I understand the pain we are all feeling about this but the truth is that this charge on d ATM is necessary. Reason being, Its expensive to have and keep an ATM machine running. Its cost funds to keep them on, it costs funds to fill them up with cash and its also costs funds to continue monitoring them to make sure that they provide hitch free services.

Peeps are complaining that the charge of #60 is too much, we are forgetting that the price of everything has gone up and these institutions have salaries to pay ..
