Well he said I should not worry about materials or anything since it's a contract work, his job is to deliver the soakaway and I will pay for piping (I know I will pay for piping cos that's the work of a plumber) and also for chambers (this, I want to be sure that it's should come with the soakaway)... I am currently not around to supervise the work)...
The truth of the matter is that, if u have paid him in full before this discussion, forget about it. But if u have not paid, then there lots of assistance u can get on this thread. If u have not paid him fully or the work is about to commence, pls tell him to send u a quote listing all the materials to be used nd indicate his own workmanship in the quotation. Also tell the house the kind of vehicle u intend packing on the sock away. He should also indicate the dimensions of the sock away.
The chamber should be free of cost because the contractor is still going to use ur materials for the chamber

Good evening everyone... When giving a contract work for soakaway, should one be worried if materials will remain? And should chambers be cost with the soakaway? Cos I was charged 570k (after plenty negotiations) for soakaway...only to be told this morning to call plumber for external piping and will pay additional fee for chambers sad

I don't know the dimension, I only told him I needed standard soakaway where cars can comfortably pack on..
U will definitely pay for pipping but ur 570k should cover chamber oo. But u need to ask questions as to the size nd materials needed in order to avoid story that touch oo. Go there urself and see what they doing if possible, make videos and snap everything for record purposes

Most M.Sc. Programmes are now 4 semesters. The last time I checked, the system does not check if you passed Research Methods. Your study Centre only check your results to see you have passed Research Methods before assigning you a supervisor. That is the only check.
Who told u that? Without passing research methodology, the research project will not pop-up in ur portal for registration. It is only when u passed research methodology that project research will b available for u to register

saw this somewhere
This is not as complex as the initial one u posted earlier. This is made possible with the use of male to female elbow of 2 nd half inches to 1 inch reducer

But the initial one is more complex before it is very rare to see a reducer of 4, 6, 12 inches to one inch, that is why they make use of that pvc mufro clamp as a reducer

We are the ones so rigid with our method, there are various ways/materials to wall a building.
Note: the structural part must have been done perfectly fine.

Yes
Here are more complex type
Hmm, this is too complex for residential building. I think hotels nd big estate can go into this because to get all these fittings and maintain them on the long run would be an issue. Like I said, it's a very upright nd unique water system but it's unlike the normal one we are used to in residential building everywhere.

Hmmm, this may not last oo it's just a simple method of using a pvc clamp as a reducer thereby increasing the pressure.
Nevertheless, this is not 12 inch pipe as u claim oo. Kudos to you guy, ur head dey there!

You want me to go deeper on water supply System both in domestic and industrial system. Well it what I know but I will just explain it in simpler form

You see high rise building and sky scraper water supply system connection is a bit critical.
This is it l, most of these high building mostly have there water tank setup on ground floor and a well design transfer pump will be installed to do the job plus booster pump in each section of the building ( the explanation is much and the sep up is critical than what I can explain fully here.)
Again some also do have GIANT WATER TANK with about 12inch diameter pipe from the height of about 100ft with about 100bar pressure to supply any building around the municipal, this system doesn’t need any booster pump to get pressure in any building around bcs all building around will be tapping the water from the 12inch pipe with 1 or 2inches pipe to supply such into the building
Imaging the pressure you wi get from 12 inches pipe to 1inch pipe.
Here is the standard system
You can try visit any 4-5 star hotel or any high riise building you will get my explanation beta
Or any water cooperation around

It’s a whole lot of work ooo
Pls am interested in this kind of system, pls how possible is it to pass water tru 12 inch pipe to 1 inch pipe? What could be the method use in achieving that pls?

This is not a child's play oo! Well-done chief engineer. It's well in with the current situation of building materials in this country oo.

But how safe is the local iron? Because their thickness is not full. The last time I checked, local iron 16mm is 11mm in reality when measuring with caliper.

The 2m including workmanship?

There is minimum requirements for graduation. For instance some PGD programmes require minimum of 30TCE (Total Credits Earned).
If you are able to earn 28, outstanding credit will be 2. This implies that u need to pass at least a 2unit course before you can meet up with the minimum requirements for graduation.
This is not the case here, the minimum required credits is 30. The person is having 35 credits currently and the outstanding credits is 5
