Please I need someone to help with this.

One of my core courses was omitted in the final time table.

I spoke to the faculty officer in my study center a d she said the course won't be written in the exam. She got the information from the dean.

Funny enough, the tmas for the course has been uploaded.

What can course this?

Does it mean the course not longer exists?

I am in my final semester........ The course is a core course. How do I handle this.

The course was done during the last semester examinations..

Is there a precedent? How was it handled?

TMA 2 should start tomorrow so they should respect the schedule. TMA 1 closure is 12 midnight today.
Really? You had three weeks to do this. Do if the school decides to cut out the last day.... You are to blame.

Check your portal first.

But from the schedule TMA 1 deadline is 26th June 2018 midnight and TMA 2 starts 27th June. Then why will TMA 2 now open on 26th June.

The sizes are big from what your wrote. Even if she manage to take it, the fibroids may not allow baby stay. Go ahead to LUTH as you wish and decide with your doctor in the best step. Yes, I mean Laparoscopy. Cost depends on hospital and location. I paid 50k 2yrs ago when I did mine in the East. Don't know how much now.

I don't know how your doc said he could not see tubes from scan. No one can visualize fallopian tube on an ultrasound scan. That's why I asked if it was lap.

Thanks for your response. She will see another gynaecologist at the luth. If they recommend surgery...

We will do it. I want it to be done by August so we can get over it.

If HSG says both tubes are patent, then I'd go with it.

So in my opinion, meet another doctor before you conclude on surgery. But that doesn't stop her from taking her meds for the prolactin.

May God direct your steps to the right track
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by ananne: 2:05pm On Jun 18, 2018

How big is the fibroid and what is the position? What type of scan did the gynae use to confirm invisibility of the tubes. Has she done HSG or Lap?

High prolactin could or could not stop ovulation. Reason your doc still want progesterone test before he'll conclude she doesn't ovulate. But then, it's on the high side. For now, let her continue with her prescription. It works well.
Normal progesterone will indicate if she ovulates or not and will indicate if she'll be able to carry a pregnancy without supplementing at earlier on. So your doctor is definitely on track.

Your semen analysis is perfect.
Let your wife work on her prolactin

As per doing the surgery, it's upto you and your doctor to decide based on the location and size. Be sure to ask much questions and in not satisfied, seek second opinion; since it doesn't disturb her.
In any decision you take, may God be with you and grant your heart desires.
Pleas is Lap...... Laparoscopy? If yes how much does it cost? Where can we do one?

I believe that if her tubes are free.... That all we need do is bring down the prolactin and try. I believe that if she is ovulating she will get pregnant.

Her fibroid don't give any symptoms. Aside the bulky part of her lower abdomen.... You won't know she has it.

Thank you. There saw four fibroid of between 5-7cm. They are mainly the ones on the wall of the womb. Only one is projecting towards the womb...

There is none in the womb itself.

We hope to see another gynaecologist in luth after her exams.

Hello sir, maybe you should try another hospital before you opt for myomectomy since your wife is not showing symptoms.she can also do USS to know the location n size of the fibroid and hsg to ascertain patency of her tubes.I use rjolad sometimes n Dr onaolapo is my gynae although he's currently on vacation. Please and please try to seek a second opinion. It might just be infection not making the tubes visible or you repeat scan elsewhere.speaking from experience my enemy was told same at rjolad n after surgery, tubes were blocked from hsg report when we asked surgeon for d state of my tubes at surgery ,he didn't say anything valid.....to cut long story short ,went elsewhere, took antibiotics n did flushing.i got my patent tubes fromd last hsg report. My two kobo
Thanks for your response. Please what is USS?

SHE DID HSG and the Doctor Who did it said her tubes are not bad. But the gynaecologist couldn't see the tube from the scan and said the fibroid isn't making him to see it and recommended surgery even when she doesn't have symptoms.

We met another gynaecologist and he said the same thing.

Funny enough I bet live the prolactin is the main culprit here because she hasn't been ovulating because of it.
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by ananne: 4:17pm On Jun 17, 2018
Please is anyone using the gynaecologists at R-jolad hospital in gbagada. I have been married for close to two years without a child. My wife has fibroids. Her fibroid don't have symptoms. She isn't in pain, doesn't bleed and all. She just has a bulge at her pelvic region.

Her gynaecologist is suggesting surgery because he couldn't see the Fallopian tubes during a scan. So he concluded that the fibroid is lying against the tube making it less visible.

She also has a high prolactin of about 64ng/ml. She started taking dorstinex today.

I believe she isn't ovulating because of the prolactin.

