my friend the issues of this country do not touch me one bit. when i look around and see what can be done in this great nation if the LEADER decides to put his foot down and take us where we should be then u'll understand. you have been so blinded that you do not realise that the govt you voted in is responsible to you. Food: to an extent this is in the hands of the farmers but if things were done right and with proper planning we should be exporting our crops, they should provide fertilizers, enable the large scale farmers to hire machinery , give training,provide loans for small scale farmers and not EMBEZZLE all the budgetary allocation to agriculture under the guise of buying mobile phones.

Security: do you really think that u are supposed to pay someone/group of private pips for your protection, we might as well disband the police( which is the reason this thread started anyway) an individual made off with police pensioners money and nobody could say anything so who do you blame.

Funny where I am I have never had a clash with anyone in my dept be it nurses. I entered a well structured unit everyone does his job and we all live happily.
For those nurses midwives bsc msc phd etc pls just do ur job and stop chasing shadows.
U can't write ur diagnosis or treatment for a patient the doc does that however u administer the drugs and can note side effects. U are even on ground to say that this drug appears to be better than that as u have noticed in ur patients, DO UR JOB and be proud of it and u'll be surprised the heights u"ll attain.

Doctors doctors doctors. Are they thAt bad. If u now ur role in the medical team u'll know u aren't been ordered around or oppressed or whatever.
And Y for God's sake would a doctor be angry when the pharmacist corrects a prescription some times they are over worked . It happened to me and the doc went with me to thank him cos he knew his job unlike some clowns whom would just dispense it.
For that dude who wants to be treated by a physicians assistant or a very good nurse I wish u all the best. U never know when a single variable changes everything that's the doctors JOB and the doctor is trained to note those variables. u'll land back to him when ur assistant has bleeped u up.
