It is true. You can be Ijebu and Yoruba the same time.
You can be Nsukka and Igbo the same time.
You can be Ika and Igbo the same time.

Every easterner or southerner is not Igbo. A lot of Okrika people speak Igbo but they are not Igbo. You hardly see an Igbo man laying claim of Okrika as Igbo.

Aneke is mostly a surname in ENUGU STATE of Nigeria.
It is an Igbowide name and you will not be surprised to found the surname in Abia, Anioma(Delta state), Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Imo and Norther parts of Rivers state.

Some of my muslim friends that I have discussed this issue with are against the driver's action. I do not know why that Nairalander (A/B) does not seem to understand that his muslim brother was wrong.

I understand that in the past, when you did not see yourself as Igbo, you kept your self isolated on anything Igbo and even to understand the standard Igbo.
Ndigbo are always their brother's keepers. If you need any help with issues relating to Igbo, do not hesistate to contact Ndigbo nairaland. Prepare your mind to embrace Igbo.
Meanwhile, you can get further help from the Dept of Igbo language at Agbor college of Education. This department is one of the best departments of Igbo language in the entire Igboland. I am sure this will help.Daalu.

So when the driver of a No.24 suddenly stopped his bus and began chanting a Muslim prayer in the aisle, passengers were somewhat startled.

Gayle Griffiths was on her way to collect her daughter from school in Gospel Oak, north London.

‘The driver stopped the bus very suddenly, got out of his cab and walked toward the doors,’ said the 33-year-old from Camden.

Agbaso never won any election. Which election did he win?. Any one who told you that Agbaso won Imo Guber election might have lied to you.
The PPA won the election and not Agbaso's APGA. Though their was a frudulent and inconclusive election tho weeks earlier and it was cancelled by INEC. Agbaso was a signatory to the nullification of that election.
He did not head to the courts then. He consented to the cancellation and recontested for the second election.
What happened?, Imo state did not choose him but PPA and Ohakim.

Sonya, you haven't seen any thing yet. The message is:desist from anything that will bring division within Ndigbo. Igbo people are one and it does not matter if you are from Umunede, Umuderim, Umuahia, Umuola etc. Igbo wu otu. Igbo bu ofu.

Okigwe zone has to rule for eight years. three down and five more to go.
After that positions will change.
Imo state is a peaceful state and to maintain that peace, the tripod has to be maintained and balanced.
If Agbaso needs to govern Imo state desperately, he should wait for 2015.
