feedthenation:
Frederick K.C. Price, the televangelist who built his Los Angeles ministry into one of the nation's first Black megachurches, has died. He was 89.

Price died Friday, according to a statement his family posted on the Crenshaw Christian Center's Facebook page. His daughter said in an earlier post that her father had been hospitalized due to complications from COVID-19.

Price founded the church in 1973 with about 300 members, according to the church's website. He expanded his reach, first through radio broadcasts, then televised services, and grew the ministry to over 28,000 members.

The services were famously held at the FaithDome, a 10,000-seat sanctuary housed in a large geodesic dome built on the former campus of Pepperdine University. The sprawling property also includes schools, a ministry training program and a prison ministry.

Price is survived by his wife, Betty, and their four children.

InvestmentRe: Сitizenship By Investment: A Safe Haven For Nigerian Investors & Their Families by AlphaSoul: 12:47am On May 11, 2021
Migronis:
Wealthy Nigerian businessmen are often looking for greater freedom and ways to secure themselves and their families with a Plan B in case of unforeseen unrest in their country of residence, as well as to lessen the taxation burden. That is why an increasing number among them turns to the citizenship by investment option.

Currently, the most popular CBI programs are European (Cyprus, Malta) and Caribbean ones (Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia).

Second citizenship advantages: Visa-free Plan B

The possibility of putting together a contingency plan is one of the main reasons prompting foreigners to obtain another country’s passport. The investor and their entire family can relocate to a better developed country in the event of political, economic or social force majeure at home. Investors from Russia, China, South Africa, the Middle East and South Asia are particularly interested in obtaining a second passport for obvious reasons.

Important to know! Holders of European passports can reside indefinitely in any of the 28 European Union countries. Holders of Caribbean passports are allowed to reside there all year long, and stay up to 90 days in a 6-month period in the Schengen Area countries.

A second citizenship grants the following advantages:

- Visa-free travel. Investors can visit over 100 countries or obtain a visa upon arrival.
- Quick and simple processing. The application reviewing takes from 3 to 6 weeks in Vanuatu, and from 3 to 5 months in the Caribbean region. A potential investor can expect to obtain citizenship without ever travelling to the islands, since their case is handled by a certified agent. A Cypriot passport https://migronis-citizenship.com/cyprus is obtainable within six months’ time, while Malta’s within approximately 14 months.
- Tax optimization. Europe and the Caribbean offer attractive tax planning options.
- The process is confidential. Host countries do not disclose information about residents.

Which famous people already have their second passports?

Pavel Durov, the Russia-born genius behind the VKontakte and Telegram social media and messaging platforms, obtained a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport in 2014. Roger Ver, the famed crypto-currency investor, also owns this country’s passport, as does Adam Bilzerian, a world-renowned poker player who had renounced his US citizenship upon obtaining a Caribbean passport.

Some stats on passports issued by CBI countries

According to the 2018 World Wealth Report, about 28% of affluent African businessmen, 39% of the ultra-wealthy Middle Easterners, and 41% of Hispanic high-income citizens have obtained a citizenship of another country, as well as over 58% of Russian and CIS countries. On average, 34% of the global wealthy population - individuals with an estimated net worth of over US$30 million - own second passports.

Vanuatu CIP: Why crypto-investors should apply
Crypto-investors who are thinking about obtaining a second citizenship should definitely pay attention to Vanuatu passport programhttps://migronis-citizenship.com/vanuatu. And here’s why. Head of the Vanuatu Information Centre, James Harris, announced in Spring 2018 that Vanuatu has started to accept bitcoins as a payment method for a second passport. Already, this small Pacific country has approved several such applications.

What attracts the attention of foreign investors to Vanuatu citizenship by investment program?

