So today I logged in on twitter and found bokoharam trending.

First I thought if there had been an attack because yesterday was Christmas so I decided to check the trend.

In the trend I actually saw a post asking if Nigeria could host a world cup and to my amazement tweeps especially those outside Nigeria were making fun with Boko haram.

I had a similar experience two Sundays ago in my church DCC (David Christian Center).

I opened the envelop in my sit to put my offering but found money inside the envelop I picked.

I asked the two people beside me if it is theirs they said no, I just added my own money inside it (plus the old one) and dropped in the offering basket

Talk like this is the reason why guys will continue to use you people for rituals.

Yes, she is my backbone (after God o) and I don't see her changing.

We have grown together since 2018 we are good.

I saved approximately N1,000,000 before quitting my job.

I got employed immediately after my Nysc on the 4th of January 2018 (i saved 200k during NYSC) . My salary was 47,500

Transport to work daily was a total of N200 because I used to trek some distance. Feeding used to take up N800 for the day and month end I remit N5,000 to my mom and N3,000 for NEPA bill. I used to give my girlfriend N2,000

That was my earning and I didn't have any other source of income at all....

After 6months my pay was increased to N51,500 but luckily I was selected for N-Power teach which I combined with my job.

I was shoveling between my job and the N-power teach. I forgot to say that my job was also a teaching job and God blessed me with an understanding supervisor who understood that I needed another source of income. So the Npower school made a suitable time table for me and also my school supervisor made life easy for me.

When Npower 30k started coming, I just allowed the money to be flowing in without touching it, this happened consistently for 6months.

After about 1yr in my job (not Npower), in 2019 my pay was increased to N59,500 and a month later to N61,500.

With the increase, I still maintained my spending culture even though the economy was tight. I maintained my lifestyle around the first salary of 47,500 (I was saving just 7k then). I remember I didnt buy any new cloth or phone even though they were terribly bad. My beard was making me spend too much I had to remove it and went clean shaved, I even removed my punk

So with N-Power 30k and the salary increment for 1yr and 6months I consistently saved 50k (30k from Npower, 20k from my salary).

There were occasions where I touched the savings to meet a need or solve a problem but the bottom line is that.

After everything I had roughly N1,000,000 saved because I resigned from my job in May 2020 after working with them for 2yrs and Npower stopped paying me in January 2020 when they came for inspection but didn't find me.

Luckily for me, my mum made do with what I could afford to drop in the house, she was making up with her little trade. my girlfriend is an understanding partner and never bothered me for anything even though I was the one disturbing myself to give her (we go still marry sha ), I could have saved more but church wahala and their unending request for seed sowing kept pushing me to my purse until I angrily stopped giving anything to church. Even tithe I stopped paying and stepped down from my position as a leader in church. Infact I comot for workforce.

I resigned officially may 2020 during coronavirus lockdown and went into business with what I saved.

I started with POS, I was making some change sha, my girlfriend was helping me to run it while I also went to Alaba international market to hustle. With the money I was getting from street and money from POS, I bought a car for uber/bolt rentals in 2021 and that became my third source of income and that was when I could afford a place for myself, rented a single room self contain and moved out of mama's house.

Now I own two plots of lands and a second car still for rentals (I still dey jump danfo) but my POS business is down since my girlfriend left for school everyone I employed to manage it for me have been making one terrible mistake or the other. They didn't steal but were careless. Even my brother couldn't run it like she did.

I recently purchased a Toyota corolla 05 sports for my personal use but after some months (three months) I really got tired of driving because I got a work from home job and most of the times I am indoor and when I go out the traffic makes me feel like to abandon the car and just go home. You know how crazy lagos traffic can be

So most times the car is just at home, idle and I decided to give it out to a driver for bolt and drop weekly remittance of 30k.

The terms of agreement is that he will remit 30k weekly also maintenance of the car (like servicing etc) will be shared 50/50 by us.

The first week he remitted 20k and it took him additional two days to balance up

Second week of work he didn't remit but promised to make double payment the upper week, I allowed him and when he paid he paid 50k instead of 60k with promise to balance up some days later.

The fourth week he remitted full payment.

Fifth week, he defaulted.

So, I am wondering, for experience bolt/uber driver is 30k plus 50/50 car maintenance too much for a rider to meet? Car servicing is once in six weeks...

He also uses inDrive, Bolt and Uber for his rides, works everyday of the week

I came home late last year and apologized and later I asked him for my school fee which I had not paid as at that time, he kept giving me excuses which I Know he has and left after much talk he gave me #50,000 out of like #150,000 but sincerely I didn't collect it cos I don't know where to get the remains then I got a job and saved up and paid.

Soviet Union (Present day Russia) invade Afghanistan First in 1979 and fought a costly war for 10yrs. US helped to train and armed Mujahideens for that 10yrs period and the war became too costly for the soviets and in 1989 Soviet Union pulled out of Afghanistan in defeat, that war directly led to the collapse of Soviet Union because per day they were spending millions of dollars to sustain the war which also led to their collapse in 1991.

Secondly, for the gas issue, Russia for now has Europe economy on her palms but it is only just a matter of time before Europe adapts and move on. Russia's main revenue comes from natural gas sales.... And her biggest customers are Europeans. Right now Russia uses natural gas as a weapon to blackmail Europe and it is just a matter of time before Europe looks for other energy sources. Russia cannot replace European customers, they cannot sell to Asians because in Asia they already have enough natural gas deposits and if at all they can easily get from Qatar and other reach Middle East customers.

I recently got employed in a company. A Married woman who should be about forty years manages this company owned by the husband.

The day I went for the interview, she (the manager) was very nice to me, kept complementing my dressing , smiled and peeped glances at me very often.

To my shock, I passed the interview even though I made a couple of blunders that should have disqualified me. After the interview, she spoke to me briefly asking about my ambition, my school and other general stuffs. I felt special.

I'm two months in the company, she isn't steady recently,but I see her often. I haven't had much of a conversation with her, only greetings.

Here is the problem. She has been acting very cold recently, ignoring my greetings and contributions during staff meetings. She now finds faults in every little thing I do. I try to be diligent in all my assignments, but she is never satisfied.
