^^ So the killings are no longer religiously motivated. Mehn your not talkin to a kid here. I know the history of the fulani front to back and dat is their origins and destination. Let me tell u if dey don't quit well still ahead the Niorth will implode. A word is enough for the wise.  huh shocked

This fulani menace is getting out of hand. Nigeria is now losing army officer to their madness. This is not the 12 century and u can't force your belief system on people via armed conbart and village raids. Somebody should educate dem for God sake. Religion can't be passed on by Fear but by Faith.  angry

Why you never ask me about popsi? Why always mumsi?  undecided You no get papa?  huh

Yes I can speak both, but you would never understand the inner workings of my head. That is why you would never see me speak both here. I believe in the power of communication, both spoken and unspoken. I consider both languages the languages of my oppressors.  sad

They would be used ONLY WHEN AND WHERE NECESSARY.  cool

I see you were in awe of ndu_chucks because he demonstrated that he can speak Igbo and Yoruba. Why is that? It is no big deal. I can speak both (though I would not do so here because it is not necessary).
Personally, I suspect that ndu_chucks in not "working" alone. He is still a dan iska going about insulting people in their native languages. One of these days I will shock him with an Hausa proverb he has never heard in his entire life.  cool

FACT remains that no tribe in Nigeria can even dream of matching Ndigbo in terms of speaking other languages.

I have a cousin who speaks Kanuri better than the Shehu himself.  cool
onlytruth i beg no kill pesin for here grin grin grin grin

unfortunately kanuri is now a dying grin language

evn i do not understand every word in it undecided

onlytruth, u can not speak hausa and yoruba

i beleive i am getting better in my igbo daily, but the yoruba is just too hard for me for now

although if desola or ileke-idi marries me, i would have to learn yoruba wink

brother how u dey and mumsi

With all due respect and I'm not in anyway trying to insult you, I didn't post that for clueless and irrational people like you.

Obviously, the safety and and security of the people of Lagos is of no concern to you, but some of us appreciate visionary and proactive measures designed to protect Lagosians, their lives and property, something you and the incompetent people in Abuja dangerously lack.

That is the dumbest thing i have read all day. . .smh. From oral information i got from Ewe friends and read, ewes migrated from present day nigeria. They were basically chased out by a "certain group's" wickedness and subjugation against them. They have a celebration each year dedicated to that emancipation. There's more to the story and can be better explained. Read up on it or simply ask a well informed Ewe. Dude, stop trying to claim other groups, especially ones that speak totally different languages. angry
before u start lying and making false claim that u know ewe peope grin grin grin

just type anago or nago people and who are they

anago people are the yorubas, ketu dahomey(benin), popo(togo), ewe (togo ghana) crelo( serria leon)

also stop lying about ewe people u meet because thet is how u said about itsekiri , idoma , ika, ikwerri and urhobo before they disgracesd u wink

ChinenyeN:
The way I see it, we have a number of options. We can play the rout of separate states/mutual interests, like in the days of the palm oil trade, after slavery was abolished, or we could actively dominate their in-state markets and tactfully/economically secure access to the sea, if access to the sea is that big of a deal, or, if worse comes to worse, either just kill them all off or just absorb them; no need to think long and hard about a solution to this 'problem'. I know the option I would choose though.

that somehow the creation of more boundaries will ''create the enabling environment for those states to thrive and prosper'', as claimed by the assemblyman, has to be poor joke

more states= more politicians, more legislators (with 42milla quarterly allowance), more senators, special advisers, ministers, jobbers. . .all with such obscene pay packages. . .

I think its high time we stopped making a fool of ourselves.
