What exactly is wrong in him wearing agbada wherever he goes? Why must he wear suit? Doesn't Trump wear suit every day of his life?...and everywhere he goes? So why it's ok for Trump and not Buhari? Brainwashed and don't even know.

@ topic..... haters everywhere.... can't separate the message from the man. What exactly is wrong in what he said? He's right...gave reasons..keep them closed.
That is exactly what you get from haters and wailers, he forgot the message and his dressing is now the problem. What is even wrong with his dressing in the first place?
This is typical of some black people who black brains, anything from the white man is the best.

A major reason why Malaysia don't want to reverse the death penalty on drug traffickers, any country that forgets the youths forgets the future.
Their leaders are praying for the slightest opportunity to meet Buhari and beg but these online warriors would be acting as if Ghana is now the richest country in the world since the border closure and it is Nigeria that is begging for her borders to be opened

this zoo boko haram poverty capital of the world country really wants someone to beg them.Where did you see the word we beg you even when your own president's spokesman wrote this bias report.Nobody respect your 200 million depressed poverty country not even Niger or Benin much more Ghana which is far better than your zoo country. Try harder oh and over 600 Nigerian shops have been locked in Accra,Circle only since November. Maybe you guys should beg us.
Online warriors, we all know that Ghana is the richest country in the world, question still remains, why is your president still begging Buhari for the reopening of the shut borders? This is 2020 and not 2019 when the borders were shut.

Close more shops, not even one LGA chairman in Nigeria would beg you to reopen them, close 5,000 more shops and we won't beg you to reopen them but just tell your junior ministers, ex and present presidents to stop disturbing us.

This is true but c'mon, we are talking of two parents. In particular he was very fond and close to his mother.

Here is what I think Nnamdi should do. Go into Cameroon and get cover in the Ambazonian territory. Have the funeral in Cameroon and say his goodbye to them. Transport the bodies back to Afara and give it a burial. Kanu does not need to step foot in Nigeria. Even his whereabout in Cameroon must be kept within no more than five people. Even close family and relatives should not know. No dignitary, no fanfare. Just him and his siblings and some personal associates. Dignitaries and everybody else can go to cemetry for burial.
I'm not sure you are Igbo or maybe if you are, you don't understand the Igbo culture.

You don't bury commoners just like that according to the Igbo culture how much more the Royals, did you just mention cemetery too?

Bros it would be better Kanu doesn't come back for the burial instead of bastardizing the culture of his people

Well you might not blame the people of Asaba for acting that way at that crucial moment, any group of people can act differently in the face of life and death.

You can go to London and help the Ghanaian president to wail and beg for border reopening, Buhari and Nigerians are not bothered.
We thought Ghana and Ghanaians were doing wonderfully well since the border closure, why the continuous begging and stressing Buhari from Abuja to Lagos and now London by these Ghanaians?

You are back, help him out please.
He said Gowon signed a secret agreement with Cameroon and the locals in PH and we need a link to it, can you be of help? I know some older relatives who got theirs back in those places except in PH and environs
Politics › Re: Gowon: No Regrets Fighting Civil War by Area4Area: 3:51pm On Jan 20, 2020
Andrez123:
Yeah why don't you ask Gowon himself for that secret document.....You are either very naive or you pretend to be. Go and ask anyone in Port Harcourt who lived there in the 70s, it's a well known fact that igbos never got back their properties when they tried to return to Port Harcourt in 1970 unlike in other towns in Nigeria. Even Onyeka Owenu mentioned that in a speech last week, her father's house was taken also. In fact the first igbos igbos that returned to Port Harcourt on January and February 1970 after the Civil War ended was either beaten up or killed. The "victor no vanquished" was a joke. Let me also mention that all the igbos was just given a maximum of 20 pounds in 1970 no matter the amount of money that they previously had in their account. You have decided to be bias and support that evil and pretentious man like Gowon for whatever reason.
Fear don grip you already, you said Gowon signed a secret agreement with Cameroon and you were told to provide a link to it so that we all can read and learn, you started blabbing.

Everyone knows about the abandoned property saga in PH and environs, you accused Gowon of a secret agreement with the locals, get us a link to that, na so so epistle you dey write.

Maybe you think because nairaland is an anonymous blog anyone can say anything without being questioned for links. Imagine me asserting that you're a white man when you are actually as black as I am, am I not supposed to produce evidence like video, pictures etc to prove it?

Another fallacy, 20 pounds wasn't given to all Igbos, it was only given to Igbos who still had documents showing they had an account, you may have only 2 pounds or 2,000 pounds, all boiled down to 20 pounds. Inhuman as that decision was, it is good we state things the way it happened.

Your lies is simply outrageous, Gowon gave Bakassi to Cameroon in a secret agreement, Cameroon presented that secret document to international court that's how they were able drive Nigerians away without paying compensation. Gowon also made sure that the igbos in Port Harcourt never got their properties after 1970, because of also the secret promise he made to the ikwere and ijaw people that if they support Nigeria and abandon Biafra that he will give them all the Igbo properties. It's people like you that feed propaganda and falsehood about the evils of the civil war instead of saying the truth. There's so many atrocities and war crimes that Gowon committed but I don't have the time to do arguments with liars like yourself.
Can we see a link to the secret agreement or document Gowon signed with Cameroon?

