U need to see the living condition of ordinary lagosians...very terrible. Queuing up under the sun for hours waiting for BRT, family of 10 living in a room apartment cos rents are damnn expensive. Only few people are actually enjoying lagos and these statistics is definitely misleading. U are better off with Ten thousand naira in most states of the federation than thirty thousand naira in lagos. The ordinary poor lagosian has the worst quality of life in the country, imho. Peace.

coogar: epl teams don't care about the europa - there's no motivation to win it. staying in the premier league attracts more money than winning even the champions league. mid-table teams in england cannot afford to add europa league fixtures to the already congested football fixtures in england. it's not like winning europa league even pays any big money so what's the point. england have 3 domestic competitons, spain and most european leagues have only 2 so you can understand why english clubs don't give a toss about europa league!

u epl fans always come up with ridiculous arguments. If epl teams don't take the europa league serious why is it that Fulham played their hearts out to get to the finals of one of the editions (can't remember the year) only to be beaten by a la liga team?
Superiority of La liga over has manifested in many forms; Spain is the best national team today all thanks to the quality players its league churns out. The winners of ballon d'or are mostly from the la liga.

When they say that la liga is all about 2 teams, u would expect the epl teams to dominate in the europa league. But that's not the case. Even there the Bilbaos, the villareals, the athletico madrids have consistently shown that they are better than the spurs, fulhams, stokes etc. In summary;

very funny. Messi was ballon d'or runner up for 2 years. He never got discouraged. He worked hard and the rest is history: 3 ballon d'or winner.
