The guy is just bitter. The hospital was built by the Federal government and named Otibhor Okhae which is the name of the mother of Admiral Aikhomu. It was later renamed a federal specialist hospital and now a teaching hospital. It's conception and construction was all because of Aikhomu who was then the second in command.
