Deltagiant: At the bolded, I had the same impression when i first saw the clip. But the issue of identity in the western Igbo is such an emotional one that Oliseh should have known it was no longer funny. He's got a new prominent job, and there will be many more opportunities to clarify his position on this matter. And he need to do it. the question is whether that event was organized for Igbo achievers or just Nigerian achievers because I dont see the reason why the issue of Igbo was even raised |

abagoro: I guess Americans, Europeans, Africans, Rivers people are equally Hausa-Fulani. Do you think only Igbos have this your perception (which of course is false)? Why not let Ogbia and Bayelsans cause the trouble and face the consequences than buy a case you have no hand in. The resultant war will still lead to Bayelsans conniving with the rest of Nigeria against you.
Igbos really need to understand this my adage. Failure is denied by the parents but Igbos adopt failures as children in Nigerian politics. People like Pat Utomi are success and are solidly into Igboism but because he supports Buhari or is against rebellion, they will label him traitor. my comment is off topic...that the west condemn your government does not mean they are really wishing you the best...it is a case of if their interest is served by your govt.eg Libya, iraq |

lygn19: D kind of money Rochas has stolen in Imo state even Niger delta governors are learning work. Can u tell me one reasonable capital project Rochas engaged in since he became governor?... Even his position in Apc is not for d sake of imo people its for his pocket, he just wants ti secure a place for himself when he leaves govt house, Amaechi wud criticise Apc or Buhari in some situation but I bet u Rochas can't do dat. If he is a wise man, what he shud bargain for since he played a role in Buhari's election and in Apc, is to attract one reasonable federal govt project to the southeast, when I said Federal govt project, I don't mean roads or street lights, sth better dat can genarate employment for a long time. well there is still time for him to make amends |

lygn19: U see how fraudulent he is, just like I said he used it to catch d minds of d imo state ppl. When I am at imo state, somehow I begin to wonder if the state receives any allocations at all. Owerri city is not big,its just like a local govt in some states yet it's not worth boasting with. Imo has a strong economy but d leaders are acting like all dz typical igbo men with shop mentality, someone who wud ba making millions from a kiosk yet he is ok with the kiosk he has instead of him to develop it. Dats what I see rochas as, he has no clear policy. another issue I have with him is quality of his construction jobs especially roads...sometimes I wonder if he does not know the poor quality jobs being done he just does not care |

lygn19: He didn't wat he actually used in catching d hearts of imo lites were d free education programme. To me it's useless, if u bring an average imsu student dats bright and an average student from a school like uniport or FUTO d difference is soo much. Free education without quality is useless all he succeeds in doing us after making some people suffer tru d university they come out dissapointed, half of d graduates leave d state to other states for jobs, 1quarter stays back, while d oda quarter only God knows. That's y most times u can go to a club, in another state, ph for example and u wud see a full blown graduate from imo state engaging in some rubbish acts. It pains me. that free university education has now being scrapped after his reelection |

How many times have u stood up for the common anioma man. Does our ohaneze recognize pat utomi as an igbo son? funny how a non Igbo Ralph uwechue became ohaneze president(not that the groups is anything to be proud off) |

shachris: you mean the kids running around this faceless forum claiming igbo? Most of them prob do not know their origin. they should go back and ask their fathers and grand fathers which kids?and what if they are from anioma but identify themselves as Igbo how does that concern or hurt you?is it not said by people who are so much interested in any anioma person saying he is not Igbo that Igbo people should allow one identify with what he wants?so if the person chooses Igbo you now turn back and ask him to ask his parents?what if he I not interested in that? |

BADNEAT: what has Ihedioha got to do with those that were killed in anambra trust me if Ihedioha had won and that statement made by PMB,we would have had condemnations from him which would have compelled the president to retract his statement and apologise...what we have today is a governor who dances the tunes of PMB and his co oppressors...hence with Ihedioha as governor a synergy would have been formed in the east with the current situation of things in the country to seek diplomatic means of freeing our people from this slavery that has been pronounced by PMB @97 n 5% you must be living in lalaland if you think for once Ihedioha would interested in Biafra instead of the next political office he can hold |

abagoro: Are you saying that Owerri to Umuahia is a non-stop sprawl? I know Owerri to Egbu, Emekuku and Awaka is a sprawl and after a short forest of About 2km you enter another Mbaise sprawl but I do not know Mbaise to Umuahia.
What this means is that there is land crisis. mbaise to umuahia is pretty much the same..as for land crises I am not too such because if you vie off the road on each side there are still pockets of empty land but the scattered settlement pattern in the east is a bit of an issue and quite frankly in those areas along the road that look like forest from the express you might be surprised to see settlements in those areas |
