yinkdol: Last price of this one is #5M buh I have another property in that same alakia side whose last price is #3M. All are genuine with their papers intact.. How many rooms has this one and how many rooms has the 3m one? En-suite? Exactly which documents/titles are available? |
Very nice indeed. But you can give the price per sqm for your most common colours inclusive of workmanship. As it is it remains very vague and suggests it's very expensive (which might not be the case) but onus is on you the seller to give what potential customers need including approximate prices which don't have to have to be binding. |

greatdonmikel: Part of Yoruba land is beign classified as North instead of South. SE and SS have lots of similarities aside that the ibos in SS are part of the minority but kwara is 85 percent yoruba yet classified as a Northern state. The present governor of kwara state is the only yoruba man in the Northern Governors' Forum. It's part of Uthman dan Fodio's booty. It didn't happen yesterday. Blame Afonja. |
Excellent move. Nigerians do not know what they miss by speaking English only as a foreign language. I have been saying this for years. We have this Anglophone arrogance that everybody speaks English. People's reaction in many countries when you try speaking their language has been impressive. Actually beign able to speak makes your stay much more fun. There is a whole lot of literature out there (never quite same as translated versions) that we miss out on. However, these foreign languages should be done in tandem with local Nigerian languages. But there are jobless French language graduates out there. Why not do targeted recruitment in the meantime? |
Na real hammering. |
Olamidus Adedejianus, triumphator, Imperator et Dictator! Hominem te memento! |
ketoprofen: Contraceptive use in the north is that low? Which kind illiteracy and ignorance Una get?. My brother you no surprise? I don't know how someone can boast about all the indices of human backwardness and underdevelopment just to justify bogus census figures in the North. Some people no dey shame at all. |

nedu666: well i hope festus has learnt to think deeply b4 speaking, however it is evident that come 2016 that kano and likely kaduna will be larger than. He should have kept quiet to prevent another Northern fraud in 2016. Now they have free hand to return a figure of 10 million for Jigawa, 30 for Kano etc. All in an attempt to collect oil money, oil which their voodoo geographers claimed moved/flowed from the north to the south. When you are admitted into the university with a Jamb score 45/400 for being from a backward godforsaken corner of the nation, one will become a voodoo scientist. |
That census figures have always been rigged to favour the North is no news. Even colonial officers still alive have confessed to it. They did it to favour Northerners which they said on record are "foolish and feudalistic simpletons" to prevent the "educated and progressive Southerners" from controlling Nigeria. Why do you think they knighted Ahmadu Bello and Balewa? And sent Southern leaders demanding independence to jail? Because Northerners did/do their bidding. Rigging census figures was to reward the North. And that lie has continued since. The North should go form Boko Republic and allow Yerima marry as many toddlers as he wants. We're tired of you guys in the North. Go with your yam and carrots. We have nothing in common. Curse on Lugard and his LovePeddler. |
torkaka: am I sensing complex issues here or what?Fact is you cannot call me a "young gun" when I am most likely your senior. Babangida (another prime parasitic specimen) was a dictator from 1985 to 1993? How old were you then? I am not addressing the other rubbish you wrote there. |
torkaka: the problem with most of you young guns is copy and paste. the issue of coastal areas being more populated than other areas is hinged on migration!! this means that even if northerners migrate in large numbers to the south (which is clearly not the case) they'll still go back to their various states to be counted during census counts!. Lol, I am not as young as you think. I wonder how old you were when I travelled to study abroad during Babangida's regime. |
What formula does FG use to share money from Northern farm produce to the 36 states ![]() Oh, no states get revenue from it. I can import Yam from Cameroon and pay for it. There is misconception about farming in Southern Naija by Northerners. I have relatives in rural/semi-rural areas now in their 70s and they have never bought yam or peas or rice ever. They grow everything and store them in barns and sacks, which last till next harvest: rice, corn, melon, pepper, yam etc. Plantain is available almost all year. |
torkaka: the area of Nigeria is 356,667 sq mi while the area of Namibia is 318,696 sq mi! where did you get your only half? my friend, lack of birth control and religious belief have been said to be major causes of population growth!! quit all this coastal non sense!!Well, na wa for you. do you read fully before you reply? Just trying to find fault? Size is only half the story. Vegetation, fresh water to support the population is another part. CLEAR? |

0monnakoda: Please spare us all these geographical postulations. Men need to go in to women. Fruitfully. That is how populations grow. There should be peace, good health.food and general security for populations to grow. Is there any geography explanation for why India and china have populations in excess of One billion? and neither Europe nor the USA does. There is. Rice grows abundantly in both countries and they are not desert countries. They have many inland rivers. Having kids is one thing, them surviving to be counted is another. We don't do voodoo economics here in Europe. There are colleagues researching all these problems in Northern Naija. The VVF situation there is alarming due to little girls bearing kids. Many even not surviving it. In ancient Egypt, the Nile valley n delta was the population hub. It still is today. |
torkaka: some of you and your warped logic!! Namibia (which is almost the size of Nigeria by landmass) is a coastal country with a population of just about 2.3million!The size of Namibia is only half of it. It also has the massive Namib desert (one of the most arid and hottest places on earth) that stretches even to the coast, a very unusual geography. It is the dryness (not supporting enough vegetation/plants) that has reduced human settlement along the salty sea water without a delta region bringing fresh water from inland rivers. After considering high fertility rate (simply used to describe how many kids people chose to have, not biological superiority) in the North, have you also compared infant/maternal mortality in both regions? Birth is only one part of population growth, surviving childhood and childbearing is another part. |
googlepikin: WHY is it that Nigeria worship thieves who tells lies and will never say the truth, and hate people who speak the truth, and they dream of progressing.Northerners are taking us backward in dis country.God please help your people, we cant do dis alone.what is all dis?. Why? If I knew I would be a candidate for Nobel Prize. What I know is that it is why we're where we're. |
bjprodint: healthy or not. As an adult, red meat should be eaten sparingly. It has lots of saturated fats: mostly stearic acid and palmitic acid. Palmitic acid (also in red palm oil) is now seen as particularly bad because it doesn't desaturate (become healthier unsaturated fat compared to even the not so good stearic acid) during metabolism. NOTE: red palm oil contains vitamin A that is good for us but not in too much quantity to avoid too much saturated fat. At least this is more or less current medical biochemical view. In farming communities of the past when energy output was almost more than intake due to hard work, palm oil would have been ok. Eating lots of meat in oily soup and sitting in AC office/shop all day can't be good. Therefore not healthy. Reduce red meat, eat more poultry and even more fish, and of course fruits and veg. Peace. |
Very good telling off. Not that she will listen though. |