The processing only takes three weeks. Citizens of Vanuatu can travel to 120+ countries without visas, including the UK, the Schengen Area and Singapore. Moreover, all monetary transactions are made through an escrow agent, this way, the investor’s finances are fully protected. Here you can check a more detailed instruction on obtaining a Vanuatu passport => https://migronis-citizenship.com/case/passport-of-vanuatu-the-most-detailed-guide-on-obtaining-citizenship-by-investment

A second passport is a must-have for any successful businessman

There are several ways of becoming a citizen of another country, but the quickest and most reliable one for businessmen and investors is via investing in the economy of their country of choice. A second passport expands visa-free horizons, allows one to create a Plan B and optimize taxes.

In some part of this world, you been in love with your cousin or your cousin been in love with you can be seen a normal thing not this part of the world Africa and an we carry religion and bible for head pass even in the bible they are people that got married to their cousins e.g Zelophehad's daughters, Mahlah, Tirzah, Hoglah, Milcah and Noah, married their cousins on their father's side to obey Lord's command. Lord said: "no inheritance shall be transferred from one tribe to another. This is a complete list of the marriages that God forbids. This list includes those found in Leviticus 20:11-21; Deuteronomy 22:30; Deuteronomy 27:20-23; and 1 Corinthians 5:1. But marriage with a first cousin is not prohibited. It should be noted that God does not prohibit marriage with a brother’s wife in the case of Levirate marriage (Deuteronomy 25:10). Before God established these laws, marriage between brothers and sisters was allowed. For example, Abraham married his half-sister (Genesis 20:12). Scripture does not prohibit marriage between first-cousins. Yet, there are several things to consider. First, it would be a serious error to say more than what scripture has said or to add to scripture.

CelebritiesRe: Kenny Rogers Dies At 81 by AlphaSoul:

Vocalist Kenny Rogers, who dominated the pop and country charts in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of sleekly tailored hits and won three Grammys, has died. He was 81. Rogers “passed away peacefully at home from natural causes under the care of hospice and surrounded by his family,” a representative for the singer said in a statement. Due to the national COVID-19 emergency, the family is planning a small private service at this time with a public memorial planned for a later date.

Rogers had announced a farewell tour in 2015 and was able to keep it going through December 2017. In April 2018, shortly before he was to spend a few months finishing out the tour after a break, he announced that he was having to call off the remaining dates (including a planned appearance at the Stagecoach Festival in California), due to unspecified “health challenges.” “I didn’t want to take forever to retire,” Rogers said his April 2018 statement. “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to say farewell to the fans over the course of the past two years on ‘The Gambler’s Last Deal’ tour. I could never properly thank them for the encouragement and support they’ve given me throughout my career and the happiness I’ve experienced as a result of that.”
Oh! Kenny Rogers was truly iconic. I started listening to his songs in the 1970s because my well-travelled dad was his fan.

His country songs are evergreen and I felt a sense of momentary loss when I heard on CNN and other media platforms that he had passed on.

It's all good though since we still have his body of works.

Because that is how it is and that is how it should be.

90% of the time, the guy had previously taken the girl out, spent some money on her and/or rendered some sort of financial assistance to her. Since she is not related to him by blood, nigga needs some sort of compensation so as not to feel like a fool.

90% of the time a guy asks a girl to visit him, he wants sex. 9 out of ten times a lady visits a guy, she has been offered the D.

And isn't just that the norm? Isn't that the way it should be? If I am not taking you out to the restaurant or bar or something and I tell you to come to my house (especially after asking for an urgent 2k, taken you out and spent some money on/for you), should you not know that I want to fvck you?

Na Naija girls dey do shakara na. Oyinbo girl knows that inviting me to your house means we might have sex, she might even be the one to make a move. South Africa and Ghana babes no get chill. If they come to your house and you dont F them they won't pick your calls again.

But trust this Naija babes with their "Its my first visit" Mantra. If you leave them on the first visit, they come with "Its just my second visit", but will keep asking you for money. She will bring her family problems for you to solve as if you be father Christmas.

If you are not my sister and you ask me to solve your financial problems when I was the first to approach you with "Let's date or let's fvck", once I render that help to you, you have instantly been obliged to pay me back with your pussay or you get the fvck out.

