You can enter the pool with this if NONE of the sections are below 6. You need a min of 6 in each section to enter the pool (along with your ECA). Then you can rewrite for a better score. patody: Good day house, please oo how do I start this Canadian journey, I got 6.5 in ielts overall band score, is it possible to start with this score or rewrite. And how does this provincial nominee program work.. Thanks in anticipation |

If you are claiming points for them, you need to submit a reference letter. You can choose which ones you're claiming points for - based on duration of work, ease of reference, eligible NOC, within the last ten years etc. allabs: Good Day,
Am i required to submit reference letters for previous jobs or my current one??
Thanks. |

You can put it as employment in personal history. You do not need any kind of reference or letter for jobs/businesses in personal history. pointmarshal: Hello house,
While waiting for the response from my previous question, I wanted to ask about NYSC. I did not have to list it as part of my work experience since I have more than 5 years work experience post NYSC. However, I want to know if I should list this in my personal history? If yes, what type of activity should it be listed as?
Currently, I have recorded my NYSC period as unemployed because I am not sure I will be able to get a reference letter from my PPA. Is this ok?
Thanks |

You actually should have started the process of renewing once it entered the six month to expiry timeframe. Once you're on the EE journey, you don't want passport expiry to hinder you in any way. You can try sending them a mail to see what they say. meadeh77: I have an issue,my passport will expire in April which is four months from now and the mail said its has to be at least six months. Am planning on renewing it but am I to send a mail to cic to inform them . Please assist. |

You can submit it so that you are officially in the pool. Then when your spouses's results are out, then you can update. No big deal. Enculer2: I have created a profile. So I hold on submitting until spouse's results are out right? |

There was also another successful adoption here: someone legally adopted her niece https://www.nairaland.com/4843199/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/157#73642049 WeAreDLucky1s: Sure! - It is possible. - But you MUST LEGALLY ADOPT or claim legal adoption for him and he must be less than 18years prior to adoption and, he must not be more than 22years to add him to your profile as accompanying/dependent child.
You cannot count him as family member without the legal process. It has some complication also, but since you are out to do good, that shouldn't discourage you, rather, your love for the child should spur your desire to go all the way.
I hope this has been helpful. And, I'll like to thank you for viewing. |

You can actually start renewing anytime you're within six months to expiry, which I guess is already the case for you. PPR can come at any time MumofTwins2017: Someone please help with this. My passport will expire in 6months time and I want to renew it. Incase the new passport isn’t ready and I am issued PPR, can I submit the old one at VFS for stamping then travel with the old and new one when it comes out? Or raise a CSE and upload the new one even if the PPR mail has been sent? Thanks guys. |

Yes, the child should be included. Yes, the child needs their own medicals. Becca01: Kindly assist with IOM website. Checked Q life and next available booking is till mid January. Another question is we are a family of 3. Our child is Canadian. Does the child need to be included in application and does the child require medical? |

I searched for one of your questions using "accompanying spouse work experience". Found my own answer to someone on Aug 29 on the first page. No one is insulting you by asking you to do research. These have been answered again and again. ananne: I have searched and can't find answers.
If you know the answers.. Kindly state it.
You assumed I just asked questions without searching. If you read my questions.. They are not the usual ECA/DOB questions.
The time you spent in asking me to search more could have been spent answering the questions.
