Who or which body is credited with this rating or is it just the OP opinion? Well, Leo Tolstoy is a legend given how brilliant writer quote him profusely, though I've never read any of his work. |
Xxxxtentacion2:Ola Scholz is a man. He'd succeeded Angela Merkel who was a woman |
SAMBARRY:Well, you gave some detailed analysis but if I get the question the Op is asking, it's that he want every content creator to share their experience and how much they make. Unfortunately, the big content creator don't dwell on nairaland to read thread and make comment. |
Moonlight111:Does Whatsapp status pay? |
Hemeenworth:So Obi is that Angel and anyone who didn't vote him is a tribalist. I think you are being controlled by your tribalistic mindset. Is Tinubu the only questionable character in the contest,? Atiku that once ruled this country as a vice president and with all his scandal was ignored by you guys during the campaign and you expect people not to see it as an agenda. Obi got many votes in South west and even won Lagos but Easterner never consider candidate outside of their tribe. How do you expect to be taken seriously? You are whom you claim people to be. Easterners are the most inward looking and ethically bias people in Nigeria, yet you come here to spew trash. |
TheBillyonaire:what's the proof that the woman is an accomplice. Less is using the marriage as a benefit but still chose to play games |
virginchaser:Less hasn't fulfilled youthful fun? Why are you Nigerian full of double standard. The guy is a cheat, period. He has an opportunity in the marriage but still chose to betray his wife. |
osazsky:That's Arsenal. They have never been a European team |
Hakeem66:And they call him an SA. This is a very dumb statement. |
Toks2008:In fact, I've never been a fan of waist bead but waist chain is a killer. The sight of it on a curvy lady who rocked that and the memory still linger till date. I almost made this remark when someone posted about waist bead on nairaland few days ago. Or was it twitter I saw it. |
wunmi590:In OAU, Guinean are plenty. There are Liberian as well. I even have a Guinean friend named Umar Toure |
juniormusa:How has he fallen your hand. We can all see the evidence of media trial eye. How do you judge a man without giving him a chance of fair hearing. We can only judge the deputy governor based on what comes to our knowledge during his brief stint as acting governor. As far as we know, while Akeredolu was away, Aiyedatiwa initiated many project that were begging for attention. The Ondo- Okitipupa road has long been riddled with potholes and it's fast degenerating into a deplorable condition. The section within Ore is an eye sore of unimaginable proportion. Attention only started coming when the deputy governor assumed full capacity of an acting position. Also in the governor absence, there were rumour of his wife interference in the state matter. A glaring example was the proposed imposition of one Mrs Nwamara as the local government chairman in Odigbo. Nwamara, a woman of Igbo tribe has long been enjoying the privilege of ethnic connection with Mrs Betty Akeredolu, the governor wife. Her first political appointment wasn't without controversy and that was about 5 years ago when Aketi wife successfully installed her as Ore ward councilor to the consternation of party members. The recent moves however agitated the people from the local government into protest and they took their grievances to the state governors offices. There we were told Aiyedatiwa denied any knowledge of the planned appointment. This is considered an affront to the unconstitutional authority wielded by Aketis wife. |
olenyi:And people like you claim to be fighting for democracy. |
Sermwell:How do the writer expect us to swallow this hook, line and sinker? These are allegations without proof and evidence. We can only judge the deputy governor based on what comes to our knowledge during his brief stint as acting governor. As far as we know, while Akeredolu was away, Aiyedatiwa initiated many project that were begging for attention. BoldBrainz:He was out without conveying power. It only came after much criticism. Beside, Aiyedatiwa has been loyal in his absence |
BoldBrainz:Tell me how the deputy deserve and impeachment while the governor does not. This man sell the state asset without any reasonable project; he spent months abroad on sick bed without handing over to his vice and his son has perpetually usurped the deputy governors powers while his wife dictate authority in the state. |
BoldBrainz:Stop saying rubbish. Ondo is under oppression by the collective unity of it's politician. |
Is 400 million naira price tag not too high for newly constructed house in Lekki? |
I recently have a discussion with someone very close to me and in the process, he briefed me about his plan to buy a house in Lekki. According to him, he had been approached by one of the property companies (name withheld) and the price is put at four hundred million naira (400 million). That strikes me as way too high. I know that Lekki is a posh area in Lagos populated by the rich, but cases of flooding and other issue make me doubt if the price is worth it's value. Besides, the house is said to be newly constructed, meaning it's located in one of new area. I need idea of what a house could cost at Lekki. Which part of the estate is most expensive and what's the average cost of buying a new house. A honest and experience answer only. |