I can help ladies randomly without asking for sex in return but not the ones I toasted myself. I toast you, you no gree, you won come turn me to ATM. God punish your entire family and generation.

Princess Shyngle took to YouTube to cry out about her current predicament.

She revealed that she's pregnant, her fiance is in jail and she's struggling alone without help from her friends or family.

The curvy actress said life has been hard for her ever since her Senegalese fiancé, Frederic Badji, was jailed for fraud in New York

She called out those saying she's sharing her story for clout. She said that if she wanted clout, all she'll have to do is go naked or twerk and she'll get people's attention. She added that she decided to share her story to strengthen anyone going through the same ordeal.

Crying in the video, she said: "My man is in jail, I'm going through all these. I've been by myself for months, I'm struggling, I'm paying my bills, I'm going through it.

She added: "It took a lot of courage because I'm the only one in this. Nobody is in support of me, not my family, not my friends, nobody, nobody is in f***ing support of me."

I strongly doubt you even understand the phrase "speaking from both sides of the mouth"

I am not in support of domestic violence from any gender but you must understand this fact... Women are naturally irrational and they will definitely not stop until they provoke a man to anger... It is who they are, their power is in their tongue and irrationality but when it comes to physical strength they are very very weak at least most of them so YES if a lady slaps me I will surely prevent her from doing more assault but I will walk away... WHY?

Because if I ever decide to respond with the anger, I may kill her or inflict serious bodily harm so why should I do that when I know i may rot in jail forever or even get a death sentence.

So this is not about acting like a weakling but on the contrary, a man walking away and not laying his hands on a woman is a sign of great strength.

You all can argue with your keyboards.. I rest my case.

"You're a mistake" Princess Shyngle announces her marriage to her "best friend" of 10 years is over after a few weeks

Actress, Princess Shyngle took to Instagram to allege that her husband, Gibril Bala Gaye, physically abused her as she announces her marriage is over after a few weeks.

She came online to make the revelation after her husband went on Instagram live to tell the world that his wife locked him out of the house after a little disagreement about 8 weeks ago and he hasn't seen her for 7 weeks. He added that she's in New York doing "her thing".

Princess Shyngle said she had no intention to bring her marital woes online but since her estranged husband was already giving the impression she's a bad woman who left her husband for 7 weeks, she has to come out with her truth.

In an Instagram live video, she told the world that her marriage has been shaky for over 8 weeks. She said her husband was violent and "put hands" on her so she decided to divorce him.

"Youre a fu*king mistake. I've divorced your as* so leave me the f*ck alone," she wrote.

Only weeks ago, Princess Shyngle announced she's married to her best friend who she's crushed on since 8th grade and has been best friends with for over 10 years (read here). Now, she says she has no idea he was violent.

Audios she shared as 'proof,' show someone admitting to laying his hands on her.

9 weeks ago, on January 30 precisely, Shyngle announced she is married. Going by her revelation on her Instagram live that the domestic violence incident happened 8 weeks ago, leading to their separation and then divorce, it means their marriage lasted only one week or thereabout.

Shyngle also shared a photo of herself and wrote in the caption, "Having a good time with the true love of my life #myself &$$$$"

My fiancée finds it difficult to apologize even when I have made it clear that what she said or did offends me. She would not apologize unless she has convinced herself that what she did or said is actually worth apologizing for, if she doesn't feel what she did or said is wrong, she would never apologize no matter how angry what she said or did makes me feel.

I have already done her introduction, but I am considering calling off the engagement and cancelling the wedding plans. I feel it's only pride that makes someone act or behave in this manner. She also has a short temper, that I am trying to manage but I certainly can't cope with her also being proud.

Pride, temper and not apologising as-and-when-due are some of

If she doesn't change by listening to you or a professional therapist, she'll make life painful and emotionally draining for you or any man she gets married to.

