PhonesRe: Finally Revealed: Reasons Why Iphones Do Not Have FM Radio by AlphaSoul: 10:51pm On May 18, 2021
DextrousDavid:
Ever wondered why that your very expensive iPhone did not come with an FM radio?

Then you’re not alone on this.

It is important to note that: iPhones before iPhone 6s had FM Receiver but it was hidden and was rendered useless by Apple ( surprising right? ).

Even recently FCC (Federal Communications Commission), asked Apple to enable FM Radio’s to transmit broadcast warnings and alerts in emergency situation but Apple refused stating that
“newer iPhone’s don’t have FM Chips.”
It’s quite surprising to find out that even cheaper phones come with the FM radio, but our very expensive iPhones do not come with it.

(OjReloaded) https://www.ojreloaded.com.ng has compiled the major reasons why iPhones do not come with FM Radio:

1. Apple likes its products to be perceived as a niche market product
It is evident the FM radio is something that is accessible to almost everyone. As a matter of fact the cheapest of feature phones has an FM Radio. And that’s exactly the bracket Apple doesn’t want to see itself in.
So Apple offers the ability to live stream music to your device via the internet.
The quality and experience of that is way better than hearing the same song on FM radio without having to listen to endlessly painful commercials.

2. Steve Jobs vision was to have a completely wireless experience on the iPhones
As long as there is FM the phone would require an external antenna, via headphone jack. Also FM would require a separate chip to work which may also result in more battery drain in iPhones which ship with smaller batteries.

3. Feature Competition
Why would Apple add a feature that competes with Apple Music or Internet Radio? some people even refer to FM radio as a dying technology anyway.
Digital Audio Broadcasting such as DAB+ or Digital Radio Mon dial would be more appropriate. But still very unlikely.
Most car manufacturers are already switching to DAB+ in markets that support it.

4. Economic Motive
There’s a suspicion that there is an economic motive. Cellphones generally are often used to download music or podcasts. If you do this over the air, no network charges apply.

This results in commercial pressure to abandon over the air TV and Radio, and sell the spectrum to cellphone companies who will charge customers for what was formerly free, or at least paid for by advertisements.
And, by the way, notice that unless you pay an additional fee, the advertisements do not go away when you listen to network radio.

5. No Apparent Reason
Surprisingly enough, Apple just doesn’t want an FM on their device, despite the criticism. There is an FM receiver included in their hardware, but it cannot be accessed.
recent cell phone makers are simply not interested in making an FM receiver for their phones, some sort of a recent trend perhaps.
Even some new Android phones are shipping some of their latest lines of smartphones without an FM.

FamilyRe: 10 Critical Lessons From "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by AlphaSoul: 10:19pm On May 18, 2021
PeaceIlya:
10 Critical Lessons from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"

1. Make Mistakes and Learn

Schools teach us mistakes are bad because we are punished for making them.

Yet, humans learn from mistakes.

That's why the rich are not afraid of failure. They win or they learn.

2. Bold People Win

They take risks that others may not think about.

Rich people don't think inside the box.

They believe there is no box.

The bolder you are, the more you will take advantage of opportunities disguised as hard work.

3. Control your Emotions

All humans have similar emotions.

Avoid giving into fear, desire, laziness, poor habits, and arrogance.

It is how you choose to handle these emotions that separates the rich from the poor.

Control your emotions before they control you.

4. Make Your Money Work For You

The rich aren't employees for long.

To become rich, you need to hire others for jobs, not be a job holder.

When you believe a job is the only way to earn money, you become trapped.

A business can give you a lasting income stream.

5. What Matters is How Much Money You Keep

Income does not mean wealth.

And the rich typically save and invest 50% or more of their income.

They know that saving is only temporary.

Plant the seed today to enjoy the shade tomorrow.

6. The Rich Acquire Assets

The rich build their wealth by acquiring income-producing assets.

They invest in assets like rental properties, businesses, stocks, and bonds.

With income-producing assets, you could retire and still live comfortably.

7. Invest in Yourself

The highest ROI comes from investing in yourself.

"Wealth is information."

The rich invest in learning life skills like communication, understanding people, and managing systems.

You are often just "one skill away from great wealth."

8. Don't Trade Freedom for Money

Working for someone else means you're trading your time for money.

As an employee, your income potential is limited by your employer.

As an employer, your income potential is unlimited.

The more you earn, the more freedom you build.

