Petition: Lower university tuition fees for students until online teaching ends https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/552911 Good morning all, Please my boss in the house pardon me if this info is not ideal here. I just think it might be of benefits to students in the UK. Thanks. |

Good evening fam, Please I would like to ask whether it is necessary to include in my visa documentation the payslip or bank statement of my sister if she is willing to accommodate me during the course of my programme in the UK without spending on accommodation. The financial statements had been sorted out. @justwise, mimilyrics and others. Thank you. |

Yemsot: Based on your explanation, you don't need a health and criminal records declaration at this stage. As far as Initial Teacher Training is concerned, all the documents you need aside your credentials will be processed in the UK. The one that is similar to the one you mentioned is the Police Report that is issued in Nigeria, but I don't think universities normally request for it. You can only add it to your files for visa processing if necessary. Once you have submitted your application, the universities have up to 40 days to make their decisions. Some will request for UK Naric during the process, once they are satisfied with your application, you will be called for an interview. Some of the forms they will send to you are as follows: - Medical Assessment -. Safeguarding checks(Disclosure and Barring Service) - School Experience Form. You will pay for them once you have been offered a place. You should be preparing for your interview by now. Please make adequate preparation. Do you have an adviser assigned to you from the Department for Education? pretty1986: Good evening fam, I think you are correct. I don't know whether universities in the UK use to contact prospective applicants, I have experience with Canadian institution, it not common. After being accepted at Exeter, I still want to have alternative should in case as advised on this platform. I applied to Huddersfield university, university of Greenwich and Reohampton. I completed for greenwich at a go and received unconditional offer the fourth day but did not have time to complete for the other two. To my surprise, I received more than three emails from both. I later replied them that I will complete later. Reohampton called me on Monday, I missed the call, they called back on Tuesday to check what was delaying me. They promised to give me discount and sent me links for international scholarship, likewise Huddersfield. I stand to be corrected if I am wrong. Just my observation. Peace. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

Good Morning Fam, Please can I accept more than one offer and decide later? The university of Exeter I applied to still assured me a place on the programme without the deposit due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but it's conditional. I have also received two more unconditional offers but I need to accept one before 28 days according to the instruction in the offer of admission. @ justwise and others. Thanks. |

Good afternoon, Please, I would like to know how to prove my English proficiency, I have been given a conditional Offer of Admission at University of Exeter with merit scholarship of 5,000 pounds. I have submitted my WAEC result along with my application. Students are adviced to submit evidence of their English language test result before they can issue an unconditional offer. The deadline for tuition deposit is March 12, 2020. While I wait for decisions from other universities, do you think I will be able to retain the offer if deposit is not paid by the deadline? @ justwise, and others in the house, I need you advise. Thanks. |

Glasses1: Good evening, I have responded to your PM, I was thinking you will get back to me. The slot is still available, but the officials are giving me headaches based on their responses, they said the slot is neither transferable nor refundable. They advised me to come for the medical or forget it. I see this as a daylight fraud! You are not refunding my money for the service not rendered and it is not transferable. Look at the way they are exploiting people here because of Canada. You can check IOM clinic, they still have available slots for February. Thanks. |

Good evening everyone, All praises is due to Allah. I want to say a big thank you to everyone that has been of help on this platform, principally; Naijaforeigner, Qudkom, Frank, JustMellow and others. My Refusal Letter is loading, I just received a BVL without medical. I applied on the 18th of November 2019, this is the 2nd refusal. For those awaiting decisions, I pray that it will surely end in praises (Ameen). For anybody that intends to go for upfront medical by January, kindly send me a PM, the date of my appointment is Thursday, the 30th of January, 2020. Only God Almighty knows best. Thanks. 3 Likes |

agboolaahmed: Hello Agboolaahmed, Your case is complicated, sorry to say that. First, if you had been successful in sending the web form and you were able to upload the corrected CIC form as advised by Frank, I think you should give them 3-5 days to respond but this depends on the volume of messages they received. Although, it is stated on their website that they respond within 28 days and that they can update your records without any response. Second, I think if you can transfer to other related course within same university, it would be okay. If you can't, I'm afraid! IRCC may reject your application once they confirm from your school. That alone is a geniue reason for refusal. If you are unable to get a related course, it will be difficult for IRCC to process your application without the new admission letter. Hence, the initial advise they gave you is your best choice. I stand to be corrected, gurus in the house. Thanks. |

Olayinkaji: Anon123: Good. It is possible to pay at the spot, but I won't advise that as you will need to give them 1-2 days to confirm the payment before they send the medicat result, but since it is upfront you don't need to rush. Besides, the evidence of payment is part of your documents to be presented before the commencement of the test. Once you receive the payment details, follow the instructions and be guarded accordingly. Thanks. |

Olayinkaji: Hello Olayinkaji, I think IOM should be better. Once you have contacted them, wait for their response. Booking with them is easy. You just need to respond through SMS with your email address and they will send you the details. The fee is around 45k as at December 2019. And I believe you will get a slot before the end of February. Best of luck. 1 Like |

dejavus: Good afternoon, If you are referring to qlife family clinic, I confirmed the above statement. I have successfully booked a medical test for Jan 30 hopping to receive a medical request from IRCC before then. To my surprise, after calling their officials for cancellation, they said that the money is nonrefundable. See me see trouble! I beg nairalanders to come to our aid. Is it possible and even ideal for IRCC to be dealing with this type of people. They want to hold my money for services not rendered. Please if anybody has experienced this kindly share with us. Good bless you all. |

Good morning, Please, I want to ask how to send a message through web form. I think it is the right time to do that as my application is more than the normal processing time. I tried it on their website yesterday but it was not going. School resumes on 6th January, no update yet, and I haven't done medical. Please, gurus in the house; Frankrobbn1, Qudkom, JustMellow and others not mentioned, kindly assist. |
