George Paul let his team down. Apart from the bad three point shooting of the Clippers. He was just missing key free throws and shooting poorly. Not good enough for a team that wants to win. Happy for Ty lue because he won't lose his job and with Kawhi they can try to run it back. As for the Suns. They are running on fumes now. They look spent. They are a good team and have shown us what they could be like from the bubble last season. They won 2 games relatively comfortably without CP3 and struggled since he came back. So we have enough data to effectively die this fake prisoner-of-the-moment CP3 narrative. At this point in time, I think Giannis will win his first ring and FMVP title.

Pat Bev has done a tremendous job on Devin. Let it be known.

With the way the Euros has been refereed, this has to be by far the worst referee in the competition. He has allowed all the flopping and useless calls that the Euros committee said they will get rid off. I hate this referee. Hate. I hope he never referees another game both in the Euros and UEFA CL.

Now I get your point. Officiating Harden is difficult and has always been an issue but you are right. Giannis and the league will get what they want because they will go through. Giannis has been spectacular tonight, he has done what he needed to do.

I absolutely and vehemently disagree with this. If anything, the league wants Giannis in the finals and this has been the case since game 1. Infact, there is a narrative that the league is trying to protect small markets like Milwaukee by allowing Giannis get to the finals to avoid the situation they are witnessing in Orlando. The free-throw disparity in this series says it all.

The league desperately wants Giannis in the finals. If the Bucks fails to get to the finals and the noise about leaving Milwaukee starts again, the league understands it may be in a mess where Milwaukee is no longer a destination.

I feel you are judging how this game is refereed from only KD. If you have been reading me on his issue I have agreed that they have let the Bucks to manhandle him especially away from home. But the deception with the refereeing is how other Nets guys are getting whistles. You can't guard Harden in this game, for e.g. As for who the NBA wants, we are just speculating. I have nothing against KD or Giannis and I do sympathize with KD because his team would have won easily without the injuries which are sadly, part of the game.

Durant is too great.

True but I don't like the way Harden is being refereed. It is like he is being pitied for being slightly injured.

The refereeing in this game is lopsided towards the Nets. That is a fact. Mistakes have been made on both ends, but it is clear that the NBA would rather the Nets won this game.

The celtics should probably hire Rick Carlisle. He works better with impressionable players who take instructions. As for today's came, if the NBA allow the Bucks to be physical, they will win. If they don't then I believe the Nets should win this game.

At 107-109, Giannis dropped the ball for what would have been an easy layup. It was a perfect summary for the way the game went and how the series will go. This series will definitely see a game 7 because Nash will want James Harden to get more rest. You cannot rely on Green to hit 7/8 threes and even if Joe Harris has been bad, away from home he will be worse. KD will be KD but, Bucks will take game 6. The issue then is, why did the Bucks give the Nets a chance for a fitter Harden in game 7? That is the symbolic significance for Giannis dropping that ball at that time of the game.

KD is also playing great 1 on 1 D.

Nets are a small team. They have some players that are defensively suspect. Yet Bucks can't move the ball. Lol. I hope Nets win. I don't like watching foolishness.

Even if Bucks win this series they should fire Bud. He takes bad coaching to another level. Harden is 0 from offense yet this game is by 7 pts. I don't know how Bucks came prepared to attack this Nets team. They are so scattered.

If I am being honest, they let the Bucks play very physical in game 4. But this game 5 is definite home cooking (in favour of the Nets).