Sapphire86:
I thought the immigration at the airport had undergone reformation some years back, but I guess they are now back to their ‘business as usual’ mode of operation. Only in Nigerian airport do immigration officers harass Nigerians and ask for tip/bribe. In the few countries I have been to, not one immigration officer has ever asked for money not even those in other African countries. Clearly, it is a Nigerian thing!

Honestly, my opinion of workers (both immigration officers & airline staff) at the airport is that they probably are angry or jealous when they see fellow Nigerians escaping sorry leaving the country. I stand to be corrected but that’s how I feel. Now, I know that Nigerians are angry naturally – angry at their choice of a president, angry prices are skyrocketing but salary is stagnant or even nose-diving, angry at traffic, angry at the economy, you name it! We are angry! But they are polite to foreigners and even celebrities, but they will just be squeezing face and acting drama for regular folks. I don’t have time for their drama, I simply just have a discussion (long or short) with their Maker (God).

Finally, I board my Emirates flight to DXB and issa breeze. The cabin crew were nice and white (lol) I wonder why no African heck even Nigerian was on board; maybe they are on American route grin grin grin. Usually, my observation of cabin crew ladies was that they were HOTTTT and YOUNG. Now, these crew members were not ugly, but you could see that they were veterans in the game. Where were all the young and short-skirted ladies? Maybe they are still in Emirates Aviation Academy! I am not gay or bi but it always amused me how those young cabin crew would strut around the plane attending to passengers, very eager to please. Or maybe they were assigned to the first and business class cabins (oh Lord, bless me na), only time would tell. I always observe the uniform of the cabin crew of airlines and I must say Emirates does it for me. Their uniform from their head to their shoes with their bright red lipstick is always on point. Heck, their uniform makes me want to be part of the Emirates crew but then I know that I would eventually roll my eyes at some passengers so why start something only to get written up?

Flight EK 782 to DXB was great; the cabin crew served and served from an hour after take-off till 30 minutes before landing but Business & First class was from sitting down to 30 minutes before landing (oh Lord, I need an upgrade). It was really flowing; Pepsi to red wine, juice to champagne; food to biscuits. The aroma of the food woke me (yes, it was that strong and that nice)! I ate with a ‘last supper’ appetite while still applying decorum (of course). The entertainment was on point; though was a bit disappointed because Wedding Party 2 ‘narrowly missed’ the list of movies shown; I thought the movie cost would be taken from my flight ticket (pleaseee, I had heard about the mixed reviews and I was not about to waste 2.5k for that could-be disappointment). I guess the reviews must be correct if the movie hype didn’t last long the way the first one did!

Landed in DXB; journey was smooth, but the landing was smoother. It was my 2nd time at the Dubai Airport and things had certainly changed! The airport was like a beautiful 5-star hotel; I am not exaggerating or acting like someone straight out of the village but if you know how the airport of my birth country looks like, you will appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the Dubai International Airport. It is beautiful, elegant, classy and looks like Arab money on a mission. The immigration officers were polite but not friendly (at least the one who checked me in wasn’t but since I wasn’t stressed, why should I care? He’s done his job, now it’s my turn to do mine which is turn up). Changing money at the airport was just an unavoidable evil – expensive but necessary; the beauty was that I wasn’t changing ALL at the airport (I know their tricks & tariffs so I wasn’t falling for it). This is where I give credit to O.R. Tambo Airport Johannesburg, their rates were much friendlier. The lady the Travelex booth in Dubai Airport was like ‘oh, why not change $200? If you don’t finish spending it, you can change it back at the same rate when you come back’. In my mind I was like ‘I wasn’t sent to come and guarantee your May salary after charging 15 AED for $100’. It’s very hard to bring Dirham back to the airport because Dubai has everything that will enable you spend and even spend on credit. This wasn’t my first time in Dubai so let nobody come and give me fairy tales.

Sapphire86:
I woke up that certain Wednesday feeling ‘oh, the day has finally come’. I was still running up and down doing last minute packing, attending to a dozen issues while trying to remember a dozen more still undone. I am not one for last minute rush, but this time was different – delays here and there with the visa and ticket both finally coming through less than 48 hours before departure.

