There are other ways you can show appreciation without thinking of s.ex. Seriously Nigeria women are wired wrongly. Very wrongly

ACM10: It takes a great courage for someone to praise his political opponent. I read a book written by Nnamdi Azikiwe, he had only kind words to say about Awo. But when I read Awo's book, he had nothing positive to say about Zik. Now tell me who behaved like a statesman?

Again, remember that it is in our culture to say something positive aout someone when he dies.
Tell me one positive thing Nnamdi Azikwe would be remembered for which is unique to him. angry

@ Bolded

Well our culture does not permit such, if you lived a wicked life, you would NOT BE praised and so is the Igbo culture so I don't know which culture you are talking about.
dumb@ss, The key word is underneath my post "you chose the only book of his that doesn't have a preview of it on google books." Why would I write that if I didn't google the book? Do you see a preview up there?

Are you an 1diot or just have low reading capacity?
LOL you see you are very funny and yet you claim to be educated. Oh well, you are Igbo so I don't expect anything better grin grin grin

Now Okoro man listen, It is not every single book or article Google book would chose to show preview on. It all depends on the copy right law binding it. Although, you can find quotes from such books but not previews
ROFLMFAO. You claimed a quote from his book "Beacause I am involved". Then when confronted, you brought out an article from a Nigerian newspaper known as a yoruba main media propaganda machine. LMFAO. it switched from the book to Tribune interview of him. I laugh immensely. As said before, it is you Alj_harem after all. The biggest chameleon and liar of the century. I am still waiting on you to answer my question "since when did "biafrans become oyinbo" in connection to the video posted by you.
Go check the thread, I replied you and if you watched the video, you would see that biafrans were being brought it by Nigeria soldiers to lagos for rehabilitation from the war. Also go watch videos on youtube concerning that.
I won't be surprised if this isn't what you wrote and coined "Ojukwu words from his book". Ironically enough, you chose the only book of his that doesn't have a preview of it on google books. Then again, it is you, alj_harem, after all. Weren't you also the dude that posed a video of Nigerian army safeguarding oyinbo into Lagos state and coined it "Nigeria army safeguarding biafran's to Lagos state." Remember that post of yours? I am still waiting for you to answer my question from that thread long time ago. Since when did "Biafrans" become "Oyinbo". I am still waiting and waiting for that answer along with other proofs i have asked you to verify which you have never done despite screaming "I have proof". I doubt anyone is surprise. Your credibility has long been destroyed years ago to others. For me, months ago. Kindly read what Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu wrote about Chief Obafemi Awolowo in his book "Because I Am Involved" page 159- 160.

In political terms, he would be considered an adversary of the igbos given the intense rivalry between him and Dr Nnamdi Azikwe. As a leader of the modern cast, he has left Nigeria standards which are indelible, standards beside which future aspirants to public leadership can be eternally measured. He was firm, articulate, painstaking, and uncompromising. He was, for a long time, the only Nigerian leader who enunciated principles and played down personalities. He was a brilliant political administrator and a most erudite teacher. He not only identified himself wholly with the aspirations of the Yoruba people of Nigeria but also he was able to convince the Yoruba people of Nigeria that he and only he epitomized the highest point of their political aspirations and consciousness. He was loved, he was feared but above all he belonged to the people he professed to lead. At his death I had the singular honour of proposing for him the epitaph that has endured – ‘he was the best President that Nigeria never had’.

Many have wondered what I meant by this, but I believe the statement was clear. Nigeria would have benefited from his presidency because of his inate presidential qualities. Nigeria must continually regret that he never, for many reasons, had the opportunity to serve at the presidential level. Awo was a leader of great stature. He was a leader who was eminently successful.
That he did not fulfill a presidential ambition cannot detract from his leadership, and us, poor us, who were not his people, must continue, to regret that our own leaders had not led us as he did his people or achieved for us as he did for his people.

He perceived his job as leading his people and God his soul. He did a lot for them. Whenever he saw an opportunity for his people, he went for it. He had a dream for the Yorubas and was steadfast in the pursuit of that dream. He knew where he was going and took his people with him without deceit. That is why he will remain immortal in the area of his influence.