9. Understand Personal Finance

The rich build wealth because they understand money.

Schools often fail to teach us about money.

If we want to become wealthy, we must re-train our thinking.

"Money without financial intelligence is money soon gone"

10. Never Lose Sight of Your Goal

Life will throw distractions your way, and you have to filter them out.

The rich never lose focus of their goal (financial freedom) and work toward that goal.

If you want to become financially free, start looking for additional income streams.

Infolenka:
Lalasticlala was a just a normal Nairalander like you and I until Seun hired him to be a super mod.

On Nairaland, there are two types of moderators:

There are the typical moderators you see their names at the bottom of every section, and there are the super-moderators who can also double as moderators of sections.

Typical moderators are just normal Nairalanders who volunteered to moderate certain sections. I used "volunteered' because they aren't paid for their work hence why they aren't dedicated. They can be off Nairaland for days if they want and they won't be sanctioned.

But Super moderators are hired and paid. Their main job is to push threads to front page, but they can choose to do the job of a normal moderator on any section if they want to. Hence why super mods can issue bans and delete unwanted posts just like other mods can despite them not being the official moderators of that section.

Lalasticlala is a supermod and is the main pusher of threads to front page. Asides that he also has the job of searching social media and news outlets for breaking news and interesting information and posting them on front page.
Well said.
RomanceRe: Why Do Women Usually Fall In Love With Funny Men? by AlphaSoul: 9:26pm On May 18, 2021
Leezah:
Humor in men is an extremely attractive trait for several reasons.

1. Humor is a sign of cognitive fitness, out of the box thinking, creativity and intelligence. Women are more likely to feel safe and protected by a man who is clever and quick thinking.

2. A good sense of humor (or GSOH) indicates that a man may try to defuse conflicts by being funny instead of escalating problems with anger or violence. Once again, making women feel safe.

3. Being funny is always beneficial when raising children. Kids love humor and are happier and healthier when raised with laughter. Women tend to look for signs in a man that may make him a good father, so the ability to make people laugh is a plus.

4. Marriages last longer when couples laugh and joke around with each other which can be assuring when women consider a life partner.

5. Finally….humor is entertaining and makes time spent with someone very enjoyable.

A man may not be the tallest, strongest or most handsome, but he can rise above other suitors with a good sense of humor.
Lol... Humor + Money = wink

PerfectMatchNG:
Sense of humor doesn’t mean you need to know all the jokes out there, or be a clown. It is more about having a carefree attitude, or in other words, not taking life too seriously especially around women.

Sure, there are other expects in life you should take seriously.

But rather the way you deal with women should be done in a playful way. At least in most part, I mean if a girl is being rude to you then no.

Actually, when a girl is attracted to you she will sometimes even laugh at your most boring jokes.

She may think you have an amazing sense of humor, while her friend may think, you are a boring asshole.

So in a way, a woman liking your sense of humor has a lot to do with whether or not she’s attracted to you.

OBelz:
Most people like to laugh. Most people like to be with people who they can laugh with. There's nothing mysterious about this.

The problem I find is that many, many men think they're funny, they try very hard to be funny, and they just aren't as funny as they think they are.

I have a friend who is always cracking jokes. I'm not saying that he isn't funny, but it's as though he feels like he has to be funny all the time, so he forces himself to make jokes even when they aren't particularly good, because he's taken on the persona of "funny guy." He obsesses about it, continually checking his Facebook and Twitter feeds to see how many likes or comments he's received. He wants so badly to be liked, and this is what he does to make himself feel liked.

Unfortunately, having worked so hard to fill the role of "the funny guy in the room," he neglected to learn how to address more serious matters. He can be very insensitive to the moods of others, and will crack jokes in situations where it's really not appropriate, or try to show off how clever he is when others aren't having it. And if someone else is cracking jokes, he seems to feel he needs to outdo them, and creates a competition out of what could have just been a relaxing evening.

Of course it's good to have a sense of humor, to be able to laugh and to make other people laugh. But humor should be organic and appropriate, not some kind of achievement you aim for. People don't always find the same things funny, and trying too hard to make someone else laugh isn't funny at all, it's just uncomfortable.

Be yourself (as long as you're not a jerk): it's always the best advice.

Love ko, Curve ni!

What love?

NIGGA! Fcking listen up, boy, to the Professor of Womantology.

There is no love in this relationship you are talking about from her side.

You are just filling a void until she can find a man that can control her. You have lost this one, cut your loses and dumb her ASAP!

