bernard1000001:Which is worse? To be safe in jail or dead from poisoned tea? Use your head. Nigerian politicians no pass thugs and occasional assassination. Russia own is extermination by one of the most cruel method available. That's how they poisoned a former KGB operative with polonium. The guy just died a slow and painful death. |
jamace:Thanks for posting those old news headlines. It's often difficult to see that Buhari is a Boko Haram apologist, and that's why he has been rehabilitating them. He is also a Fulani militia apologist. So, in a nutshel, an enemy of the state is presiding over the country. I don't mind if they bomb one of the houses on Bourdillon in Ikoyi. |
udoka2013:What level of education do you have? |
SmartPolician:If you get courage, post your face picture here. I sure say you "wowo" by nature. No steal picture from internet o. |
politicsng:Show your face. We know say you and your sisters worse pass. A total opposite of that beautiful Sudanese lady. |
NaijaOlosho:So, this girl look ugly to you. Post your face picture and let us see your own face to know what ugly and uglier mean. She is not one of your low esteem sisters or you that apply chemicals to your skin to feel accepted. |
Borders have opened and they are back to their usual foreign medic checkup business again. Awon were dede yi. |
Officialgarri:How could you tell? I thought I was the only one. A look at the unkempt building and overgrown area plus the rickety tractor say something. It's just a photo op. Once I organized a conference in Abuja. On the last day, here come a state commissioner who just showed up from no where at the end of the conference on the last day. He only came to take pictures with some of the attendees with few from his ministry. It's later I learnt they must have siphoned money plus estacodes for the purpose of participation in the conference. They needed the picture that the commissioner was part of the conference. A country with a culture of deceit is heading no where. |
IamWonderful:The Chinese are probably building a mansion for him somewhere in Nigeria. I learn thats one of their mode of operation in Africa. They reward government officials for playing along with their interests. Slavery has not end in Africa. See this one that call himself a minister telling senate not to investigate loan agreement because the creditor may back out. Imagine that. As if China is giving out the loan as a gift. This man must be getting a big cut from these loans. Is he serving Nigeria's interests or the interests of China? |
Most here are uninformed. Do any of you know that Koemen was a former Barcelona player and is already aware of culture and history of Barcelona? Koeman played for the Catalan giants from 1989-95 and has been a manager for nearly two decades. An accurate free kick and penalty kick taker, Koeman was nicknamed the King of free kicks throughout his playing career, and is Barcelona's second-highest goalscorer from free kicks, behind only Lionel Messi, with 26 goals from set pieces in all competitions; he is also Barcelona's second-highest scorer from penalties ... (BBC) And he wasn't just any player then. He was a top player and won laurels including European champion with the Dutch team and Champions league with Ajax |
tammie24:Olodo! Americans started with their own brands. Even now, foreign brands cost more in the USA. |
He is a great businessman. I think he need to do more about his company branding to help people believe he has a great product. Nigerians are the worst when it come to consumption of local products. Colonial mentality is still strong. Imagine, lawmakers of a country going for a foreign product rather than one built by one of their own inspire of the fact that he already has a great product. |
Most Nigerians are busy arguing with each other. They can't see what I am seeing. There are foreign collaborators funding all these attacks. What they do is to keep a country with great potential but with internal ethnic-driven political issues, in a state of perpetual war and self implosion. Same thing that is happening in Congo, while western powers have free access to the natural resources. I believe there is some very important resource in northern Nigeria they want free access to. Most Nigerians are too feeble minded to understand what's going. Through satellite they already mapped locations of any resources around the world. Their approach is that without a central government, access to such resources is easier and can be negotiated. The so called first world you clamour for are among your greatest enemies. Most Africans do not know they have been in a state of war for a long time. They think wars only have to do with guns and bombs. First, there are soft wars to win your minds to make you mentally redundant (e.g. religions and entertainment like BBNaija); then economic wars waged through multinational donors like IMF & World Bank. Sadly, China is now also on the scene. Go on Youtube to watch "economic hitman". Then, the wars to ensure and minimize threats to continous supply of resources to the West from Africa. This include population control (US Agenda 200; targeted sterilization through vaccines as done in Kenya or disease infection as done in South Africa). Sadly most African leaders are accomplices in the plans to exterminate their own people, which is made worse by a largely comatose and docile population that has already fell flat on their faces from their susceptibility to the "soft" wars. |
Imagine the amount of potential terrorists and their sympathizers that are waiting to be brainwashed to be members of a bandit or Boko Haram. Since there are tens of millions of poverty-stricken uneducated poor souls who have no hope but can be brainwashed easily to believe in something they hardly understand. The northern elites brought these calamities upon themselves. Now they run to Lagos and Abuja to live. Is it not the same unenlightened peoole asking that someone should be killed for just comparing a man to another human being they exalt? |
Drchristian:You are good example of a lazy and hopeless youth. Your Nigeria is waiting for you. |
