Nigeria has many retards. GOD save us from these people who think like animals.

We are trying to focus on freeing ourselves from the corrupt politicians, some idiots are here advocating for more states to be created to satisfy their selfish motives.
Humans by nature will call for justice. For example, If you are sentensed for 15 years inprisonment for impersonation and drug related offences in South Africa, and another for the same crime gets 5 years, am sure you will cry for justice. It is so natural.

I visited Nigeria during the 2006 census. I was in Abuja that period, and I was counted as a Gwagwalada resident yet I am not from Gwagwalada.
In the Uk, when the enumerators visit you, the first question they will ask you to fill is your ethnic group for example, Black Carribean or Black African etc. You will also be asked to fill your religious status. Why not in Nigeria?.

Obasi. Just for that classical pass to Obinna Nsofor, though Nsofor could not finish it up. Every other player 4-5. While I score Chinedu Obasi 5-6.

Danny Shittu's moments were at the last cup of nations in Ghana. He can not produce that superlative perfomance again. He hardly features for his lowly-placed premiership club Bolton. Am sure you saw how the Benin boys were turning him iside out. Shittu is just a joke.
PoliticsBalancing State Creations In Nigeria by AndreUweh(op): 3:50pm On Jan 17, 2010
There is an imbalance of state creations in Nigeria. While the Northwest geopolitical zone has seven states, other zones has six each while the Southeast has only five states. As a consequence, there is the need for equity, fair play and justice in state creation exercise. The solution should be giving all the geopolitical zones an additional state;two states for the Southeast and none to the Northwest as they already have seven states .
From the Southwest=Ibadan state should edge it over Ijebu
Southsouth=Anioma state.
Southeast x2 =Njaba is a priority from Imo state and Ihiala in Anambra state, either Adada state from the present Enugu state or Enyimba state from the present Abia state and parts of Igbo speaking areas of Rivers state e.g Omuma, Obigbo and Etche.
Northcentral=Tiv state for Tivs in Benue and Taraba state.
Northeast=Sarduana from the present Bornu and Taraba states.
I think, this is the perfect balance of states desired in Nigeria. Honest opinions please.

@ Flashgeek: We do not clamour for opting out of Nigeria but for an Anioma state that is overdue. An Anioma state that stands for justice and fair play.
PoliticsRe: Need For Isoko State by AndreUweh(m): 1:16pm On Jan 17, 2010
The only state that needs to be carved out of Delta state and South-south geopolitical zone is Anioma state. It is overripe and overdue. Anioma state now or,

What they like to hear or want to see are Igbo fighting Ijaw, Ijaw Fighting Ogoni, N-Delta hate Igbo, Anioma is not Igbo, Ikwere hate Ijaw, N-Delta is no Biafra,
They can go any length to instigate disunity among brothers for their selfish interest. Yoruba and Dirty Stinking Hausa/Fulani characters are exactly thesame as that of Satan?. they don't want other people to live in peace.

PoliticsRe: Whole Of Southeastern Nigeria Originates From Benin by AndreUweh(m): 1:18am On Jan 16, 2010
Bini claims arose largely as a result of fear of Nigerian troops destroying lives and properties during the civil war. Some groups who were hitherto Igbo started disclaiming Igbo. Most of them began to claim Bini ancestry. Someone like Elechi Amadi-i.e the one who was kidnapped about a year ago began to write or rewrite history. That clown is not known as a historian yet came up with a junk story which clowns like him have now believed.
Secondly, The British, on arrival in Nigeria saw the Binis as a very civilised and sophisticated group. This has led to some groups claiming Bini. In actual fact, no one is from Bini.

@ topic. even though i can't stand the poster, the front page title is very misleading. its only going to fuel attacks amongst one another. even though the poster claims he didn't start it with tribalistic intentions (total BS) the thread says it all. bk_baybee has failed!!  grin grin grin

oh yeah. . . since we are talking about SE/SS anyway. . .
wanted to leave this comment in that other thread about education statistics among nigerian states before it got locked.
"for the SE and SS to have the highest number of educated people from an area where education is normally not free, that says hell of a lot. ROCK ON SE/SS!!  cool"
There is a saying that he that is down needs fear no fall. The poster knows it and he admits it even in his post. What a shame.