You did not stamp your masculinity in the early phases. It is obvious from your frequent references to the "crazy things you have done for her" and "sacrificing my convenience".

And so what if you laid down and gave your world to her?

Most women don't give a shyt about what you have done for them in the past, it is what you can do for them now and the realistic near future that matters most.

I am assuming she is young?

Giving all to a young girl (especially one in high demand) is like wearing on your forehead "I am a doormat and you will not get any challenge from me".

You spent fcking 4 years boring the poor girl with your wussiness?

NIGGA? angry

She needs a challenge in her life.

As much as you are saying she is being stubborn, she is actually being nice to you right now. As nice as she can be.

She is being nice by giving you the hint that it is over and trying to frustrate you into leaving the relationship so she can move on.

See no 5: https://www.nairaland.com/962850/ladies-which-these-dating-evils

If you don't leave now, she would find a guy with balls that can control her and then start fcking him behind your wussy back. Then she wouild have moved on to no 6 so as to get rid of your arsse.

When women love a man, majority of them become suckers for him, not a problem to him.

Dump her arssse NOW!

I wouldn't even be surprised if she is already fcking another guy while you are whining about love.

@op, you said you are in your early 20s, your girl is most likely within 19-22 yrs. You said you have been dating her since 4 yrs ago, as a teenager i presume. She is not matured yet, and most likely a virgin, some girls feel they need not show commitment to a relationship that no sex is involved. Only a radical change from you can change the relationship, but since you said you are typically weak with emotions, the only option left is to quit the relationship with NO DRAMAs, that might shock her, if she seeks a comeback strongly within 0-3 months after you calling it quit, take her back a month after while you redefine the rules. anything after 3 months ,forget about her and do not re welcome her in to your life.

You guys keep making this mistake, see amongst the properties of a woman is that inner want to be treated like one, women somehow don't enjoy guys that can't be the man; I. E, guys that at the slightest instance start begging, they will ride on that; when you have issues, be the one to raise your voice, holla at her, walk out of the place in annoyance and don't call her; she will be the one to call and the respect for you will be enormous, but in the instance where u start being a sisi and pleading at any slightest thing, being the "gentle man" they will mess u up..
Like is happening to you now..

I'll suggest you give her space, stop or cut every ties with her; if she's interested, she will call u, and when she does feign annoyance and warn her about her unbecoming attitude, she will apologize and it will never repeat itself again...

@ Bolded

There...your solution is in your problem.

Those times she's being 'stubborn', she really, deeply, desires that your 'stubbornness' overwhelms her own.

She wants your 'craze' to cure her 'craze'...

So be a firm man, with strong boundaries.

In addition, I'll just add this beautiful, powerful and sublime passage, from The Way of The Superior Man:

“Every moment of your life is either a test or a celebration. The same is true about every moment with your woman, only doubly so. Not only is her simple existence a test for you, but one of her deepest pleasures in intimacy is testing you, and then feeling you are not moved off course by her challenge.

The most erotic moment for a woman is feeling that you are Shiva, the divine masculine: unperturbable, totally loving, fully present, and all-pervading. She cannot move you, because you already are what you are, with or without her. She cannot scare you away, because you already penetrate her in fearless love, pervading her heart and body. She cannot distract you, because your one-pointed commitment to truth will not bend to her wiles. Feeling this hugeness of love and freedom in you, she can trust you, utterly, and surrender her testing in celebration of love.

Until she wants to feel you as Shiva again. And then the testing will begin anew. In fact, it is precisely when you are most Shiva-like that she will most test you.”

Every man should emblazon that on the mental ceiling of their consciousness...

Glorious.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Thousands Fall Victim To $2bn Turkish Cryptocurrency Fraud by AlphaSoul: 3:21pm On May 18, 2021
TheRareGem1:
ANKARA: Turkey’s cryptocurrency market has seen its first large-scale fraud case after the founder of cryptocurrency exchange Thodex, Faruk Fatih Ozer, fled the country with about $2 billion, leaving more than 391,000 users defrauded.

Ozer reportedly escaped to Albania.

In collaboration with Turkish authorities, Interpol has issued a red notice for the fugitive wanted for prosecution.

Although an investigation was launched into the company whose accounts were blocked by the financial crimes investigation board MASAK on April 21, the scheme revealed loopholes in the system.

The company has operated since 2017. It recently shut down services for several days, saying that it will allow outside investment from “prestigious banks and funding companies” in order to serve partners.

