Akell:governor's in other states of the federation are plundering their state wealth and resources due to their executive independence, now someone is trying to introduce that to FCT, creating more stealing hands in the system. Buhari hand will be stealing on one side when the new governor will be stealing on the other hand. Nonsense and ingredients. I like the idea of Mayor but that's not how it works in Western world. |
fergie001:How history repeat. I remember in 2001 when U.S invaded Afghanistan following September 11 terrorist attack on New York and Washington. The country was under Taliban rule but in the wake of 2001 terrorist attack, when it came to light that the government gave backing to Odama bin Laden led Alqaeda mission, George Bush ordered a military invasion of Afghanistan and the Taliban fell. For 20 years, the succeeding government was sustained by the American military presence. The Taliban retreated to the desert and fought sporadically. Now 20 years after, the Taliban are back. |
SecretReporter:This Taliban Government were in charge before judge bush invade Afghanistan in the wake of September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York and Washington. |
yemi1504:You are just exaggerating your bias. The same Declan Rice we saw at the Euro. This guy has been a subject of speculation for more than two seasons Besides, he is 22, the prime age of youthfulness. Ndidi is just an over age Nigerian. |
yemi1504:Man. United problem isn't about the greed of our owner but about the wickedness, sabotage or incompetence of it's chief executive Ed Woodward. This man took over from David Gill in 2013 and united has been on wasteful spending since then. It is said that our spending in the last eight years is next only to City but that doesn't reflect on the square. Huge amount had been squandered on flop. Glazers only blame is their ignorance of football matter making them commit all decision to Woodward. |
Roman7:You shouldn't blame the manager. This club has proven to have problem in the administrative set up. What has happened to the previous manager before Ole. Over 1.1 billion has been spent since Fergie left with nothing to show for it. Where are Van Gaal signing, where are Mourinho signings. There are evidence the club don't follow the manager opinion. Ole wanted James Maddison but the club forced him into Bruno. Forget about the fact that Bruno proved a success but that is never the best way to run a club. The only problem with Ole is that he's been diplomatic and reserved. He doesn't criticize the treatment metted on him. It could be seen at the beginning of the window, which players were his top priority, but the club started meandering to the point that the coach claimed he would have to sit down with players no one has heard about. |
yemi1504:Rice is 22 years old. He has ten years ahead of him. Ndidi is an over age Nigerian. You just underrate Rice but their is something about English player in premier league which you all fail to understand. They are tenacious; their average will give their best. We have seen good example with Fletcher, Carrick etc |
Mikecold:So Rice went to Euro and play? This guy has been in top form for more than two season. In fact, united has been linked with him countless time. Even Chelsea now is planning to make him a long term Kante replacement. The annoying thing is how people berate English players when it is united turn to buy them. Manchester city bought English player without fuse. You talk about price tag but should I tell you Manchester United has not been more privilege to get any player than this guy. Westham fancy Lindgard. Isn't that an opportunity to lessen the demand with a swap deal? |
Mikecold:The bulk of fans and pundit opinion is a barometer for gauging the direction a team would follow. Even ex players advised the club on the ideal DM to solve the midfield crisis. Solskjaer already hinted the need to bring one too. Why was the club after Carnavinga if they have no intention of buying a cdm? Why was it reported that Declan Rice contacted Maguire. Bro, stop arguing against the obvious. You said De Gea was our problem last season, do you know that Fred instability put pressure on the defense? |
JohnnyBling:Non of Ndid or Carvaninga. Declan Rice is the best option. We've seen him at the Euro. His age is another factor. 22, the prime of youthfulness. Carvaninga is too young and his progression can't be accurately predicted. Ndidi on the other hand is an over age Nigerian. Some African claiming that united can't achieve success with English players are just plainly dumb.. Are they blind to the fact that the English players in our current team are the best? In fact most of our English signing in the last twenty have been legendary from Ferdinand to Rooney, Carrick, Owen Hargreaves. Even the average one like Ashley Young and Smalling has paid their due. Compare this to South American who had largely flop |

sterlingD:Ndidi is an over age Nigerian. We don't need him at Man. United |
Christology:No club is as confused as Manchester United and their fans. When the window began, the defensive midfield was one of the primary area of defiency the club clamed to desperately want to bolster. Now, after being manipulated with two years pursuit of Jadon Sancho and finally landing him, everyone forgot how irrelevant such signing is? The right wing has Mason Greenwood who had proven to be one of the emerging talent. Jadon Sancho will definitely offer little difference to the side. The club went ahead in bringing defender to one of the strongest department in the team comprising Shaw, Maguire and C Bissaka. It's such a shame ive support this club my entire life. The club have found a way of doing things the wayward or lopsided manner. The fans opinion sometimes nauseate more than a troll from opposition team. They act like induced mind. Keeping Woodward in footballing role for 8 years despite his serial blunders. Even now that he'd announced retirement, fact still emerge he control the club football, both transfer and negatiation from the background. Nothing exemplify the club waywardness than last season. Almost 100m spent without adding a single player to the first team. A team that struggle for top for few months earlier. When they bought Van de Beek, pundits and ex players criticized it as an attention into the less critical area. When they signed Alex Telles, we all know he was meant to be a back up for Luke Shaw. Then as at when the club was expected to land the missing piece in DM, it went for two under age winger Amad Diallo and Facundo Pellistri. The results of all this was that the club ended up throwing away a league title gifted them by their opponent. |
