Director, Army Public Relations (DAPR), Brigadier-General Raphael Isah, who made this known at a news briefing at the Army Head Quarters yesterday in Abuja maintained that no soldier was involved in the killings at Badagry.

“Soldiers of the Nigerian Army do not have ammunition to waste and unaccounted for. If a soldier shoot anybody outside, he must account for that ammunition when he goes back. So, we just don’t waste our ammunition. And that is to say that if truly a soldier did that thing, then the soldier must be known by now because there will be shortfall in the allocation of his ammunition.”