Sounds funny . . . so you claim all the Niger-delta EVEN though it is more relevant that the entire igbo ethnic group just because you have few Igbos around . . . LOOL. why not talk to your brothers to return home instead of claiming another person't land. Wilful ignorant.

@asha 80 you can't handle the truth.
I never claimed that the entire Niger-Delta belonged to Ndigbo. Earlier, I listed some Igbo areas in the Niger Delta and they did not include the following: Warri, Sapele, Forcados, Burutu, Yenogoa, Brass, Buguma etc.
My brother take it easy. Your anger should be directed to 'nawiriwede' poster who has been putting a hot knife into what has held us together. How I wish you will understand the poster's ploy.

I never meant to insult anyone.  .  but statement like "The Niger Delta belongs to the Igbo" is just ridiculous
A part of Niger-Delta belong to Ndigbo and not all. For example-Ahoada, Omoku, Diobu, Obigbo in Rivers state. Kwale, Abor, Obiaruku in Delta state. Oguta, Ohaji and Egbema in Imo state. Imo river, Ndoki, Ohambele and Akwete in Abia state.
All the above mentioned areas are part of the Niger-Delta and are 100 percent Igboland.

Guus Hiddink closes in on embattled Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez as former Chelsea coach admits he would jump at Kop job
By John Edwards and Matt Lawton

Guus Hiddink has put himself in the frame to replace Rafa Benitez as Liverpool manager but will first seek the approval of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
The Dutchman, who was a huge success during a four-month spell at Chelsea last year, is set to leave his job as coach of Russia and has told friends he would relish the challenge at Anfield.
Hiddink’s menacing presence in the wings came as Benitez suffered the devastating blow of losing three vital players to injury — Fernando Torres for six weeks, Steven Gerrard for a fortnight and Yossi Benayoun for a month.

Waiting in the wings: Guus Hiddink has intensified pressure on Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez by admitting he'd jump at the chance to boss the Anfield club
Benitez is likely to survive the season despite the humiliating FA Cup loss to Reading on Wednesday. The home defeat sparked fury among Liverpool fans, who flooded radio phone-ins and internet forums with demands that he be sacked.
Hiddink, 63 and a veteran of three World Cups, is still to thrash out the terms of his departure from Russia but sources close to him have revealed he is desperate for a second opportunity in the Barclays Premier League. He will consult Abramovich, who has stopped funding his £6.25million-a-year salary as Russia coach, before making up his mind.

Hiddink said: ‘I have to speak to the federation president before making any decision on my future, but it is true that I would like to coach in England again. After all the support I’ve received from Roman Abramovich I owe it to them to discuss anything with them first.’
Just when Benitez thought things could not get worse, he was buffeted by a torrent of bad news on the injury front. Torres was found to have torn a cartilage in his right knee in the opening minutes on Wednesday, and Gerrard strained a hamstring and will miss the away games with Stoke and Wolves and the Anfield clash with Tottenham next Wednesday.

Spanish pain: Benitez sees Torres limp off on Tuesday and the striker has called for new players
Torres can add Everton, Arsenal and Manchester City to the catalogue of key Premier League fixtures he will have to sit out, and there was a further setback when it was revealed that Benayoun had cracked a rib.
Benitez’s reputation, so long defended on Merseyside, now seems irreparably damaged.
Ronnie Whelan, a key member of Liverpool’s midfield in the 1980s, issued a withering condemnation.
He said: ‘I think he should have gone a long time ago. The whole club is struggling — the owners, the club’s in debt, the players are not good enough, the manager’s not good enough. I don’t know where they go.’
Torres also added to the pressure on the club’s owners by saying: ‘This season should have been the turning point for us, the chance to do something great. It is now the owners’ turn. They have to sign players, so that this does not happen again.
‘If we want to compete with Manchester United and Chelsea, we need a much, much more complete squad,’ he says in an interview to be published in Four Four Two magazine.

Bust-up: Club sources have denied a fall-out between Bentiez and Gerrard
‘We need more genuinely first-class players, and we also cannot let our best players go.’
Club insiders denied rumours of a bust-up between Benitez and Gerrard at half time against Reading. The skipper had complained of a twinge in his hamstring and a dispute is believed to have evolved with another member of staff.
