The second was embezzling lagos even till date.
The third was raising men like fashola and ambode who really performed good jobs to some extent in lagos.
Ambode 4 yrs in lagos over surpassed tinubu's 8 yrs.

You already shot yourself in the foot with the last point you highlighted. Aside that, Tinubu made important contribution to Lagos in the aspect of educY and health uring his tenure. Building millennium schools and general hospital, two critical aspect of welfare and human development, he's already a success.

As for his successor, you can't fail to acknowledge Tinubu. He know these are brilliant men who will deploy the state resources into developing it.

Looking dope, polished and elitist is good but Nigerian politics is akin to a fight in the jungle. I am not sure what his association with Northern youths has been to use them as his support-base and foot-soldiers. Can the 'Northern street' readily identify with him? Moreso, when that street is largely illiterate and helplessly gullible as the result of aloofness of young professionals like him.

Matter of fact, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed is not any different from the other Northern elites who in spite of their exposure and erudition just stay aloof, do their things and mind their businesses without doing anything socially to empower the young Northerners.

Nevertheless, if this is Peter Obi+Datti Baba Ahmed's time, things will fall in place on their own with little effort.

I have never liked their brand of democracy. It's too unstable and moreover, there is nothing democratic about a country that dedicates her national anthem to an antiquated monarchy . British democracy is highly overrated. If they are an emerging democracy today, some of these political squabbles inherent in their system would have made them susceptible to all sorts of vulnerabilities that can be easily used to manipulate them by their international foes... Just as they are doing in the developing world today. ..

I think you get it wrong. Their parliamentary system is the most stable, only that it does not give too much power to the apex office of prime minister. Succession is also an seamless and less chaotic process. It's like an everyday thing when a prime minister quit and another one is elected. Election can also be called at anytime by the dominant vote of members. Note that, typically, the prime minister is also a member of parliament. He has an office already before being elected. The less democratic aspect of it is that the premiership vote isn't conducted by the public but inhouse, which is a minority section of the masses. That can however be rationalize given the fact that every member are already elected by their constituencies. The prime minister is just considered as the first among equal

NFF has always found ways of doing things wrong. The number of tournament we have prosecuted with emergency manager is countless and most of it have turned out disappointingly. The so called Eguavoen is having his second stint as super eagle coach to a nation's cup. His first was 2004 when we were ousted by same Tunisia. Check most of the African countries and the profile of their manager. Most may not go for the big names but those they hire are notheless consistent and relevant in the current scheme of things. Even when we hired a foreign coach, it was the one who has recent history of being sack in previous assignments. And the emergency approach, I remember Amodu playing such role countless time. We will fire managers when tournament is at hand then go for Shuiaibu Amodu as rescure

I think some other reasons played a part

The show has not changed much but it's audience has changed. The script should have been re-written to make the show 24hrs with a dedicated channel. There should be other activities apart from the daily tasks. The organizers should have chosen a beach or island location and allowed them bonfire parties where they interact socially with enjoyment like big brother Saturday party. This would have helped build a connection with the audience allowing them know the fun sides of their favorite contestant. Some of the contestants would start building relationships and this will pull in more viewers.

If a female anchor must be used for equality sake Kate Henshaw is even a better pick. She's into the fitness world and is liked by many. There are many other female anchors that would have better suited the program than Toke.

Not airing it everyday in a dedicated channel is the reason for the flop. Imagine public asking whether the show had started when it's already in it's third weeks. We just aren't seeing it.

I would say she was partly the reason. The show flopped for these reasons:

Firstly, a show like that requires a host with lots of charisma and charm which Toke doesn’t possess.

Secondly, the publicity was very poor and it was as if much preparations didn’t go into the show.

Thirdly, they should have aired on mainstream channels like DStv, and even NTA like they used to.

If there is going to be another show this year, it will be best to have someone like Chidi Mokeme, IK of big brother Africa or someone else who isn’t Toke to anchor it.

I have said it before and I’m saying it again, Toke has no business being on TV. She is very annoying and one can easily lose interest in her conversations.

She is also very superficial and it will take another superficial man to tolerate her in a relationship. Women like her got nothing to offer.

You raised some valid point but Toke is hardly one of it. The show enthusiasm, expectation and public demand is high enough to overshadow issue such as subtle sentiment against It's anchor.
The major reason the show flop was it's publicity. I believe that was deliberately stunted by some stake holders in the broadcasting and entertainment sector. Take for instance, the DSTV coverages which was too obscured and silent. Why such a major broadcasting outfit displayed casual approach to a show of that magnitudet is confusing. We saw how everywhere was usually lit up during BBNaija season. You turn on you DStv and first thing that greet your attention is the show advert blaring the jingles. During BBnaija season, any interested viewer knows the right channel to switch. In fact, the show announce itself to you. I tried amidst my schedule to view a single episode of the just concluded Gulder Ultimate search but never had the opportunity of viewing a single one all through. I'm either too busy as at the time of airing or just forgot completely because it feature only twice a week and for short period in a channel I find no habit of viewing. Sometimes, I even struggle to remember which day of the week it is aired on DStv. Compare this to 24 hours of BBNaija at 198.

I think N-power benefiaries need to air their grievance through some physical protest. The way this years payment is being handled is a far cry from previous ones and it look as though the organizers are exploiting members for their own gain. The first payment that was made towards the end of November, which captured Semptember stipend should have covered three months if thing were dome according to previous years. Instead, we here all kind of terms and technicalities to justify the delay. We shouldn't forget this is a federal government scheme and benefificiariies should be treated like others in Federal government payroll,. Civil sercant and NYSC. Why is N-power the only schemes witnessing delay in payment? I think corruption is eating into this already. Some might make the beneficiarie zmoney accumulate in bank to live off the interest
