Sagamite: You are a person!, Sorry I didn't have Nigerian education like you. You're the one failed by ASUU and your leaders. All your arguments here on NL are based on tribe. You're well known for it. |
Sagamite: You are a person!. I will not stoop to your worm level. What did you say when your tribesman OBJ was there and didn't fix the road? Can it become perfect by magic? Is it not going to be constructed properly first and maintained? You people are low-life tribalists who can never see anything good in anybody else. |
Sagamite: person, tell me what are you celebrating the construction of a road that should be perfect anyway?. Did OBJ make it perfect? He had 8 years. Did he even make road to Ottah Perfect? With all GEJ's imperfections, this tribalism and Regional hate and pull him down syndrome is too much. If you guys think certain tribes should not rule this country, people are free to go their own way. Not by force to be one country. |
bakynes: Jonathan made a big mistake going into Agreement with these Northern cabals.Jonathan made a mistake by using the same Power system former presidents used against Rebelious Governors. He shd focus more on governance than Fighting Atiku and d renegade Governors.. GEJ had no choice. To catch monkey, you need banana. Everything: population, local governments, regions, states have been artificially skewed in their favour since colonial times. OBJ had to beg and all that to outwit Atiku and cohort in 2003 before masterfully putting a dead-man-walking Yar'Adua in front of an Ijaw man who will succeed him. And cleverly feigned ignorance of his serious illness. If Obj thought it was Igbo's turn to rule, he would have done it through the backdoor too by putting an Ikwerre like Odili behind Yar'Adua. OBJ is probably one man alive today who understands the Nigerian political terrain the most, way ahead of IBB. Never write him off. Only God can. |

HumbleChoice: I actually live in the area. I am not an agent per say but since I met some landowners in the area who want to sell their land, I decided to help them advertize it online. I know there are some people who could get into some problems but I think that is when they try to get these lands through the back way for very cheap. These communities have their various chairmen who confirms the land and documentations and to the best of my knowledge, when buying a property do not avoid the community chairmans confirmation. I will send info of the land and prices to you as requested. I have a home in Ebo and a pure water factory as well. I have never had a problem with land and I can see how fast the areas are opening up. I am not looking for who to dupe money but only helping find buyers for genuine lands available. The buyer would make all confirmations before paying. I am also in the area and apart from my water factory, I do borehole in the area as well so am confident with what I advertize.. Thanks @ HC. Do as you said. |
Can you show pictures of some houses in the areas selling for 500K in these esates? |
@HC Can you please send your brief with detail of their, prices, documents/titles, size and location to: area.fada@yahoo.com Now I know some people who have had problems with land bought in that axis recently especially Ugbor/Amagba. Please ensure transparency. I wonder why you cannot post at least some of them here. That area can be problematic if not careful. To dispel any doubts be very open and introduce yourself: are you an agent, landowner, builder, local person or what? Peace. |
HumbleChoice: There are various Landed properties available for SALE in a very fast developing area in Benin City. The areas include Irhirhi, Ebo, Aruogba and other communities within. These areas are all linked up to Ugbo GRA, Airport road and Sapele road. The roads there havent been constructed for now but NDDC has promised to start working on the roads so that soon enmagbaough the whole communities would properly open up and be well connected with other places. Right now, if you take a tour around all these communities, you will notice the development and the kind of modern structures coming up in all angles. Because these communities are still developing but really fast, the prices of land are really affordable. This is the time for you to invest and buy a land because very soon the prices start appreciating and you can either make a good profit by selling it or be happy to build on it.. @HC Can you please send your brief with detail of their, prices, documents/titles, size and location to: area.fada@yahoo.com Now I know some people who have had problems with land bought in that axis recently especially Ugbor/Amagba. gsaint trinity: I see many separatists, oduduwa, biafra ND, all being happy but what you people don't know is that SNC if it evebagidar holds would only be advisory nothing like breaking the country would result.. Well except Babangida, Buhari, Atiku and co plan a coup before then, we would at least have the chance to seat down and discuss. Only parasites are afraid of SNC, and they are mostly Northern elites. To the Almajiris it won't make any difference. The Northern elites have oil blocks and easy money at stake. |
J12: Its an Edo thing. The males are trannies while the females are the males.. Yet another bigot will say Edo men are very brutal to their women. Today in the richest and most developed countries women stand shoulder to shoulder with men. And they are better for it. But it seems Naija still have some cavemen. Why should having breasts or balls be used to determine right? Since men have been in control both in politics and elsewhere, where did it get us? I would write my will. If my daughter happens to be more responsible, she'll get more control and vice-versa. |
chuksbogus: if u are the first son and the elder its obvious u have lost control of ur family or was never incontrol. so u have to up ur game and earn back that respect. where am from now dat ur dad is down u are incharge and u shld asume that role unless u have given ur sibblings d reason to think u are not capable.. A bit tricky. His Dad is alive, even if partly slowed down by illness, so his authority is still limited. You don't begin fight over control of property when father is still alive. It easily tears families apart. @Uyi try to simplify your write up. You must be a scientist/Mathematician/numbers person, writing is not our forte. Lol. I had an experience that is a bit analogous to yours. A friend brought his friend to stay with me for a week as my friend's house was temporarily overcrowded. A week became 1 year plus. Free of charge. In Europe. He found a decent job in my area but wasn't sure of being retained for long. About half way through his stay in my house, my friend and my lodger fell out. My friend now asked me to kick him out. I refused to kick him out, because my lodger did not offend me. Ok he was tight-fisted and hardly shopped beyond a few things (but loved eating my assorted food) and lived rent free but he didn't cause me any problem. My point was if two people are fighting, the third party should help make peace between them. My friend was complaining that I didn't take his side as a friend. I didn't care. Uyi I think you were right to house the guy. |
Fat Cock: COYG!!!Wenger: the Hegemon of 2013/14 EPL season. Lol. |

@JPwave, What's the cheapest in-ground swimming pool you can construct? I just need a shallow pool that little kids as young as 3 years can swim and play in. Even if small size. I don't really like those above ground aluminium or plastic ones. Email: area.fada@yahoo.com Thanks. |
Most of them are hidden, not in the label. |
@Labeecee, Is it that all the plots at Lajo are gone or you have more at a different price? |

nuelkaosi: Who exactly is an illiterate?? Does it mean that if u cnt speak or write in good english, then u re an illiterate?? How many white people cn speak Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba??. If you can read and write in any language then you are literate. Middle East has high literacy rate because they can read and write in Arabic or Persian, etc. |
Very conservative estimate. At least half of North especially women. Do they consider all those Amajiri people literate? |
Tolexander: The other time i mentioned the edo state people and the oversea mentality, some guys were castigating me.Edos are adventurous. It takes bravery also, however foolish you see it. No wonder a relatively small tribe like Bini managed to have a large empire, at some point in history covering Ondo, Ekiti down to part of Lagos and beyond. Fought off Idah people from going Southwards. Over $2.5 billion remitted by Edos alone of the total $10 to Nigeria. In a tribalistic country where majority tribes see Nigeria as only their own property (except maybe SE), the Edos know that they are on their own in that jungle and are doing what they can to check out. And they will try again. And some go on about prostitution: is prostitution not everywhere in Naija today? Runs girls, sex for degree at uni, multiple boyfriends and sugar daddies. While I abhor prostitution, local or foreign, ashawo na ashawo. |