Bluntguy:You folks are not wise. You think it is Nigeria where any foreigner can come in to do anything? Just look at the fee Lagos State charges Uber and Bolt. Is it not the same as local companies. Who is unwise here? Nigeria of course. It is the government responsibility to protect its citizens and businesses from foreign takeover. I don't blame Ghana. It is their country and they have the right to impose rules that pleases them. Let Nigeria also take care and protect its citizens and business as well. You don't say because of foreign investment, allow foreigners takeover. Most investment in Nigeria is done by Nigerians and not by foreigners. Nigerian diaspora send home several fold of billion dollars every year. In 2019 alone, Nigerian diaspora sent home $17.57 billion compared to foreign direct investment of just $3.3 billion. And not to talk about investment done by Nigerians based at home. Who should the priority be for? Nigerian businesses or foreign ones? |
That fee ought not to come from the driver earnings but from operators commission. A company like Uber is having it easy in Nigeria. Eight million naira is like nothing to them. That's like $21,000. That fee is okay for a local company but a foreign owned entity like Uber and Bolt should be paying ten-fold of that. Uber revenue in 2018 is about $14 billion. God! Who are these unenlightened people running the government? On what basis did they come up with the fee. You evem allow your own citizen-owned business to be operating at same level field with foreign owned businesses. Let a Nigerian owned ride share company come to western countries to operate and they wouldn't even allow it, not to talk of meeting the fee requirements. |
RTSC:In as much as I believe adults have rights to access any sites they wish, basing your standards on other society values is purely stupid, shallow-minded and self-destructive. What your values? You are an Africa. A yoruba? Igbo? Kanuri? Or Efik? What are your own culturally acceptable values? Not western derived values. America is not what it seem and the saying is that "man must not live by bread alone". |
[quote author=RTSC post=92817616]An emphatic yes. Porn is a billion dollar industry. The developed countries have found a way to commercialise porn and reduce poverty and unemployment through it. When you hear America has an unemployment rate of 5%, it's not because of Silicon Valley or MacDonalds aloneMarijuana. .... |
1StopRudeness:Stop being ignorant. Go and educate yourself on uses of marijuana. |
Brushstrokes20:And you? |
Awon crazy people. Please address the immoral actions 9f people in power like senators, governors and ministers. I am not talking about sexual immorality but financial immorality. No double standard. People have the right to visit any website they want so far they are not minors. Its parents responsibility to ensure their children are not exposed to such sites. I watch my kids like an eagle when they are online. |
IamaNigerianGuy:Not all players lie about their age. Read my comment just above. |
lekki1444:You are wrong about this. I am 49, in year 1994 while serving as a corper in Edo State University in Ekpoma, I met a male student who claimed to be classmate of Okocha. We had a discussion about his age and that confirmed to me that Okocha is right about his age. Obviously that student who claimed to be his former classmate was below my own age because I was a corper at the university then. Okocha just came on the scene then in 1994 and participated in the world cup held in USA in June of that year. I started my service year around May/June of that year. Not every players lie about their age. The only player I know for sure that lied is Sunday Oliseh. He was my senior at Methodist Boys High School in Lagos where he came to do A-levels. When I was in form-4 he was in Lower-6, which was the first year of A-Level. He was actually a prefect. |
Saao:Sometimes it's not worth responding to most comments posted by Nigerians because most are brain-dead when it come to objective reasoning. What does the law say? Don't operate a foreign account as a public official. Did Dino did that? Yes! And that's the focus of that story. |
Righteousness89:How about a man who ran out on his family but only show up when some "change" enter hand. Is that a husband? He will do the same again. |
inoki247:N3.2 trillion is actually around $8.4 billion. I need to understand why these thieves collect loan from the Chinese if their economy is this buoyant. |
So, what is the size of the Nigeria's economy if only fashion and tourism etc, contributed this much? So how much oil & gas contributed? N100 trillion? So, this is the kind of lies they tell Buhari that make him feel he is doing something positive. Illusionists! |
forexguruu:You must be a kidnapper. Sorry, the police spoil business for your colleagues. |
FrLukas:If you want to know the origin of the story of Jesus, go study ancient Egyptian history, all carved in stone and can't be faked or re-writren, where a child Horus was born in a manger with a cow. That was about 2,000 years before the so-called birth of Jesus. Have you ever heard of the black Madonna? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZvb2sWPUqs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGb_y_rEcrU |
SpicyMimi:You are "living" in darkness. Go seek knowledge. What's marine spirit? Do you think God came down from heaven to mold and shape this earthly world we live in? In Yoruba spiritual mythology Osun is one of the "Orisa", which mean those human beings that destiny (i.e. Ori = head) has chosen to come on earth to achieve specific assignments and great things. Even Jesus is an "Orisa" going by the meaning of that word. Each one of all these Orisas share one of the many attributes of Olodumare the supreme being. The Orisas were deified by their people because of the great things they did while on earth. Is Jesus not deified by people across the world even to the point that people refer to him as God, which he is not. Stop living in darkness. Seek knowledge. |
Brandstudio01:What if he is not? What would have happened? It's more of his public figure influence and not a issue of where he come from. Learn to think clearly. |