However, shortly after the statement, users began facing problems with money transfers before the site became inaccessible.

The daily volume of cryptocurrency trading in Turkey is believed to be about $1-$2 billion.

The fraud case is the largest in Turkish history, and coincided with an overnight decision by the Central Bank of Turkey to ban the use of digital currencies and assets to pay for goods and services from April 30.

Among other decisions, the central bank also targeted people and companies that fund illegal activities or facilitate money laundering through cryptocurrencies.

The Thodex founder was previously photographed in a meeting with several top Turkish policymakers.

According to a report by the World Economic Forum, Turkey ranked fourth among the 74 largest economies in the world and first in Europe for cryptocurrency adoption by the population.

“Thodex, as a cryptocurrency trading platform, is just another company in Turkey, and there are no laws for this kind of setup,” Fatih Guner, an expert on the cryptocurrency market, told Arab News.

Recent polls revealed that between 16 and 20 percent of Turks used or owned cryptocurrencies last year.

“The adoption is high, but the literacy is not that high. And the lack of literacy is crucial for cryptocurrency trading platforms because these platforms only make money if people buy and sell coins on their platforms. Exchanges from all over the world are investing in PR and dark marketing to gain new amateur traders, with influencers, YouTube creators, newsletter writers and Twitter trolls,” Guner said.

According to Guner, influencers work with exchanges to encourage inexperienced investors with false claims of profit.

“Turkey is a haven for coin exchanges because of the lack of legislation. The government has to step up and legislate heavily,” he said.

“In recent years, we saw that Turkish people heavily indulged in the lottery, football bets and all kinds of lawful gambling. The government seems to see exchanges as some other kind of gambling and loosely controls them to keep people busy while they live on the edge of poverty. Turkey’s cryptocurrency adoption rate is fourth in the world after Nigeria, Vietnam and the Philippines. The economic resemblance is uncanny,” Guner added.

Experts have long urged the government to take tougher measures to deal with criminals who defraud amateur cryptocurrency investors.

In March, a man in the southern Turkish city of Antalya killed his two children and wife before committing suicide after losing a large sum of money in Bitcoin investments.

PoliticsRe: Smartcard Manufacturing:secureid Brings Nigeria To Global Competitiveness- VP by AlphaSoul: 3:04pm On May 18, 2021
TheRareGem1:
Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has lauded Africa’s leading smart card manufacturing and digital solutions company, SecureID Limited, for its manufacturing operations in Nigeria while creating copious job opportunities and bringing Nigeria to the fore of global competitiveness with its world-class smart card manufacturing plant in Lagos.

The statement was made during a visit to the company’s manufacturing facility on May 11 at Apapa-Oshodi, Isolo Lagos, and was attended by several eminent guests,

The company recently bagged the esteemed Global System of Mobile Applications (GSMA) making it the first in Nigeria and 3rd in Africa; adding to its other global certifications including Visa International, MasterCard Incorporated, Verve, Card Quality Management (CQM), and ISO 9001/2015 for Smart Card Manufacturing and Personalisation of credit and debit cards for all banks in Nigeria and clients in 21 countries across Africa. SecureID also manufactures sim cards for telecom companies, loyalty cards for retail, and security documents for public sector: driving license, national identity cards, international passports, and more.

Osinbajo expressed confidence in the company to bolster local content and contribute to the growth of the economy, stating that the recent GSMA certificate and other global certificates bears glowing testimony to the level of high standards demonstrated in its production of first-rate smart cards in the country

“Today marks a momentous occasion in the history of the technology and manufacturing sector, and I am delighted to be a part of it. SecureID Limited has proved to us with this state-of-the-art manufacturing plant that local production of smart cards at the highest quality is not only viable in Nigeria but also brings a plethora of opportunities with it for Africa.

I must commend this indigenous company for laying the precedent for other local manufacturers to follow. I must also congratulate the founder and CEO, Kofo Akinkugbe, who through her grit and passion to contribute to the growth of the economy, has committed innumerable resources and manpower to bring this factory to fruition. It warms my heart to see a woman take charge and create something indelible for other young women to emulate. She is an attestation to the fact that women are dependable collaborators in our quest for nation-building,” he stated.

The Vice President also extolled Akinkugbe for creating copious job opportunities for Nigerians, stating that this would bolster economic growth through local content.

