PGD does not count as highest degree in this case. That's only reserved for Master's and Doctorate degrees. Please evaluate your BSc along with your PGD to get points for 2 or more certificates.

Kindly go to page 1 and carefully read and understand this EE process. You will not regret it.

Thank you so much, my profession was not on the EE list, so I will go with 2 or more. In the case of Degree and PGD, I will need to send only the PGD for evaluation right ?

If your hubby isn't the PA, why do you need an EOR? He has already given you 18 points out of a possible 20. My advice to you is that you calculate your CRS and if it exceeds 445 then let it go because the remark will just waste your time except you guys aren't ready to jump into the pool. Anyway if you still insist on an EOR you will have to first raise a bank draft of 15k to British council then visit their office at ikoyi (if you wrote in Lagos and environs) pick your TRF and submit immediately after completing the EOR forms. The collection days for Lagos are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

It take about 2 - 4 weeks for EOR but there are cases where people have waited up to 8weeks for the result.

Hello all. Hubbys IELTS result (BC)was LRWS : 8, 8, 6.5, 8.
He intends asking for a remark on writing and even I know that 6.5 was a joke. It was his first time writing.
I searched through nairaland for how to go about requesting for EOR with BC. A lot of people seem to have said they requested for an EOR but the only person I found that stated how to go about it did that sometime in May 2017 ( talked about going to BC office in Lagos to collect a form and all that).
I would like to know from people who have done so recently how they went about it. Can it be done online? Or would one have to go to BC office? Does it still take 8 weeks for the EOR?
I am the PA and my ielts result are fine. We are just angry with the 6.5 score in writing.
I would appreciate your response.

My sister used only statement of result with ICES December last year without any problems. So except something has changed between that time and today. You should be fine.

Hy, i wish to ask if they accept statement of result. From their site they requested for coloured scan academic record and also coloured scan certificate. Degree & diploma. Statement of result is what i hv at hand now, d certificate is still on process. Can make do of that with out having issues.

In the case of IQAS, I wrote to them asking if they accept statement of result & they replied that they don't accept statement of result except certificate. And from their check list of documents requested, i found out that they requested for photocopy of transcript/statement of marks to be enclosed in my documents which i will send to them. Truly, i dnt kw if exams & record can gv that out for photocopy.

Some people submitted only deed of assignment/sale and proof of prior ownership, and have gotten PPR/COPR. I personally know someone that submitted only Deed of Sale and he landed in Edmonton last week.

Hello house. Please for those who sold land to raise POF, must you get that the change of ownership document issued by the state govt, or is it okay to upload just the stamped Deed of Assignment/sale agreement as evidence of sale?.
I'm asking because getting the govt document is another long, expensive process, I'll have to start settling the community chief , district head, and then paying another sum to the land office. Thank you.

Children under 14 are exempted from biometrics.

You guys can do your medicals before ITA but you have to wait for a biometrics instruction letter before that can be done and you will only receive that after your AOR and Medicals passed at least that has been the procedure so far. So you can't avoid travelling twice. I'm in the same boat as you guys. Presently in Lagos from PH with my family for Medicals. It sucks that we have to come back for biometrics but all join.

This is an interesting read. Apparently WES evaluation for Pharmacy gives same points for Masters even if the report comes out as 4 years Bachelor degree. This guy successfully defended his decision to use WES and has gotten his COPR.

This is for the Graduates of Pharmacy who maybe in sales or other aspects of the industry.

I will advise you to consult a family Lawyer so you don't end up being misinformed or misadvised. This process is a serious one and your application can be rejected or worse banned for presenting the wrong info.

If you get legally divorced from your spouse, that legal document you get will be your proof of separation, and yes, there won't be a problem when you decide to settle down again.
I'm not so sure but I have heard someone here saying divorce proceedings is faster in a customary court.

I really don't know the procedure or documentation for proving you are separated but you have to show something that proves both of you are no longer married and you also need his consent to take your kid with you. That's if he's the father

I think you will have to provide a legal document that clearly shows that you are separated. You can't just select separated without backing it up. As long as you can prove you're separated then you won't have any issues with misrepresentation. Hope this helps

I will like to know how to go about my express entry application. I am currently separated from my husband but we haven't gone to court to nullify the marriage and I don't think that will be possible before I start my process. I want to apply as separated while claiming I have a daughter as my dependent. Hope that would not mean misrepresentation or is there any other way to go about it?

It was an opinion essay. If I recall correctly the question went like this "Some parents believe that reading books for entertainment is a waste of time and children should only read educational books.
What is your opinion on this?"

I first analysed the question and planned only the body paragraphs. I paraphrased the question by basically changing the word order to get my introduction and stated my opinion.

Sorry bro take heart it will surely end in Praise. I also wrote on September 8, my score LRWS - 8.5, 7.5, 7, 7.5 2nd attempt. My first attempt I got 8.5, 9, 6.5, 7.5 went for remark and it took 16 weeks no change. Wrote both with British Council.
My revised CRS score is 456 up from 402.
