here we go again,  U're the owner of the land but when it come to technicalities, ,   i'm in

your statement said ,  "I understand customer service better than all of you,"  and u're now changing it to,

Seun:
What part of "I understand customer service better than you" don't you understand? huh grin cheesy
The word [all-of-you]
U don't have to take my advice but since u requested for it, i'm obligated to point it out to u.

I beg to disagree.   I wish i could mail some of my cooking to u but not possible,
The kitchen belongs to me this mother-day weekend.   Well cooked yam and fried eggs with all the juicy asparagus.

I'll reiterate again, while the tread is fun, I’m noticing increased numbers of psychopathic posters using unacceptable terms for an educative/fun filled forums.  WHY and WHY do we have to be insinuating hatred among each-others.     Simply drop off this tread-forum-site if you're not comfortable with yr msgs. been truncated and banned for the sake of sanity.

We can all do better than that, some of us are in the country and some are in foreign land and it doesn't matter where u are.  It's your tread that will portray your level of understanding.   Most of us have been to other treads and we know how dirty words are been frowned at.

If U have no positive criticism to say to the admin, which will enable him to improve his PR, then please go to Obalende Suya Sport and fill yr raving quest under our account,  the tab will be settled on Monday morning by Nairaland account dept. cool cool cool

@osewa,  I believed u need to caution yr statement or contributions especially when u said u knew 'customer service better than any of us'.   If U let the comments of this tread take the better of you, then - na u sabi o.

Softly, softly o.  he who lives in a glass house shouldn't throw "ammunitions"

Notice that Seun is the almighty one who can ban and unban someone.  I'll like to see more structured way of correcting the banning as being showcase in this tread.  I do support and over support the complete banning of violence and sexual assault, if it exist and a warning sent b4 hand.    The need for moderators are vital at this stage.

In as much as I respect the different views expressed by everyone, have u guys look at it form biz point of view?   This site need to be run like one and not a charity forum.  It's been very informative about our socio-economical ideologies,  particularly, the business section.

We're not being forced to come here and if someone find it not suitable to his/her abusive world, 2 bad and move on.

@poster,  U only knew where it pains most.  U got to make yr decision and might use this tread as a pointer only.  Wishing U gdluck.     Based on individuality, I've seen someone dying to marry a single lady with 2 kids and vice-versa, it all dwell on what is achievable within their context.

Was enjoying the posts but it got off when it was being taking personal with Red_Lips.   I think we're all trying to express our viewpoint and as txzzpt said, yr opinion might be different from mine and it doesn't mean I'm right either.       there are many underlying factors that need to be considered.    1 + 1 is not always 2.

@ eko4show, still expecting yr own reply to d tread.
of course, I'll rather downgrade myself than upgrade since I'll be looked upon as low-paid and will be left alone to do humanitarian services.

I think d reasons we didn't see someone from the civil/public dept is partly due to yr reasoning and whenever they come to this tread, they'll skip it. It's not a matter of those who respond are not telling the truth.

hey bros,  reading this alone melt my heart once more due to death of a loved one.  I just don't know how or what to console u with than May God grant you the serenity to bear the painful loss and to grant her eternal life with him.   sad

U have every right to ask why U or what is meaning of life.  Remember that we came to this world somehow and we're bound to leave it somehow  and no matter what time we leave it's still painful.  Console yourself with what u think she will expect of u - be brave at  heart and always remember the good times spent together.  God will continue to increase yr strength daily to bear the memorable loss.

well said my brethens, Atiku is still in Maryland-USA for his knee examination and staying at his residence worth mere - $4 million, compared to what he have in his bosom. grin grin grin

We're more informed than b4, it's not worth loosing my life for their sellfish ambitions. There is still room to join the president-elect in alleviating the plight of all Nigerians.
Certification And Training AdvertsRe: Who Knows About SAP And ERP? by alanbolo(m): 7:31pm On Apr 30, 2007
as Afam and other have said, it depends on yr passion.   Very much intrested into the training as well and currently being in the support field with MS products, I'm concentrating on Basis and Security functions out of the available 12/14 modules.

U can do the self study at least 50%, will need to obtain the installation software on a robust system which will take you very considerable hours to accomplish.  check-out www.ebay.com -  be careful as some of the advertised products are photocopies and SAP pictures copied unto CD - beware of int' 419.

Impossible is nothing - go for it.

though price is down, I'll enjoin u not to sell right now unless it's very critical,  Since we know that the stock have peaked at 56+ b4, it can be deduced that witout any negativity, it'll surge back to that level and even surpass it.  Just my 2 cents.

@ yusuf, earning big bucks is okay but need to know how u'll survive with the income. If I tell u that 40% of my Gross income goes to Housing/Mortgage and Taxes "all" gulp 25% of my gross salary, what would you say? It's good to be certifiable and look for greener pasture but don't let the income alone be the determine factor. O'er in east-coast, it's very much expensive than in the south per cost of living.

The highest property tax and Auto insurance in the whole of USA grin grin grin

In addition to femi4love and my2cents,  I've been in IT field since 1996 and equipped with A+, MCSE NT4 and  2000 by year 2000 but no where did my salary comes to 70k with my little experience then.   As time goes by, I increased my networth with  more hands on and more certifications including Citrix Admin, but the bottom line wasn't my certification that moved me to higher salary rather, it's the experience and ability to sell myself.

