelihood. It only ensures that the graduand can become a reasonable member of the society. What you have to do is to invite your son for a talk. 1.Ask him what his passion is in life. As in, what is that one thing that he knows that he is good at. That thing he does with little effort and excels. 2. When he tells you and you're convinced that he got it right (of course you must have seen signs without being told) 3. Verify from him if he is motivated to chase that passion, if the answer is yes, your problems are halved. 4. Ask him to make a budget of what it takes to KICK-START that passion. 5. Make your own research to confirm if he did a good job with (number 4) above as you won't entertain hiccups after. 6. Provide that "LAST PUSH" and make it clear that it's handsoff from that point as long as economic parental support is concerned. 7. Follow up with advice when called upon. 8. Good luck to both of you. |

FreeStuffsNG: No big deal in it to gloat over
To the ipob terrorists and the unpatriotic naysayers whose hearts are filled with hate, bitterness and bigotry,it is not a big deal. No evacuation plan from a foreign country takes all citizens.
Even some Americans stayed back in Afganistan after US government withdrew and advised all their citizens to join the evacuation planes.
In the case of these Nigerians who chose to stay back, they have different reasons:
Some of them are married there with children and spouses.
The one interviewed on BBC around 2pm Sunday is already married to a Ukranian lady with two children .He was carrying one of his children while the wife was carrying the baby. He could not abandon his wife and little children despite admitting that his Nigerian parents have been worried and would be at peace if he is back home safe in Nigeria. The wife's family too would love to ensure they regroup in Poland and were keeping in touch with them.
The others are using their Schengen visa to move to other institutions instead of coming over and restarting the whole travel process all over.
Some do not have legitimate papers while some are from very poor or dysfunctional families back home and would rather stay long enough and far from their poverty and dysfunctional families they escaped from.
To some, their conscience is to blame. They have plotted against the nation and spoken ill of the land so the resources of this land, by spiritual design, will not bless them. Here's free book on business ideas & money sources directory for you,it's 100% free! https://www.nairaland.com/6666800/looking-business-ideas-money-fund. Cheers. Ukraine is not a Schengen country, that was why they were rejected in the first place. Hungary will pay a very heavy fine to the EU if they ever let them in without official approval. |

Is their any of them you can compare to Donal Trump? Then change the criteria to wealth and social status instead of previous political office held. |
Politics › Re: Constitution Review: 7 Controversial Clauses As NASS Panel Finalises Report by Aguogba(m): 10:24am On Feb 20, 2022 |
Penguin2: I read everything and they are all wonderful provisions.
First, I support stifling of political parties registration process please. Just like I support the deregistration of a thousand of churches especially those started by disgruntled pastors from bigger churches.
A situation where one idiot goes to rent a container in Abuja as party office and asks INEC to register his party relying on whatever stupid Supreme Court judgment is stupid.
They end up wasting everybody’s time at the elections with stupid presidential candidates whose village people don’t even know. If you must contest for the presidency, go and win House of Rep, Senate or even governorship seat first. Show what you can at the regional level and let that be your pedigree giving the presidency a shot.
It is the reason people like Tinubu, Fashola, Peter Obi, Umahi, Umaru Zulum, etc, will always have edge over any other candidates in any presidential contest because we have seen them deliver at regional levels.
Again, Independent candidacy is another masterstroke. Political parties would learn not to toil with popular and capable candidates anymore while going for a buffoon because they think he will play ball.
Allowing states to decide on airports and railways, is another great provision. So that states will stop going to Abuja to beg for approval to build airports like Obiano and Umahi did just to build airport.
Mayoralty status for FCT is wonderful except that they still left the qualification at SSCE when we are clamoring for graduate certificate to be the minimum qualification for political office.
Another thing not so good is Labour going to concurrent list. We have seen how wicked some governors can be. But I trust Labour to make a lot of noise until Labour is removed from concurrent list.
When all is said and done, we will now go to God in prayers that Buhari will assent to it when finally legislated and passed by both National and state legislators.
Nigeria is getting there!
Meanwhile, Igbo Presidency 2023. But Donald Trump was never a councillor before becoming POTUS |

chimexview: Which Swedish school that is cheap you can advise for, for masters program? Cost depends on the course of study and not the school. However, what should be your priority is to choose a school located in a city where there are lots of employment opportunities (Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, etc.). With that, your life as a student will feel less expensive when you study full-time and work part-time. |