Speaking on the company’s recent milestone, Akinkugbe stated that SecureID strictly upholds high quality standards and protocols to manufacture an array of smart cards in line with global best practices, emphasizing that the company worked resolutely, to attain the GSMA certificate and other certificates. According to her, the company is an attestation that local production of smart cards at the highest quality is possible in Nigeria.

As an indigenous company, we are able to produce high quality SIM cards and at the same time, providing job opportunities for Nigerians. The government has seen it, its volume, value and growth that we are able to contribute is something we would showcase and further prove that this can be done locally”, she added.

floragregs:
This is for those who have phobia problems. This is for those who don't even know they have it. This is for those who are not too lazy to read.

It started when I was in 100level in the university. I was young and inexperienced. I went to church with a friend, it was palm Sunday in the school's catholic church. The church was crowded there was even crowd outside (late comers). My friend and I were with the late comers. With our cross shaped palm leaves in our hands we stood patiently and listened to the priest from a very loud speaker. After the gospel reading, the doors were opened and people started rushing in (you know how students behave). My friend was dragging my left hand, urging me to hurry along with her but I was feeling something. I knew I had felt it once before but not like this. The crowd pushed forward and my friend couldn't hold me anymore. I felt choked up and very dizzy and I was gasping for air with my heart beating very fast. I didn't know what was happening to me. My friend was already inside the church when she realised I wasn't with her so she came outside to look for me. My heart was beating really fast and I was glad to see her. I just told her "Chinel, make we dey go hostel", she asked why, I just dragged her and we went back to the hostel without even blessing our 'palm cross'.
When we got to the hostel, I explained what I felt to my Chinel. I told her I could hear my heartbeat. She just rushed to the cupboard and brought out a sachet of tiny white drugs and gave me one. She said her doctor in Lagos recommended them when she had slight asthma symptoms. I just swallowed it without thinking or asking her any further questions. I wanted the palpitations to stop. After about 10minutes, I slept off. I woke up about an hour later, thanked Chinel and went upstairs to my room. But I just couldn't shake off the feeling that something was wrong with me.
I have an elder brother who lived and worked in the same city where I schooled. I called him around 4pm and told him I was sick. He didn't even wait for me to finish, he just said "ok start to come my house now now". I packed somethings and left for his place. His kids were happy to see me but something was troubling my mind so I couldn't play with them. The next morning, he took me to the Federal medical centre. We had a Doctor cousin there so it was easy for me to see him. After telling him what happened to me the previous day, he just said "you are Agoraphobic. Stay away from crowded places and lecture halls". He then prescribed a drug to control the palpitation. I was happy to have identified my problem. I did as he said, I stayed away from crowded places and halls and even market. I didn't notice when it stopped. I quit the drug and started living my normal life.
My second panic attack came when I was in 300level. I went to my sister's house in another state during one ASSU strike. We went to church one Sunday. The pastor making alter call for people with one sickness or the other. He even mentioned palpitation but I didn't want to face a crowd and experience another panic so I kept to myself. Then he told a short story of how he and his friend went to church and a pastor called out people like this. His friend who was asthmatic refused to come out so he died the next day bla bla bla. I still didn't go.
That night at home, I couldn't shake off the pastor's short story off my head. I wondered if something would go wrong. I went to bed at about 10pm but I couldn't sleep. I was thinking and I was scared. Some minutes to 12, something in my head started saying "so you refused to go out for prayers, you will die by sharp 12". The familiar wave of panic crept in. I jumped out of my bed with my heart beating very fast and loud. I knocked on my sister's room door. She came out with her husband. When she saw the horrible look on my face, she got scared and started crying and praying at the same time. I felt shortness of breath, my palms were sweaty, then the palpitation. I was having a panic attack. Why did I go to church that day? I thought. I hated the pastor for his short story. After some seconds I felt better. We all went back to bed. I slept well till morning. I felt good when I woke up, I didn't die!
When I was ready to go back to school, my sister's husband gave me a 'Rhapsody of realities' bible which contained nice and inspirational articles written by pastor Chris and his wife. These articles where inserted in between bible chapters. My sister's husband also gave me some verses to read when ever I felt sick.
My third panic attack came when I was still in 300level. We had workshop practice that Thursday afternoon by 1pm. I was already at the school gate by 12:30pm. I walking down to where we were to have the practical when I suddenly felt dizzy. I couldn't go further. I felt like if I did, I would faint. My heart started beating fast again and I felt shortness of breath but nobody noticed so I just turned and went back to the hostel. When I got my room I just cried and thought to myself "abi people for my village no want make I finish school?". Then I rebuked the thought and called my mum.
She was sick at that time and was admitted in another state about 2hours' bus ride. She told me to come over. I just packed somethings, not forgetting my bible, and left for the park. When I got to the hospital, they ran a test or two and said I had malaria. I didn't even bother to tell the doctor anything because I felt she might think I was crazy. I just let the treat malaria. They wanted to finish me with injections.
On my bed that night, I went through my Rhapsody bible and discovered an article by pastor Chris (page 654) "A very present help". It was just talking about fears, I was so happy to have seen it. I started reading psalm 91 everyday! I stayed in the hospital for 5days. I missed practical, tests and assignments. It was really bad because it affected my grade.
My brother came to take my mum and I home. I felt very dizzy, aftermath of plenty injections. I said to myself "I don't just any doctor, I need a shrink". I started browsing about phobias. I studied phobias more than my physics books. I wanted to know everything about them. We had free WIFI as at that time in my school so I always went to school with my ipod touch to browse and read about phobias. I started noticing that I didn't like being locked up in a room or being in closed spaces. I hated going to the bank because of the security door. I would say to my friends "if this door wastes one more second I might pass out". I just avoided tight and closed places, then I realised it was actually claustrophobia and not agoraphobia! Thanks to my browsing. I am sure 'Google' got tired of my search that period. Through my research, I got to know that millions of people have the same problems home and abroad. That was how I was able to conquer my fear. I haven't had a panic attack since I identified my problem and started avoiding what will trigger it. I even thought I would have a panic attack in NYSC camp because it felt like prison. Lol. But it didn't happen.