I called for an Uber (while silently praying for safe arrival to the airport because I have been hearing stories about Uber & Taxify drivers lately) and 30 minutes later (even though the app said 11 mins) I was on my way to the airport. Traffic was terrible; this was the first journey-to-the-airport traffic I have ever experienced, and it got to a point that I was like ‘ah, ah, have my village people followed me to the airport?’ Finally, we reach the airport though I was a bit pissed with the Uber driver because 1., he deliberately took a longer route with traffic when we started the journey (maybe he wanted my trip fare to be deliberately high) and 2., he didn’t know any shortcuts! We were just stuck in traffic; one thing about commercial bus drivers is that they would always find another way when they sight traffic ahead except if there is truly no way out. But this Uber driver just sat there because even if we got to the airport 3 hours later, it really wasn’t his concern!

Got to the airport an hour plus later and then it hit me that I was back at the Nigerian Airport! First, it was the policemen unnecessarily hailing me before I realized that they wanted me to part with money; then it was unknown personality who came, held my bag & ‘offered’ to help me carry it. I’m like ‘emm, no, thank you’ and in my mind, I’m like ‘my hands don’t look broken; I ain’t parting with no naira, dollar or even cent’. I thought ‘oh, the harassment has ended’ forgetting that I was STILL at the Nigerian airport.

I did my check-in and made my way to immigration and it was there I was reminded that I was still in Nigeria. First immigration officer was nice but wanted a tip and in my mind I’m like ‘why should I give you money because I am travelling; don’t you know how much dollar is?’ The second immigration officer was where the issue was. He checks my passport because it’s a new passport and sees no stamp, immediately starts harassing me (it was a new passport but not my first time travelling). Then he goes ‘let me just stamp for you because if I send you down there, they will harass you, but you MUST give me something’. Now, the difference between the first & second immigration officer was that the first asked nicely for a tip, this one flat out demanded a BRIBE. Is there a law that says new passport holders cannot travel? How will the passport stop being new if it is not used in travelling out? Well, since I didn’t ‘tip’ the first officer though he asked nicely, I refused to BRIBE him. True to his word, he sent me and my passport down to the association-of-immigration-officers corner thinking he has dealt with me. The lady he sent my passport to asked me for my visa, checked with my passport, asked for my travel allowance and when she saw I was legit, she gave me my passport and asked me to go and get stamped. As I left, my eyes and that of the second immigration officer met and he could see my victory stare and smile.

If actually bitcoin is going to be global currency and it get to $400k per coin as crypto analysts will predict, how then will i pay for my coffee of $0.50 equivalent.

I think some mistake the technology behind bitcoin, it's digital gold if it succeed at last and it never in anyway fighting fiat currency

In a world where 2/4 of the population can't use internet how do you suddenly swap fiat currency to digital currency overnight

If at all bitcoin is going to replace fiat currency then the current fundamental of the total bitcoin that's going to be available to all been 21million bitcoin is wrong for a total world population of 7.9b people and counting. (IMO)

And as for gamblers I wish them best of luck $doge

My cousin love gambling so much that he had made fortune from bet9ja he once won N3m just by betting N5k i was happy for him and he pasuaded me to bet assuring me of 100% of my money back if I loose my bet

I still rejected the offer not because I don't love money, but because I hate gambling

Success is never a luck

Literally for dogecoin to get to $10 or $20 per coin all the money in this world need to be put into it and the market cap may then be like some trillion dollars which makes nonsense

And only two people own like 40% of dogecoin have you thought of what will happen if the two decide to pull out their money. And dogecoin generate 21million coin every blessed day which makes it unlimited in supply

Dogecoin can only get to $1 by miracle

Value of $1,000 invested 1 year ago:

Dogecoin: $274,521
Ethereum: $17,186
Bitcoin: $5,872
Penn National: $4,700
The Gap: $4,375
Tesla: $4,103
Moderna: $2,754
FedEx: $2,613
Zoom: $1,900
Twitter: $1,797
PayPal: $1,748
Google: $1,728
Apple: $1,679
Amazon: $1,383

The real gist is that the money is already made

If you really understand were all this are going, the white people so to say are trying hard to destabilize Africa with technology which they've already succeeded

Because if I'm not wrong Africa are rich in gold and oil which make them still important in the world league.