Now here is my solution that I think should work

1. Fashola should either do 2 things, reduce the tax on ladipo and enforce they clean it up themselves with their presonal money or INCREASE the tax on ladipo but ensure that HIS men do the cleaning. I think the latter is a better solution because all risk and issues have been transferred to the LASG.

2. Every shop owner should register with LASG and mention the amount of people that would be helping him in his sales. This is for logistics and it would help the government to estimate the amount of money and labour needed for the job.

3. The traders to ensure that anyone caught littering the area is made to pay a fine and clean up.

Any sensible person should discuss
How do you identify Bakassi boys?
It does not take a an expect on bakassi boys to deduces who they are or WHAT they represent.

Taskforce Chairman, Bayo Sulaiman, Chief Superintendent of Police, said the suspects would be charged to court soon for the law to take its due course.

“They initially dared us by showing us their charms and we are also aware that they have weapons. We are going to charge them to court,” he said.
Chairman of Mushin Local Government, Olatunde Adepintan had told the taskforce that criminals and suspected members of Bakassi Boys were living inside the market.

Sulaiman said the suspects, allegedly armed with weapons, dared the police to enter the market before they were arrested inside the Aguiyi Ironsi Spare Parts Market, a section of the market.
P.M.NEWS learnt that the taskforce officials forced the massive gate to the market open as it was shut from inside by the suspected hoodlums.

The police, however, called for reinforcement as they got wind that the suspects were armed with guns and dangerous weapons.

If the government want to beautify his/her state then any right thinking citizen should allow them and ask them for solutions to the impending problem of income instead of BLACKMAILING the governor and the Indigenes of the state to an ethnic ransom.

It should not be allowed neither should it be tolerated. That is domestic terrorism and should not be give space to have a strong foot.

A pattern is showing up now

Anything that has to do with development and is being done by yorubas, Igbos would label it tribal and destroy the propose it was intended for but if it is an Igbo man that has that foresight, they would praise him.

I repeat ACN has destroyed Lagos state, Likes of Marwa, Jakande and Funsho would never ever accept such from anyone be he be Yoruba/Igbo or Hausa.

sbeezy8:
what sensible yoruba man will trade in the SE of all places?

He deserves it.
I believe if igbos can trade anywhere in the country, yorubas and hausas too have equal right to trade anywhere in the country even in the SE.

Moreover this is not a tribal issue but more of a politcal issue with peter obi and chime

why, because it does not want to tolerate a dirty environment ?

When Peter Obi closed the Onitsha market where hausas and yorubas use the most, did it generate this much sentiment ? What reason did he give ? Is it not the same thing Fashola is doing ?

Why would you keep trying to advance the east and expect the West to remain the same ? Same thing happened when Okada was banned

PoliticsRe: Ladipo Traders Claim To Lose N100B Daily by aljharem(m): 10:44pm On Feb 28, 2013
These people are either sarcastic or just plain jokers. Ok let's analysis what Sunny Bobo and co are saying

1. Ladipo market was closed due to tribalism and the dirtiness of yorubas. Ok agree

2. Then Ladipo market is 99% Igbos

I am really confused here

That said now here is another one

1. 100 Billion daily turn over by the brillant Igbo traders. Ok agree

2. Then Complain about tax being too much which is just 150 million yearly out of 100 billion daily

Another one

1. Fashola cannot be president, he cannot win but Shagari and Abiola won elections without Igbo votes. Fact !

Lastly

Fashola and yorubas hate Igbos but the highest population of 10 million people of igbo origin reside in Lagos alone with the highest representation of a non-indigene in a state.

What all these factors, would any right thinking man like these tribalistic Igbo people. Well the answer is no.

To whom much is given to, much is expected. If we show love and try to make you see reason for EVERY ACTION taken and you cannot comply then GO BACK TO YOUR VILLAGE, SIMPLE AND SHORT.

No one taught you how to go back to your village from Borno and Yobe and certainly we would not show you how to do so here. Bunch of unreason people.