Israel07:Hopeless mob crying over a poor outing at the poll. The more you and your people whine over their failure to perfect an ethnic agenda on this country, the more please we are. Nigerian just dodged an invasion of blood letting IPOB and we are happy. Go and perish your miserable self. |
hisexcellency34:They might not be lyiny. Mohbad may not appear for other reasons |
ManirBK:So Columbia add the illegal product to their legitimate revenue. That's a state sponsored crime then. |
YoungLionken:You must be joking. What just transpired here is only a reflection of democracy in America. You might be surprised that impeachment move were made by Democrat congressmen. But how can any right thinking Nigerian be in support of Trump?. The same man who called our country shit hole and who imposed VIISA ban. |
No be rigging be that? But how can margin of lead be more than registered voter when some candidate score over 18 000. The margin of lead here isn't even up to 6 000 |
The same man they said can't talk, can't walk and can't smile |
agulion:We from the local government he governed don't wish him sell too |
ATEAMS:Are you sure this is not Ronaldinho unclaimed daughter? |
Sorry,Elon Musk is not a tech giant . He didn't found twitter. He is only an opportunist who used his money to buy fame |
DukeNija:Can't you see element of racism here. |
DECENTBWOY:I'm talking from a place of experience as I suffered similar situation. In my case, it was abnormally longer as it span three years, 2020 -2023. My nightly sleep hardly exceed three hours regardless of when I went to bed. I experimented with sleep medication but they only help a little as my sleeplessness returns after few days. They also make things worse as my hours of sleep sometimes reduced. I was trying natural sleep techniques as advised but that doesn't stop me from waking up at 3 am without falling back. Sometimes I make up for the lost hours by staying up in bed till morning when the sun is up in the sky. But even at that, I can hardly get additional 1 hour Things get to a head earlier this year when I started taking some doses of Diazepam, a sedative drug which isn't legal over the counter, meaning it's a prescription drug. Diazepam is a tranquilizers. It is known for inducing sleep.. I've taken it once in the past around year 2018. Then my neighbor, a student doctor advised that it should be used with caution and that it's not advisable for prolonged use as the body adjusts to it making it difficult to sleep naturally. In fact, The usage procedure during Diazepam medication is to take in no particular order, that is irregularly. In fact, it's often not prescribed as a treatment for sleeplessness. The student doctor advised me against using it while suggesting some soft drug like piritin alongside some helpful tips like warm birth at night Now back to the story. Earlier this year, as the sleeplessness takes further tow on me with attendant memory issue and lost of concentration, I confined in another friend of mine who helped me out on how to get Diazepam. I started taking it but while adhering to the rules of shifting the days of medication irregularly, it seem to complicate the situation as my sleep hours continue to decline whenever I'm not on the drug. I had several night when I didn't sleep all through, Then it dawn on me I need to find a more advisable solutions. SOLUTION CAME AT LAST: Earlier in 2022, I received a pack of Melatonin supplement from my elder brother in US. Melatonin is the hormone that regulates sleep, thereby maintaining the carcadian rhythm (sleep cycle). When the supply came, it was with the instructions that it should be used daily every night over some period of time. Melatonin isn't addictive but stored in the body to restore any hormonal deficiency that could result from sleeplessness. But then, I was hasty for a result and after about five days, and slight improvement, I stopped taking it and resorted to the numerous over the counter sleep pills such as feelfine and cyprigold, but they offered no permanent solution. Then after returning to Diazepam earlier this year's and it's implication,, I see my ability to get natural sleep fizzle away. I took a second look at the pack of Melatonin lying fallow on the shelf. Determine to find a lasting solution, I resolve to taking it with patience. After about three week of daily usage, my sleep habit improved. Before I got halfway into the medication, I was able to sleep normally. The habit of waking up at night disappeared. Now, I could go 5 hours straight without waking up. And most night, I get about 6-7 hours daily.. Another helpful tip that has been of immense benefit is maintaining calmness while on b d. It is scientifically proven that if you lie down without moving for 24 minutes, you are likely to fall asleep. So each time you are awake at night, and you are having difficulty falling back to sleep, avoid tossing and turning. |
GOFRONT:If you know what that flash drive meant to him. It contain the secret of his corrupt doing. |
