Sending paid mail to them but do you think sending letter written by your lawyer through dhl can deliver to appropriate office in British embassy in Lagos? Your best goal is to have someone to help you in the UK or getting a immigration lawyer in the UK

My application was on 21st of June 2022 it is a standard uk visit visa and am traveling alone. I am thinking of sending a paid mail to them and also sending a letter written by my lawyer through DHL to the British embassy in Lagos. I will enclose my first passport in 2010 data page and the visa page and my recent application, my university in Nigeria certification that I graduated in 2009 .What do u think? What other option do u think I can employ. The lawyers I contacted in the uk are asking for huge some and I can’t afford it. Exploring local options please am open to suggestions

Bros, Write a detailed email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk Tell them how they've made a mistake with your application and how everything on the refusal letter has nothing to do with you. Include a copy of the refusal letter too. If your assertions are true, It will be resolved with no financial recourse to you.

The way France do make a decision is very poor and act of scamming lol, 80% applicant’s that gotten France visa are those who had a travel history to Uk, US, Australia and Schengen countries. They believed that once those mentioned country issued their country visa to any applicant you are automatically qualified they don’t have time to treat visa application.

I did biometrics with my daughter as a single parent for health and care worker visa on 27th June 2022.
I received my passport from DHL with visa on 20th July but my daughter’s passport wasn’t sent instead UKVI requested for more documents for her,which I have sent.
I received an SMS just now from TLScontact that her passport is ready and will be delivered in a few days.
Please house,can she be denied her visa after mine is been granted?
Am scared because of the delay.
Hers took exactly nine weeks while mine was just three weeks.

Not necessarily if you are luck to booked a free appointment date for all of them or different date within the same week, is not compulsory you should submit together because I did the same thing for my family.

Sorry bro, you can’t use company account fund for travel expenses, please try and build your account for the next 6 month, if you can try this method believe me you will get it this time. Place your self on a salary i.e by paying yourself monthly salary from your company account to your personal account for a duration of 6 month, depending on how your company is trading you can place your self on monthly salary of 500k or more with transaction remark (SALARY).

With this method as a company owner you can analyze your yearly income through the salary you are paying yourself, and have a specific amount you would be spending each month as your monthly expense.

When you are ready to apply next you will submit your company account along with your personal account. I will advise you not to travel as a family in your next application, maybe you and your wife first or you alone so your kids can stand as your tie back home.

Hello gurus in the house, please I need your help and advice. I got a refusal letter and some of the figures stated as the reason for refusal are different from what I used in the application. For example: where they stated 296.42 NGN(£595.26). The figure I used in the application was £595.26 but 293,269.24 NGN. I think there is an error there. Also, I submitted the business account statement, it seems they didn't look at it at all because that is where I had huge deposits as a result of business transactions not even in my personal account. Although some of the huge deposits I made in my personal account was evidenced with documents.

I just made up my mind this year about relocating to the UK, I have families in the UK that bear the same surname as mine (My Grandfather now late migrated many years ago and remarried an English woman there). He mainly had sons and one is a retired British Army officer (the one whom I'm close to in communication). My uncle, is willing to help with an invitation for Family Visa and already asked me to send a draft so he can work on it and submit it but I am really sensing he's not willing to be in any way financially obligated to cater for me which is not a problem cos I have lots of other contacts that can sort that, now the question is this, will it be easier and cheaper going as a dependant to my girlfriend who is currently seeking admission towards next year or I should go with my Uncle's invite.

Also cos I am new to this I don't know how to come up with writing the invite, if I am writing it the same way I should for a visitation which specifically states the proposed date of entry and exit or it can be written as a means of settlement based on the relationship.

I read on the UK visa website that a family visa applicant with strong ties as British citizens can have unlimited stay and permanent residence (the whole thing is confusing, to be honest).

Also, if I decide to go with a regular visit is it possible to change my visa status or extend it while over there before it expires?

I used both my salary account and savings and I explained every other payment as low as to 5,000 naira that’s not related to my salary in cover letter on my salary account my outflow didn’t match though but since I explained some other payment as low to 5,000 and other large deposits that’s not up to my amount stated as salary on my cover letter that’s what I did

If her monthly expenses is not accurately she can declare the highest monthly expenses figure , or better still your wife can run her bank account for another 6month to correct the mistake and make sure her monthly expenses is accurate on specific amount eg (50k) more or less .

Better still she can stipulate with certain amount she would be spending each month for example maybe 50k each month, she can withdraw the 50k with this formula 20k, 10k, 20k each month to make a total amount of (50k) to avoid story of the gods.

If you decided to sponsor your wife for the trip you need to submit your bank account statement that shows the source of your income, along with your wife bank account statement plus sponsorship letter.

Eco mentioned her monthly expenses is more than what she declared, your wife should go through her 6 month bank statement to calculate how much she spends on each month.

Yes, I am resident in Europe and I included every single document you had mentioned regarding family ties, proof of income, a copy of my UK visa, bank statements, sponsorship letter and a cover letter. We’re thinking of reapplying and addressing the issue of her expenditure being over and beyond her income as she transfers money into her salary account from the upkeep account so as to use her ATM card to withdraw the monies. The ATM card is actually linked to her salary account which was the only account presented on her part.

They are scammer I did paid for myself ,my wife and 3 kids they chop all our money last last they canceled our application, I think VFS as open you can try and do it normal way.

Hello Everyone.

I am very delight to say that i got my France visa. First timer; 30 days, multiple entry.

Submitted at VFS, 6th July.
Documents began processing, and was dispatched via UPS 15th.
UPS delivered on the 18th, my flight was on the 20th.

This would not have been possible without God and you guys.
I've been following this thread and check past posts back 2 back before applying.

Don’t you know France use other big country to judge their country visa, they believe that if UK, USA issued their visa to any applicant or you are issued Schengen visa in the past make their work easier to decide on your application. If not how France decide visa within 24hrs or within 3 days lol?

But some first timer got their visa with 5 % out of 100%