There are so many people who go through panic attack due to phobias but they don't even know it. You are half cured when you identify your problem and know that you are not the only one who has it. I remember the immigration recruitment test last year and I shiver with the knowledge that so many of them would have been claustrophobic or agoraphobic but didn't know it!
Holly wood actress, Whoopy Goldberg doesn't like being on a plane because she is aviophobic. Pete Edochie of Nollywood hates to fly because he's claustrophobic and can't be in an enclosed place. As for me, i'm still wondering if i'll be able to fly someday. I don't use elevators. I stay out of trouble because I don't want to ever be in a cell or worse still, a Nigerian prison. It has really affected me because I prefer to take long bus rides instead of flights.
There are worse phobias. I have read about Tokophobia which is the fear of pregnancy! The thought of a child growing in them makes them panic. There is also Xenophobia which is the fear of strangers or foreigners! They just hate meeting new people. I opened this thread to create little awareness of these problems.

My name is Flora. I'm a physicist and i'm Claustrophobic. Thanks for reading.

90% Forex brokers do not trade but they want you to.

Forex will not make you rich.

No matter how u master the art of Fx trading, you must blow up your account at least once.

The best forex teachers are not the best forex traders. Dont be surprised that those who tutor you on Fx trade do not have any Fx trading account in their name.

There is always a bigger margin for losses than gain in Fx.

Forex brokers earn when u loose or gain while trading...

Forex brokers volunteers to teach you how to trade for free without a fee, but their reward is having you sign up with them and invest, every time you take a trade position they take a percentage of it through spreads.

Those who makes average success trading forex is less than 30% and these set of people are the ones who makes Fx their main source of income and not a side hustle.
Invest only what you can
afford to loss... Or you'll

BadRadio (lack of signals), you have said your mind as regards Forex; which is a good.one.

I stand to disagree with your notion: "Forex won't make you Rich?" It will make you wealthy if you treat it as you would a business.

Why would you say such a misleading thing?

Until you humble yourself to get a proven and profitable mentor; you will keep blowing accounts

OR

learn it the hard way after accruing debts on you.

I giggled when i read the part you said, "Some Forex tutors don't have a live account attached to their name smiley."

Funny though, but there seems to be an iota of truth in that.

So, BadRadio, you need to harness your trading psychology and get a mentor.

I can recommend you a course that will make you profitable depending on your pace in learning new stuffs. 'Olufukeji Ejimi Adegbeye' on Facebook.

Change your mindset and approach towards Forex, too.
Search for 'Sunshine Scalping Strategy' on Facebook to join his students and make your way to the pedestal of your Forex Journey.

Rather than been perturbed and castigating the aspects of negates in Forex- simply ask yourself these:

What am i getting wrong in Forex?

