A friend of mine just processed to the Lagos study center to submit his credentials and complete his admission for BSC, but the money he paid was 90k. I don’t understand, I thought the fees is 46k or thereabout per semester.

He’s studying Criminology & Security.

My question is, can I complete my registration without paying my fees and then I pay later?

Since it's for foundation wall, the price should go down a bit but the only solution is for u to look for another artisan or engineer nd get new quote as to compare their prices to each other.

The current engineer might refuse to reduce the price nd I can't also advise U base on the fact that I don't know the length nd breath (the feets and total size of the building) of the raft foundation.

The dimensions is vital in pricing because 2 boards is (2feets), then it might be 9"(inches) thick.
The best best like I said is to get quote from 2 more engineers to compare the price nd go for the best one with good reputation oo. Cos some are stupid to the extent that they don't know if there is a mistake in their job, they just collect money from u nd b loitering around the site nd waste ur hard earned money due to their inexperienced.

Hmm, well u r right sha, but 800k is way too much for this sock away am seeing.

It's not easy to quantify if some details are not provided. Like d depth, the dimensions, d sizes of iron bar used (local or foreign), the cemet mixing ratio, workmanship, location some times (but not too significant). I will advise the investor to always compare prices in subsequent dealings before giving out jobs cos these artisan are very dubious sometimes. It has happened to me before, I paid for 12mm iron bar and d guy bought less than 10mm thickness of iron bar for me nd lots more.

How much do you guys spend on a solid soakaway please. I have spent about 800k on mine (material and workmanship) and I'm wondering if it's the norm or the engineer is just being wasteful.

Explain how d money was spent, is it with blocks settings or with concrete walls?

On my PGDE portal, I can see that I passed all my first semester courses (TCE=15). I can also see that I have 16 Credit Units as outstanding Credits to pass before I can graduate.

My question:

The 16 Credit units left, does it include Teaching Practice (3CU) and Project (4CU)? Or just only course work can make up for the 16CU left?

Please I have a question; If a tiler gives me quotation, say total Sqm of 50 and I went ahead and bought 53sqm (in case of breakages) then in the process, tiler exhausts all 53sqm. Am I going to pay for the 53sqm I bought or the 50sqm he gave as the total sqm of the room?
