Do smaller exercise during the week. Husbands can't wash plate and cook breakfast? What happened to his hands ? No be two God gave him huh?

Another thing we need to understand is.. Most women don't have the time to work out. When they woke in the morning they have to bath the children, sweep the house, prepare food, get the kids ready for school and prepare their lunch, and also they go to work while some go to sell in the market,, so tell which time do you expect them to workout? If their husbands will agree to wash plate in the morning and cook breakfast am sure they can make time for that, women are humans too for Christ sake... You can't compare an ordinary woman to celebrities who have house helps and nannies, they have all the free time to workout.. Note am not supporting the dirty aspects but we should also consider their time...

I agree with you on working out. Working out at least 5 days a week should be a must for us! After one is done cooking and eating those good food on food section and you aren't taking or spending at least 30 minutes to 1 hour exercising, then you are poisoning your body.

Shaving my legs- a big no no. I love my hairy legs.
Aveeno face wash a daily must.
Shower - 2 ice daily. I don't drink coffee so cold water bath helps.
No make up just eye liner and lip gloss.

I think Uber eat and co are a savior . I'm thinking of using hello fresh in addition. Who has the time to be cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day/all week? I enjoy cooking - but the cook in bulk on the weekend that I do is not always the answer. Some time you just get tired of doing the same thing all the time.
It's good to just get Uber, hub, amazon eat etc deliver your meals on your way home from work while dealing with traffic and runs.