How do i become consistently profitable like others who are?

What must i do to stop loosing, in a reckless abandon?

Thank me later.

Forex will make you rich to stupor.

madenigga:
This is a true life experience that happened between me, a friend of mine and my supposed girl friend.

I met this girl after the whole circle of wooing and chyking and convincing, she finally decided to date me.
During the period of the dating she refused to let me have sex with her cause she kept saying she was a Virgin, she acted shy wenever i kissed her, and am like maybe shes d one i can finally tie get serious with, coz this her Virgin attitude she kept it on for months infact 2years to be precise.

Now here comes my friend, a full blown flirt which she knows about and has seen his many gfs, i told him i ve not had sex with this my gf and he laughed at me saying am dulling, that the me he used to know back in the uni wud have torn it apart in 2 days.

So a time came and i had to travel to Abuja for sm reasons(business related) this time fell around her bdat period so i just sent her money and messages and even called her. When i finally came back i took her out to make out for the missed bday and she kept acting like nothing ever happened.

After like 4months my friend and i was at a bar with oda of my friends too, talk lead to talk and her matter came up. Whrn i tolf the house that i hadnt hit it they all burst into laughter, but refused to tell me anything. After i insisted they said i shud ask my friend.

Later on i asked him and he told me he had fvcked her not once not twice. We just laughed over it but in my heart i was very angry. The gal started calling me and i stopped taking her calls she started texting me abt why i wasnt answering her phone calls and i ignored. She came to my house and was asking me what the problem was i told her nothing.

After a while i asked her, are you a virgin? She told me yes. I said ok no problem with a smile. And i locked up. She started sending me all sort of gospel messages and gospel verses i ignored. But sent one message are you a virgin?.
That moment she knew the jig was up and she texted me telling me my friend forced her.
Once is an accident twice mistake trice is what.

Sincr then i just locked up.

My advice to guys any gal thats a virgin that you are asking out or dating, force her. Because you wud be very much dissapointed when you hear sm1 else did it for you. The worst sm1 u know.

Aquariann:
A real man respect and treat his lady right.. A real woman gives her man something to be treated right and respected.

You can't go into a relationship with the bullshít mentality of "Take me as I am" and expect to be treated right.

Meanwhile, experience and several stories abound to show treating a woman right doesn't automatically gets you her respect. We see it all the time that ladies with "the perfect partner" (by female definition) are known not to appreciate them, disrespect and cheats on them with the exact opposite of what they have. i.e Jerks.

A lady tells you her ex was irresponsible, a cheat and womanizer, a brute and an epitome of all things evil. You accept her, treat her right, love her, do what she ask etc. But you wake up one day and find out that everytime she leaves your place, she goes over to his and ends up under him. It happens all the damn time.

Guys never listen to what a woman says. Act instead according to her actions.
Hack... Well spoken!

well if she waits to be treated right first before respecting then she aint special. even a pròstìtùte can do that.

Yeah, this is for y'all guys.

When a woman is treated right, consciously or subconsciously she feels obligated to reciprocate. Its not rocket science guys. You don't treat your woman like trash and expect reverence, its almost impossible.

Now,you don't need all the money in the world to treat a woman right, the little things you do to make her happy means so much.

While there are some guys that gift their women with luxurious gift items, there are some that can't afford the expense, but still it doesn't mean that you can't pamper your woman in other ways. Get her affordable jewelries, sing her to sleep, play with her, assist her with chores. There are so much you could do. Women love to be loved.

You could have all the money in the world but still won't be able to sustain a happy relationship.
Point is, you don't force respect ..you earn it.
wink A man should only go for a lady
who respects him. Period!

Derende:
Good day all,
I will be updating this thread much later due to the fact that I will be airborne in a couple of hours from now.

For a quick tips for those coming to Cotonou, this one is for you;

Have a valid yellow fever vaccination card with you to avoid problems with the immigration officials at the Cotonou airport. ( It is not a flying requirements, but an entering requirement into Cotonou, so that you dont miss your flight by those strict Benin officials at the airport)

Please and please again don't try coming into Cotonou through Idiroko border, follow through Seme border through badagry to avoid story that bleeds the heart

For those coming through an agent, endeavour to make sure you see your confirmed flight ticket before doing a covid test (E get why)

When leaving your hotel to the airport make sure you collect receipt covering your 15 days stay from the hotel reception in case you are asked at the airport.

And please use your head
