Plan for two months after the exam to get results. Philips49: Thanks a lot. I just called them next available date is September 20. I wish I knew I would be done that earlier so that I can make August ITA. |

Yes but both have expiry dates. Medicals are valid for 12 months so you don't want to do it too far in advance of when you think you will get ITA. You will need to land within that twelve month period or redo the meds. So try to time it close to your ITA if you can. PCCs also have expiry. Philips49: Pls can police and medical be done before ITA? |

What i have seen on canada visa and the pnp thread here is that there is an expectation of spending two years in the province that nominated you. After all, they most likely nominated you to fill their own labor market needs. But honestly the jury is still out on whether this is enforced at the time of citizenship or not.

There is a package they email you to fill out after you've been invited to apply. However, there is no EOI or any way to indicate interest in the province before they select you. You can read more here: https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-selection-criteria.aspx (scroll down to Express Entry stream) yungmin: okay thanks a lot, but do | have to fill a separate EOI for Alberta pnp? |

Alberta selects people from the pool to apply for their PNP. Based on NOC mostly. Most people don't have a job waiting in Alberta before being selected. yungmin: sorry, but did you secure a job already to qualify for Alberta PNP? |

Ontario usually picks from the pool, unless you have a Masters or PHD from one of their universities. They use a mix of NOCs and CRS score and maybe other criteria. You can't apply to them. Read more here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-oinp duro7: pls house i need help on OINP. how can OINP recognize someone in Express entry? is it a separate application pls i really want to know about this?? |

Hi guys,
My cousin worked as a reservoir engineer trainee during his NYSC for one of the international oil companies in Nigeria. This is the job description. Can we use NOC 2145?
The job duties for the one-year period were as follows: • Work with reservoir and sub-surface engineers to interpret field and individual well performance to ensure optimum and economical production. • Work with management team on feasibility studies for maintaining current oil & gas. • Collate data for petroleum resources production allocation and volume balance, for onward reporting to management. • Participate in technical review on reservoir management • Analyze the reservoir characterization required for evaluating petroleum reserves. • Develop field development plan & reservoir management strategy by using reservoir simulation models. • Keep abreast of new technology. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and field operations. |

Working in a local govt doesn't disqualify you. Depends on your job description while you were there - if it was in 0, A or B categories of NOC. Also, the job experience should be paid and within the last ten years. yansky: please on this job experience thing. does working ina local government for over 5years qualify for work experience?!. |

Haven't they removed Children's Practice from the list of approved physicians? You'll need to use Q life or IOM in Lagos. empresscupid01: Hello all, please I will like to ask if the Chidren's practise opens on Saturdays and if one can go there for medicals on Saturday. Thanks |

You prove it with your reference letter, bank statements, pay slips etc. It doesn't matter if you studied in one field and you work in another. Choose NOC based on the job duties you actually performed, backed up with your job description (not necessarily the job title) 1StopRudeness: Please I wanna ask a question..the job experience thing that has to be three years or more in the last five years....is there a way u will be asked to prove u have worked full time for the number of years and on a particular job position?? And if ur job isn’t really related to ur degree like a banker that has a degree in biology and a masters in biology related field as well. How do u choose a NOC particularly if u are willing to switch careers to science field because u just got ur masters. How do u chose the ur NOC. Final question: if u wanna use a friend as nominee what will I show as proof |

You will get it. Just give it a few more days. I usually add +3 business days to their due date. They will send a soft copy to your email adanac13: We're in the same shoes o, 21st was my date too, they finally updated it to your order is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipients, .....does this mean I won't get a soft copy? |
