For breeders and pet lovers who aspire to own and cohabit more than two dogs, especially a mix of different breeds, cohabiting in peace and harmony is actually very possible...

For starters, i'd advice you introduce the dogs into your kennel at the puppy stage. If all these dogs grow up together, they develop this bond hence it minimizes the probability of dog fights. If at all there are any, it will be minimal and won't be a fight to death.

A simple explanation...
For someone who plans to go into breeding and plans on cohabiting several breeds:

1) Introduce the weaklings first...especially the small breeds like Lhasa apso and Co.
2) After a while, introduce the large breeds, one at a time

Essence of step 1 is to get the small breed (e.g Lhasa apso) well acquainted with the environment. She sees herself as the only dog in the house. Loneliness becomes her pal because its not possible the owner gives her maximum attention. Allow her stay till like 6-7 months of age before stage 2 is effected.

Essence of Step 2: Introducing a large breed (e.g boerboel) into the kennel at the puppy stage. Here the Lhasa apso sees the new pup as her own kid. She personally trains him, she sees him as her only companion. They both build a bond together. The new pup on the other hand sees the Lhasa as her guardian not forgetting their age difference. He remains in total submission to the older dog.

To introduce any other large breed, continue this trend.

SUMMARY: All dogs continue living in one accord as a family. They operate as a pack irrespective of breed, they live as a family. If at all there is any fight, it won't be anything more than mere scratches and all...Please note that there isn't any particular rule surrounding this method. it's just something I've tried over the years, and it has worked for me so far. There are also other rules surrounding this method like not feeding them in the same plate, eradicating any for of competition amongst them and all...

Taming is a dog is easy, yet dangerous...I got so many bites from this quest, I can't also remember how many shots of anti-rabies vaccine (Rabipur) I've had in in my entire lifetime...

It's a matter of communication between you and the dog in question. Firstly, you need to understand the facial expressions u need to wear and the gestures you need to make, one that'll make the dog see you as harmless...

Let me give a simpler explanation...Have you ever encountered this scenario, where you walk your dog (especially a pet breed) on the streets, and local dogs (mongrels) around keep barking and charging against you guys, do u remember the type of expression your dog puts on anytime she wanna play cool. She will be like "i'm not bothered, kill urself", with her head turned towards the other way like all those other dogs never exists.

So make use of this particular expression too...
BUT BROS, WATCH THE KIND OF DOG YOU USE IT WITH O, TRY AM WITH AN OVERLY AGGRESSIVE DOG EHN, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN O!!!