But if bitcoin can replace gold and green energy replace oil then African will be no where to be found in the nearest future. Imo

The only solution here would be a world of equality, either you're black or white you have the equal opportunity to wealth anything less than this is fishy

How i wish I could do voice note here, but I will tell you that we've been in economic wars since time immemorial

Go read why we started using dollars as means of exchange in the first place. It was because there was so much gold in Libya that they could pay all their citizens even without having to work. And they could become the richest and the American fear that the could become the world power then dollar/fiat currency came to play as the means for exchange for value

True but I fear, because as it's right now we're still at the very early stages of technology, so there's nothing technology can not do because people are beginning to know how powerful technology can be

And this is just the beginning for futurist like us
You're very analytical! wink

I like young women like you
who are analytical and have financial education or
awareness.

Did you study a finance course,
Developmental Economics or something related?

Ciao.

Oga,stop weeping like a little child and man up. There are some very good few ones out there but you have to look harder. Stop talking to Naija babes who relocated from Nigeria and try those born in Yankee or Canada because these ones are much more polished and very civilized. And believe me you,you will not have the same problem. Nigeria girls here have insecurity problems and the only way they know how to fight it is to be aggressive and rude. Couple with the fact that the system favours women alot, they get alot of confidence from this. I am married to a Naija chic from Naija but I am just one of those lucky guys that ended up with the woman of every man's dream. Believe me when I said it,but you dont see people like that everyday.

Stop being a p..ussy-a..ss nigga ,guy. Its a common knowledge black women in general has attitude problem. Most black women has man hormones and act very aggressive. If you walk up to a white woman and try to chat her up ,she will discharge you with your pride intact if she doesn't like you. But try it with a black women(most of them),and you get the bashing of your life. Infact, they will make sure you not only embarrassed but also make sure people around sees it and laugh at you.

Any reason why black women are the less desirable women on earth, while every existing women on earth wanna taste a black man.
Largely well said. Herd mentality, childishness, and naivity have
made some of those Nigerian gals to embarrass the guys in public
just so they can feel self-important
unlike the Western-born gals
who are largely more polite and protect your ego if she's not
yet ready for a relationship
with you... and she'll give you reasons for doing so.

Embarrassing a man offline or
online by a lady for chatting her
up is simply neurotic... That's
crazy!

I fired him ASAP, his inompetence stinks to high heaven.

How do you meet such tenant?
Arbitration?
What's was the ruling of this arbitration?
Is arbitration a court?

Such tenant will never pay, from experience.

Avoid the following tenants
- Contractors (They keep expecting millions from contracts that never happened, telling you how they know Sanwo-Olu and how his yet to pay for the road in Ikorodu or supplies they made to Alausa that are yet to be paid for)

- Businessmen (don't even make the mistake at all, before he says, "I am a bus....man", just tell him straight up, you don't give out your houses to business men, they are never truthful, mess up the house, give false information, bring more than the specified number of occupants the house can occupy)

- Pastors (it's a constant battle with them, telling church members that you are the reason for his lack of success, and when it time to pay, he tell you stories, that God will do a miracle. I would have mentioned churches but I'll let it pass)

- Lawyers (On no account should you lease to them)

- Artists ( You will spend more than the money you collected for damages and rent to put the house to a good taste, my property I lease to Asa in Surulere, I spent 950k to put the apartment in order before the current occupant could stay there)

In addition, ensure whoever you rent out the house to, their wives MUST be working. I learnt that here.
Wheew! Deep profiling... Lol grin