A link to the secret agreement or document Gowon signed with the Ijaws and ikwerres over Igbo properties but Igbos got back their properties in Jos, Kano, Kaduna, Lagos etc.

Kanu, IPOB and lies, propaganda are same , they are in fact 5 and 6.

Wailers must wail wail over anything and everything, FFK is always and still looking for relevance because he knows he's been left behind.
If AJ didn't greet Buhari as a Yoruba man, they'd complain, he did and same complaining.

Good enough, AJ doesn't know anyone of them and none of them contributed to what he is today, so I'll recommend sniper for all wailers in the house including FFK, just send your address and guess what, I'd be paying for the shipping to your doorstep.

IPOB and kanu have been chosen by the people. If you are truthful and not dwelling on lies and propaganda you would have known that the people are with kanu and his group more than the so-called elected dummies.

The reason why we the great Igbos always disagree with you Afonjas is that, you people always see everything as politics which is not supposed to be so. Since Abuja have succeeded in polluting our political space with the help of their handpicked dummies. We the people have decided to choose the path that suits us after all Power belongs to the people.

Catalonia have representatives duly elected by the people, yes I agree with that but the question is, can the people in this part of the world say or boost that their own representatives were duly elected by them?? That was my reason when I told you not to use Catalonia as an example.
Kanu and IPOB were not elected and that had settled the case so try acting on any decision made by an illegal IPOB and 1967 will be a children's party.
If you like go and invite Boko Haram to speak for you, nobody cares. Have you tried voting IPOB members into any political position so as to speak for you? I've forgotten that it has been relegated to a terrorist group and dare not rear its terrorist head wherever sane humans are because the python is ever ready to deal with it.

Meanwhile this would be the last time I'd be entertaining you with an answer if you decide to continue in your afonja nightmare or trying to derail.

You failed to mention that Gowon gave away your own land, the Bakassi peninsula which was part of the current Cross Rivers state to Cameroon in order for them to close their borders to Biafra. I bet you typed these rubbish above praising Gowon and his soldiers because you still have a village to go back to unlike us who has been displaced without any village because of the wicked deeds of Gowon.
Only God knows who feed you guys with so much lies and you believe them without doing any research.

Bakassi was part of colonial German Cameroon, after WW1 and Germany lost the war, her colonies in Africa were divided. Cameroon was divided between the British in Nigeria and the French. Bakassi was part of British Cameroon and close to the Nigerian border. Soon Nigerians started to settle around the area, at first there was no problem with Nigeria because British Cameroon was still administered from Nigeria.

After the independence of both territories and the British southern Cameroon decided to be part of Cameroon, that was when the republic of Cameroon decided to take back its territory from Nigeria which they won in court and OBJ gave it back to Cameroon. From your post, you said Gowon gave Bakassi to Cameroon so which Bakassi did OBJ give to them again? I believe you'll just lying that you're from there because if you are, your elders would've told you the history of the area.

Where and how did Gowon get into this? You obviously don't know, you won't ask and neither would you do any research about events aside believing every lie you are told, when Buhari calls Nigerian yoots lazy now, it is people like you that'll start calling him names.

The people of the old eastern region have been speaking out through Ipob which some of them are members of the group.

That nigger-arean government are suppressing their voices and views, with the help of their security agencies and compromised media does not mean such a thing does not exist.

IPOB is only a rag tag group to primitive and backwards nigger-areans. We all know that in nigger-area as it is presently constituted, the peoples votes don't count Abuja decides and imposes who ever they want to govern or represent the people. And by so doing those dummies that is being hand-picked will only do the biddings of their masters in Abuja.

We the people have chosen Ipob to be doing the needful for us since the political space have been compromised. It's not a must that we the people of Old Eastern region will go through a compromised route to lodge a complain or achieve something.

Catalonia is not nigger-area where Abuja decides who represents or governs the people so, pls stop using Catalonia as an example.
Long story short, IPOB and Kanu were not elected by the people, that is the only route that is recognised, not elected and your authority is null and void.
You can as swell tell us when they were elected perhaps I missed the date.

Catalonia, Scotland etc all have representatives duly elected by the people and can't be compared to a ragtag IPOB nobody elected to speak for them. You can as well tell IPOB to appoint the governor of your state without any election by the people.
Failure to do that amounts to the normal IPOB noise we all are used to

Can you equally tell us when the people of Eastern regions told you they don't want a referendum or, are you just yapping when your voice is not needed??
The peoples of the Old Eastern Region would tell the whole world that they want a referendum through their representatives(political and traditional) and not through a rag tag group nobody elected and having no bearings in a democratic setting. The people of Scotland, Catalonia, Québec etc all have their representatives duly elected by the people to speak on their behalf.

That's the difference so tell me when Kanu and IPOBians were elected to speak for the good peoples of Old Eastern Region on any issue.
