Guy your dog is suffering from Pavos Virus as it happened to my dog. If you have money take him to a qualified vet doctor. Mine was treated with drip and antibiotics. I forced him to take pap with the mixture the vet gave me. Within 3 days....he bounced back. Pls don't allow the othee dog come near him...she might be infected. If u act fast the dog might survive.

It all started 5 nights ago. I came back from work and came along with my usual suya to feed alixis( female Caucasian + German breed) and Sanchez (male same mixed breed)

I noticed Alexis was eating with usual excitement and energy but Sanchez will not eat.
The next morning I woke up to very smelly vomit everywhere. Sanchez who refused to eat has been vomiting and its smelly.this continued till the next day. He has stopped eating and will only take water.
Day 3 I called in my vet who vaccinated them and treated Sanchez. He told me the dog will recover buy by evening the dog seems to be going worse as he is now vomiting only water.as I type this, he has lost so much weight looking so skeletal and is still refusing to eat. Everyone is giving up already as he has refused to recover. Please help me guy. I have been feeding them can food since I got them and made sure their environment is very clean. Alexis the female is fine and very active but Sanchez is almost gone.

MÉDECINES SANS FRONTIÈRES, Primary and secondary health care Project Pulka, Borno state, NIGERIA.
Medicines sans Frontiers /Doctors without borders, an international humanitarian Medical Association, created in 1971 by doctors and journalists. MSF intervenes in exceptional situations (conflicts, epidemics, natural disasters) and of great precariousness, in order to help those whose life or health is threatened. The association delivers its relief in full independence and impartiality and reserves the right to express itself publicly on the situations that its teams can witness.
1. Purpose of the tender.
Invite the building contractors/Enterprises to make their best proposal for;
"The construction of the pharmacy in Pulka Primary health care."
The tenderer undertakes to maintain the validity of this offer for 15 days, from the deadline of submission of tenders.
2. Description of the tender.
The file to be withdrawn by the contractor will contain the following documents:
 Technical & architectural Plans designed by MSF OCBA.
 This call for tender.
 Plumbing drawings

3. Content of the tender.
The bidder shall include in his offer:
 Bill of quantities (BOQ) established by the contractor in respect to technical & architectural plans and dimensions made by MSF OCBA
 A certificate of incorporation/Evidence of registration licence of companies by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) owned by the contractor,
 Letter of comfort or letter of financial capacity.
 Chronogram clearly indicating the beginning of the work and, by family of activity, the start of the activity and its expected duration.
 A proposal for the date of implementation
 A proposal, if any, for changes to one or part of the project.
 Evidence of execution of similar jobs including detailed list of the trademarks used and the technical data sheets of the equipment’s and tools that will be used for the performance of the work, organigram for the execution of the works and the list of supervisors and engineers with their responsibilities
 References to similar works, which have been carried out in the past by the contractor.
 VAT registration certificate and evidence of payments
 Tax clearance certificate covering at least three years preceding the current year
Only companies that submit bids that conform to these post-qualification criteria will be selected for the evaluation. Any offer that does not conform to one or more of these criteria shall be discarded at the discretion of the owner.

4. Briefing.
If it happened that the file needed clarification, the bidder could submit a list of its concerns within 3 days of receipt of the file. A clarification meeting will then be held within 6 days of receipt of the dossier. The purpose of this meeting will be to clarify the points of doubts.

5. Opening and closing Dates of the call for tender

The invitation to tender shall be sent in a sealed envelope to the office of medicines sans frontiers at the latest 6th/08/2018 (Date and timetable). The opening of the bids will take place on the same day, at the same time, in the same place. (Maiduguri sub office, Borno state)

6. Designation
A contract committee will select the successful contractor and the result of the counting shall be communicated to the bidders by telephone or e-mail
The decision of the Committee will be without the possibility of appeal.
The Committee reserves the right to:
 Consult with contractors in case they have a question related to their file
 Cancel all or part of the items in this tender before the contract is signed.
 Renegotiate the most attractive offer if it exceeds the allocated budget.
The contract Committee shall consist of: Representatives of MSF Spain in Nigeria-Abuja

7. Selection criteria for the best bidder,
The criteria considered for the choice of a contractor are as follows:
 The price,
 Deadlines,
 The quality of the equipment used,
 The timeline,
 Experience and references : Bidders will have to justify their recent experience in work of the same nature and importance comparable to the volume of work requested in this project by successful projects carried out by the bidders in over the past three years,
 The file.

NSITF is Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund. It is expected for every organisation operation in Nigeria to pay 1% of their staff Gross Pay to this Body every month, is an Employer contribution anyway, not employee. The main importance and benefit of NSITF is just for insurance cover during the staff employment period with the organisation, ranges from death, injuries of all degree. My colleagues who passed on in my organisation family is enjoying this insurance cover now, until the children reach the age of 21 years old, they will stop payment.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has condemned the National Assembly’s threat to impeach President Muammadu Buhari.

It also fingered Senate President, Bukola Saraki as the one who instigated his colleagues.

Prof Ishaq Akintola, in a statement on Wednesday, said the group was irked by the constant propensity of Nigerian lawmakers to armtwist the executive.

“We condemn acts of legislative brigandage and parliamentary subjugation of the executive. It is a rape on the democratic principle of separation of powers”, MURIC noted.

“We are inclined to believe that the latest threat of impeachment is not unconnected with the current travails of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.

“This attempt to turn the heat on Buhari particularly at this material time is nothing short of armtwisting, blackmail and parliamentary terrorism. Senate should remain neutral in a criminal case and allow the law to take its due course.

“The rule of law necessitates equality before the law. This means no Nigerian citizen is above the law. Even those who have immunity today may have to answer for any misdemeanor after leaving office. Nigerian lawmakers have a duty to respect the rule of law if indeed they are conscious of their status and committed to their parliamentary duties.

“The NASS will further ridicule the hallowed chambers if it should go ahead with this ignoble idea of impeaching the Nigerian president. Already, the whole world knows the true story particularly as it relates to the war against corruption.

“MURIC alerts Nigerians to brace up for the last struggle to liberate the masses from the clutches of capitalist compradore bourgeoisie in the NASS who are bent on frustrating the efforts of the current administration to make life more abundant for the common man. The Nigerian people must tighten their seat belts. We cannot afford to watch in silence while identified oppressors seek to eliminate our liberator.

“While MURIC will not play politics with the Saraki-police saga, we must stand up for the truth. Neither must we be afraid to say it as it is. Though not as graphic, we may have a similitude of the S. T. Oredein tragedy in the Bacita robbery of 1971 in the days of Kam Salem as the Inspector General of Police. Is history repeating itself this time around as a farce or as a tragedy? Time will tell.
