If you are pre ITA you can delete your husband's work experience to avoid getting a reference and other proof from his work. It doesn't add any points. Hephzibah2018: [Hi Btari....it seems we wrote at the same centre (Benin), Congratulations! Please I have a quick question, did the secondary applicant's work experience details and NOC code get filled in on your profile? There's a separate section for my husband who's the SA and I had to input his details. I came across someone today who said that I'm not supposed to put his work experience, since it's not adding to our CRS score....and that it would only cause us to submit additional reference letter from his place of work. Please I need good advice guys.]

Ah. If you have left a country you lived in previously, the PCC should always be dated after the last date you left! Contact Inspector Moshood o. LaddyB1: Big Congrats to all who have gotten their PPR or passed one milestone or the other. Please I have a question, for someone who got a cancelled application because of police clearance what should I do?
Actually, what happened is that I got my Nigerian police clearance roughly about 3 months before leaving Nigeria and just got a message that my application was cancelled because of that. Now my question to the gurus here is so I start afresh (honestly I would much rather not, if there is a way around it) or do I source for a police officers number and get the fresh cert from Nigeria and send to cic. If I do this what are the chances that they will reopen my application. I have already lost 5 points now as I have just added age, so that brings my crs point down to 454. Please advice me accordingly and if it’s to get the police clearance from Nigeria does anyone have the officers number that was shared here on Naira land, for a known police officer that does this for applicants here. Thanks for your anticipated quick responses as am sitting on edge right now. |

Yes, you can put no. However, post ITA you will list all the spouse's work experience in his/her personal history section. Ok2016: Hello all. When creating my express entry profile, when asked if ur spouse have any work experience, can I put No since I am not claiming point on his work experience?
Pls NOTE that my spouse have over 9years works express and majority of the POF is coming from my spouse |

Only your current job (NOC B) will be eligible for EE. Your previous job under NOC C will not be eligible. Mctee07: Hello people, please I need clarity
If the NOC for my current job is under B (a year) and my previous job is under C (2 years) is this qualified for EE?
My current job will be my primary NOC

Ask on the student visa thread(s) for those countries afroxyz: oga I want to apply for PhD admission in Canadian and US schools. Now do I need to submit WAEC with other documents for evaluation at WES.
The instruction on the site says so but I thought there is a waiver for those doing graduate studies |

No one is required to include BSc with Masters. You've been told this now. Its just WAEC that is required for Master's done in Nigeria (if using WES for the evaluation). There are other evaluation agencies. CanadianFan: Congrats. For your masters, was it a Nigerian managers and did you have to include your bsc? |

You can apply for some provinces, but not Alberta and Ontario. Those ones pick directly from the pool. maudoggs: Hi everyone , I am new here. Please can someone help to answer this question; Do we get picked up from the express entry pool or should I apply for Pnp along side there express entry. My reference is pointed at Alberta provincial program |

A bank reference letter is still required. Please check Stencil's recent posts for the links code7x: Sorry do you mean if I provide Treasury bill certificate + deed of gift, bank reference letter is no longer needed? |

So, my POF is with one bank. However, I did transfers from my business account to that account, as well as from my salary account. My husband also transfers to it. Do I need the bank letter and statements for all those other banks? Or just the one where the POF is being kept? I'd rather not complicate things but then again I want to provide enough info. Stencil: Please check this link for more information about Proof of Funds. Everything you need to know is on there. CIC never requested Bank statements, people just include it, most times to answer questions before they are asked. The Letter from the bank is very important. Many have got PPR without bank statements, however, I suggest including it to help you sleep better at night. |

I wouldn't risk this for transcripts. If both of you went to different schools, how did the schools join together to send the transcript? Alosezele: Hello house, Can I send both my wife and also my documents to west in a single courier package to save cost and Wes would still be able to sort them out? Pls bear in mind that we have different Wes profile and number. Pls how do I package them for it to be acceptable PLS I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP |

It's general advice. Sometimes the same job / job description can be used with several different job titles. This is within and outside Nigeria. So you should try to match 70% / 80% of the job description rather than just go by the title of the job role. Graceee: hello Sir please why should I not go by the job title (Petroleum Engineer) |

Grades don't matter - first class and third class have no bearing on this journey. If the degree is from a recognized school, it can be evaluated. Work experience only counts if it was within the last ten years, paid and within NOC A, B or 0. You will need to Google for Canada NOCs and try to match your job description with one of them. Don't go by the job title. Also, the number of points for 3 years is the same number of points for 10 or 20 years of experience. Graceee: Can a petroleum Engineer with BEng since 2007 with a 2:2 qualify for this EE/FSWP?? with 2 work experience as an employee ( 2008 t0o 2010) and 7 years of Self employed with registered oil and gas company CEO since 2013?? does the perso qualify for this EE or FSwp? |
