Pls, help me with the list of universities that accept summer application for masters Electrical Engineering or Electrical engineering and information technology that accept English language proficiency from my undergraduate.
I have checked DAAD website,all the universities I saw requires either TOEFL/ IELTS and I don't have that at the moment.

There is no list of universities accepting English language proficiency you can only find out if EPL will be accepted by sending a mail to the course coordinator they are always responsive so do your own part by sending a mail to them.
However it is in your best interest if you can write the test to increase the number of options you can apply to and also increase your chances of getting admission

No tuition fees simply means they don't charge you for fees you only pay the semester dues once every semester this amount also covers the semester ticket, even though you're going to a non tuition school without scholarship you will have to provide blocked account or sponsorship letter...

Scholarship means your sustenance (accommodation, feeding etc) has been taken care of so there is no need to provide blocked account or sponsorship letter sometimes the scholarship may even cover your travel expenses, scholarship does not require getting a blocked account or sponsorship letter.

Since you're new in this thread I will advice that you go and read up the previous parts of the General German Student Visa Enquiries, for further information

Well there is no Step by step process per se, you need to visit daad.de website and go through their requirements, if you meet-up with the requirements, forward your application to them and pray about it... Scholarship to me is selecting few qualified candidates (who by their academic records have been doing well) from a large pool of applicants so it's not guaranteed that when you apply you get it. A very striking letter of motivation can also go a long way of increasing your chances...

If you have enough bars in your account and can afford the tuition fees you can try Canada at least it would not be difficult for you to adjust to many things and if you plan yourself well you can be on your way to getting your PR. On the other hand if you don't really have funds but you have the passion to study in Germany and you see learning a new language as an advantage and not a barrier then you can try Germany. The tech industry is booming in Germany currently so it's also a good place to learn...

At the end it's your choice to make

Uni-assist in general is a body that helps schools to verify and assess the documents of the applicants and at the end of assessment forward the report to them

For migration for work or permanent residence what you write is GENERAL TEST

Yes it can, I did mine here in UYO. The stamp carried High court Uyo and not state high court....

The withdrawal from the account is regulated. They only give you about 800+ euros monthly and the blocked account amount has changed its no longer 8000 euros for blocked account but 10,236 euros...

That’s all.and any question for me. i asked if there’s still hope for AD, she said for those that have extension from November till January there’s still hope for AD, but those that there deadline is October or mid Oct, and no extension she will ask them to defer because winter has started. So I believe those that used Dec as starting date there’s hope.

You can certify your documents at the embassy (you have to book an appointment for this) or any of the high courts around you...

Earlier on, I mentioned that I enjoyed my flight from Lagos to Cairo, much more than the flight from Cairo you Berlin. This is due to a lot of reason.

Firstly, the aircraft from Cairo to berlin is relatively smaller than the one from Lagos to Cairo. Infact, it was just 2 of us from Lagos who had a connecting flight to Schönefeld airport, Berlin.

Secondly, I was super stressed at this point. The previous night while waiting for my room at the hotel Egyptair promised, it took about 3 hours to have that figured out. All that just drained me!

Thirdly, I was preparing myself for a new start to life in a new country. The shock was already getting to me as we approached Berlin. And believe me, I still feel overwhelmed till now! The cultural shock is a 100%. More on this later.

Nonetheless, let me share pictures from the connecting flight to Berlin!

I think the wisest thing to do is to mail the course coordinator(s) of the school(s) you have interest in applying to explaining why you desire a career change. They are very responsive so they are in a better position to tell you if you can proceed or not... Another thing to do is to also package a well composed motivation letter giving solid reasons why you are switching from Economics to ICT. If it does not work I think you will be left with the option of applying for BSc programme.

Use www.daad.de to check the suitable courses you would like to apply to and their requirements most schools require minimum of 2.5 CGPA German scale

All German schools have both summer and winter semesters but admission into some courses may vary as some courses are scheduled to start summer while others winter

Try and correct it if it's possible if it's not then you have to go to court and swear an affidavit and go along with it and also present your birth certificate that reflects your correct DOB...

I don't think the PHD question was a trap because he said he wants to go into academics so going further with his PHD is also in line... For now no one knows why exactly his application was rejected, but the other option now is to appeal and back it up with prayers...

Your WASSCE certificate can cover for it, go along with it.