I've worked for and still working for Fortune 50 companies and I'm rethinking my professionalism due to corporate politics that avail in all these companies.  Your certification will get you inside but you need more than proving yourself to advance.  I think I'm done with corporate world and time to go solo.

Just as my2cents  have said, the IT field is now saturated with bunch of pple with certifications who are willing to do your job for half your salary.  I'm even ready to relocate to a more freer state with less income and lower cost-of-living.

PoliticsRe: Tinubu Charged For Operating 16 Foreign Accounts. by alanbolo(m): 10:36pm On Apr 25, 2007
@ debosky, It's a must, u need to declare your asset's b4 swearing in. Tinubu declared his assets but he omitted these accounts - implying that he has something to hide.

while enjoying this tread, i think we should desist from calling names. No one is a relative to any of the accused or otherwise and I would like to commend debosky for mainting his koool. No point in accusing fingers while the real perpetrators are out there looting. sad

We're just arming ourselves with knowledgable informations that will eventually help us in this obodo 9ja. cool
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Charged For Operating 16 Foreign Accounts. by alanbolo(m): 8:46pm On Apr 25, 2007
We should also remember that when Ribadu went to Uk and USA, apart from improving the anti-corruption image of 9ja. He also seek the hands of US in deterring any politician that might want to come to their state for harboring after relinquishing power. I believed more revelations will still come after May 29th.

Either way, it'll teach those who are in power that stealing is bad and one day, they'll be found out. I think we should celebrate it and not condemn the findings.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Charged For Operating 16 Foreign Accounts. by alanbolo(m): 8:40pm On Apr 25, 2007
@ debosky, no one is using Tinubu case to divert and election issue.  The guy did not declared his assets b4 swearing in in 1999 and in 2003.  is that 2 difficult to grasp?  As per the report, he's currently operating the accounts while in office and just as u said, why the rush ,   time will prove his innocence or otherwise.

http://www.efccnigeria.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=1&Itemid=73    I believed when U go through the contents of this site, u'll understand better how efcc operates and the timeline they work with.

The fight to Rid Nigeria of blatant corruption must start somewhere, SELECTIVE or not
Thank U bro,  selective or not, it must start from somewhere.   Even in this obodo place where I dey, news upon news how officials and company presidents are being arrested for corruption charges.    All what we need in our country is GET-RID of so called immunity as being canvassed for by Britain and USA.  No one should be above the law at anytime.

Let them clean the place b4 we get there so that we can continue and better the process 4 our betterment.

PoliticsRe: Tinubu Charged For Operating 16 Foreign Accounts. by alanbolo(m): 4:01pm On Apr 25, 2007
why don't we always what we have until it's all gone.  We have governors been exposed with fraudulent activities and all some people can say is what happens to turbine or this and that?  Have U forgotten that most people persecuted are friends and officials under OBJ.   As it's been said b4, everyone have their time and there are many ways to skin a leopard.

It should be recollected that most governors that have not been indicted are one way or the other cut down from furthering their political ambitions, even withing PDP.   I believed the next president and vice will desist from doing anything unconstitutional, especially regarding finance as been exposed with OBJ / Atiku.   We are bound to fall as a baby and we learn from our past occurrences.

Tinubu have exposed, so there is no justification of what about this and that?  The same argument that Atiku embalmed himself with.    We are now in information age and nothing is hidden under the sun.     Just wait till Nuhu Ribadu is confirmed the IGP.

DEM GO CHOP YOUR DOLLAR OH!!! U NO GO SEE BRICK EVEN TO CLAIM,

@ alanbolo,  thanks for the compliment. All i will advise anyone is that get whatever you can wherever in naija. Thats your plan B. You own it have the key. if everything fails in the US/Europe. You have a place to go. You rather be in you own house in naija (no matter how small/what village) than be at a homeless shelter/soup kitchen in America or on the street of London riding tube all night to pass the night. God help us.
Thank you my brother,  i wish we have a forum like this when I started my project, it'll would have prepared me much more than what I come to experience in the cost of materials.  U were able to break down the components and prices which is an indicator of what to look forward to.     Because of information availability, I can proudly say,  i'm not doing bad with 9ja capital markets as opposed to my 401k  oe'er.    Someone like U provided the needed information which I trived on and passed on to others.
PropertiesRe: Home Plans For Bungalows In Nigeria? by alanbolo(m): 9:21pm On Apr 23, 2007
gd job promise72,  my soul is sweetened whenever i hear or see another 9ja encouraging others to forge ahead.  A lot of us will not come home when there is no where to reside.   I was among the lucky few to have one.   The implementation of building a bungalow is not easy talkless of a multi-floors.

I do  suggest for people outta the country to go for house in any of the available estates due to available infrastructures.  Due to building process as enumerated above, somepeople might think it's 1+2 equation and thereby giving up halfway.  It's more logical to be on the ground first and u'll see a lot in what and how u want a particular building to look like.

I do have my flats ready in Lagos but  prefer living in Abuja due to logistic reasons and never planned to build a house in Abuja or it's environ since I could easily get a bungalow for certain price with  2 / 4 /10 years mortgage if so desired.   Availability of infrastructure is very and very important for any bungalow or megastructure to function as a complete home.
