Therefore every part has a part to play. The Old Testament was for the Jews. Updated in New Testament as people had become "slave" to doctrine, with less merciful heart towards fellow humans.

That is not always true.

The on;y issue is that while most ladies with little money might chose to be humble, many ladies with own money cannot "form" humility. Money has its own spirit. Once a woman feels she doesn't need a man to give her economic security, only very few can show the traditional respect to their hubby.
