Now reason: If Russia actually hacked the elections in such manner that it tipped the balance of scale in favour of Trump, as claimed by the Whitehouse, how come Hillary Clinton WON THE POPULAR VOTES BY AN OVERWHELMING 2MILLION VOTES? In other words, where lies the effect of the Russian hacking, if there was any? Or was it that the alleged hacking only affected the swing states where Trump won? How?

I am a law graduate, and I can tell you that what the OP has presented so far is what we call 'documentary evidence' under section 83, section 251-254 of the Evidence Act 2011, as amended. On the contrary, the accused have not by or use of such or equivalent documents be able to prove his innocence or disproved the fact in issue, even with sound reasoning. Hence, the burden of proof still lies at his door.

Until he does so, he remain a scam from which other innocent and unsuspecting Nigerians must be saved.