shawante:Non of Ndid or Carvaninga. Declan Rice is the best for Manchester united |
Someone7:That means you don't understand the connection between US and England. Most American city were formed by British migrant who names it after their native home. All the names in England are also in America, Liverpool, Plymouth, Yorkshire, |
Kubernetes:Ehn ehn, that's is why China with their population of 1.5 billion is struggling gold medal with US at the Olympics. |
socialmediaman:I was struggling to recall her name lately. She had disappeared from social media in recent time. Hailed as Africa most curvy girl, she granted an interview before Christie Amanpour of CNN where she claim to enjoy snatching other people's husband |
ezenwaez:Thanks |
ezenwaez:I recently conducted my biometric and that's no more than that. Is their anything I need to do? |
general111:Na true o. This case has been on for like three year. Na Olukoya first sue Sowore o |
kheny12:Ukraine babes are sexy. |
ezenwaez:Please Op, I just discovered yesterday that I'm shortlisted in a congratulatoryessage that ordered me to conduct biometric. Is it still possible to undergo biometric. What are the step by step procedure on what to do to be qualified for physical verification. |

atom080:Mechanical Engineering is the best course in Engineering department. It's relevance is undying and it will remain so for ages to come. The op post is a bit misleading. Thinking a physics graduate could do the work of Mechanical Engineer is an absolute misinformation. Yes, physicist have Idea that can be deployed to help in the field of mechanical engineering but it sometimes takes further study like PhD to really attain that specialization. This is due to the fact science is broad based. A physics graduate is likely to have spent his years studying little in each of all the theory that every engineering used in their specialized field. More like jack of all trades. Only as he proceed to higher degree dedicated to the a related field can he compete. Meanwhile, a mechanical or electircal engineer will only study what's relevant to him. Beside, design is another aspect that physicist will find himself lost if trying to assume the role of a mechanical engineer Lastly, when I try to make a choice on lucrative courses, I don't limit my scope to Nigeria. Most courses are financially rewarding but in Nigeria, nothing for them. Law is one of the most lucrative profession in US but see what we are making of them in Nigeria. |
That's mouth ulcer. It'll go within few days or week. It's more common in tongue and gum. You may take vitamin B2 and gaggle with hot water. It it persist longer, you may see the doctor |
GreenFarmsNG:Ministry of light, yet, sleep with beautiful church members, support greedy politician for monetary exchange, milking the poor church members to buy themselves privated jet. |
Lagos has no readily available land for Agriculture, yet they are keying into modern means of harnessing their little resources to optimize output, as well as partnering other states through financial contribution as seen in the case of LAKE rice (Lagos and Kebbi rice). This is a big shame to state like Ondo and others where vast amount of land are underutilized and poorly mamaged because the little venture is a sole effort of individual and local farmers. These state has no excuse for hugely trailing Lagos in IGR but for the governors irresponsibility. They only wait for monthly allocation and oil derivation which are largely cornered into their own pocket. |
Ttalk:The state governors also do the worst. What have they done with the current structure they preside upon. Some of the proposal of restructuring is already in place in term of allocation of resources and the executive power of governor but how are they managing it? Most of them are champions of looting, corruption, abuse of power, usurpation of local government authorities and other act of impunity. Now they want more power, they want a larger share of control the resources, they want to control the police. |
owobokiri:You comment seem as though you did not witness or read anything about Babangida and Abacha government that followed. The narrative of putting Buhari at the epicentre of Nigeria woes is a conspiratorial attempt to hoodwink Nigerian and relaunch another wicked government to replace the current backward APC rather that suggesting an alternative way forward. This is wicked and inhuman. I believe we should deploy our experience to enlighten a generation rather than misinforming them. Nigeria has been plagued by a bad system led by selfish, vision less and greedy leader. The democratic regime of Shagari that Buhari toppled was legendary in corruption and wastefulness. Nigeria was drifting rapidly into economic collapse owing to the financial recklessness of the administration. The then minister of finance, Umaru Dikko monumentally stole to the point that when the succeeding Military regime of Buhari and Idiagbon attempted to repatriate the stolen wealth, the British government refused claiming the release of such wealth will have a damning consequences on their banking system. The Buhari regime was guilty of imposing austerity measure on Nigeria sighting an attempt to cushion the effect of the previous maladministration but that doesn't justify denial of the atrocity of past leaders. |
Kriss216:What a very parochial view did you just expressed above. Are you simply misinformed, unlearned in history or just trying to court attention? Evil was removed from Nigeria in 1985, then Babangida and subsequently Abacha followed. Do you any idea of the trajectory Nigeria took afterward. Are you aware Babangida contributed to the proliferation of both official and individual corruption that has held Nigeria in manacle ever since, ruining public institutions and wrecking the nation's international reputation? Are you aware of the level of human right violation perpetrated by Abacha.? Do you know how Abacha converted the gain of oil boom to his personal wealth? Come on, young man. Do you know that Babangida ushered in the total neglect of public education system, even to the basic level? How he allowed secondary teacher to go on months of strike over unpaid salary, something that lasted for over close to four years? |
RingRoadMafia:All this attack on Desmond Elliot, do you know that as a state law maker, he is not financially and constitutionally empowered to carry out any project. |