She got pregnant immediately after our wedding but lost miscarried a month later.

Please can someone explain how progesterone relates to ovulation. She is planning to do it in the 21st Day of her cycle.

For those who have used dorstinex... Did you finish the pack of 8 tablets before seeing results?

Should we do the surgery even though her fibroid ain't showing any symptoms?

We intend doing the surgery at R-jolad hospital when we decide...

I did semen analysis and my count was 43 million per MIL. Motility was 80 percent and 90 percent were normal sperms without any form of disability.

I don't feel comfortable seeing the name of a private organization or ctizen on the body of police cars , it's just so wrong and it's akin to to a rich man buying the law ...how are our policemen supposed to arrest erring Dangote truck drivers from a squad car bearing Dangote badge as livery

Secondly I don't succumb to this idea of Governors and Business men buying vehicles for our Federal police who have a budget running into Billions yearly for vehicle purchases and need up looting because Governors and Business men step in to buy vehicles for them .. the shallow mind will commend this step by Dangote but the deep thinker will condemn it and would advise that Dangote can channel his CSR to other places like health care , scholarship , microfinancing which I know he already does but no sane society allows private citizen buy equipment for their law enforcement
You are so dumb. You are the one with a shallow mind.

Good morning umunnem,

Please can anyone tell me the process for obtaining building approvals for a five bedroom bungalow being constructed at nnewi.

It's a building I am doing for my poor mother from NY meagre salary because the old is leaking and making the woman sick.

The agency marked down the building saying I should stop work...

I don't know what to do..

I out almost all my salary into the building...

I don't even have money to do the approval because I heard its very expensive. I just want to know how it's done.

Please can anyone here help me...

In other news

carry over courses are the courses you registered both course and exam in past semesters but you either didn't do the exam or you have a "F" in your result

You will only register it as exam in the new semester with just 1000 for undergraduates or 2000 for post graduates

Thanks Anthony.

So what it means is that one will just reprint the examination form after registering the carry over.

I finished by registration before the results was released. I discovered I have one carry over.

Should project be registered as examination?

I noticed with what i just did for someone now that your exam registration can exceed 24 units when taking some carryover courses.

Thanks and have a lovely night rest

After waiting for the result, imbibing patience as adviced. The result is out without my Project Score. There are a lot of things that are not right about this country..so i have to go through another 3/6 months before project result is uploaded. I will be free one day but the question is would I honestly recommend this institution for someone with a budget/plan and destination?

M.Sc of One Year is gradually becoming 2 yrs................................
When did you submit your project? Did your study center send the score to Abuja in time? These are the questions to ask. The school is a good school. Even on conventional unit... People are delayed due to lots of reasons. Go to your study center and find out the status of your project.

Ewedu in the morning
50mg Vit b6 @ night

Till ovulation
Stop ewedu
Continue b6 till flow shows.

If pregnant continue b6

Have she considered the drug method.
Ewedu method being a natural method can be slow and less effective if the level of prolactin is very high.
Thanks for answering. She will see a gynaecologist today for drugs.

Secondly we baby danced during her ovulation period. Her menses came at the expected time but it flowed heavily for two days. On the third day, the flow minimised considerably. This is unusual because she normally has four says if heavy flow.

On the third day, she started complaining of excessive tiredness. She hasn't felt that weak during her menses before.
Someone asked her to do a pregnancy test.

But I don't believe it's possible to menstruate while pregnant especiallly within the first few weeks of conception.

Has anyone experienced this before?

When should see take it? Is it twice daily? I heard she can take it from af to ovulation. Does it mean that after her ovulation, that she will wait till her menses start again?

For the vit b6. When is supposed to take it? How many tablets a day and what duration?

Will be waiting for your response.

Thank you.

The federal polytechnic Ilaro is currently on a short break after the conclusion of its first semester exams. The second semester will start by the end of this month. This means that the admission process will start very soon.

The cut off mark for the school is usually 180. You must write a Post ume exam to be able to gain admission.
EducationPolytechnic Admission For 2017/2018 Session. by ananne(op): 4:15pm On Mar 16, 2018
Most of the threads for admission are for universities thereby making it difficult for students who are seeking information about polytechnics from accessing the information they need.

Many candidates will consider trying to gain admission into a polytechnic if they miss out on university admission. With the removal of the dichotomy between universities and polytechnics, more students will consider getting a polytechnic education as an alternative.

This thread is for those who are looking for information about the various polytechnics we have. Let's start by commenting on the school, their current session and semester and their cut off marks.

Soon the admission process will start. We all need all the information we can get.
