If you still can't figure out a way, send a PM.

Okay. Thank you. You mean something like the popularly advertised Chipper?

Nigerian banks have a $20 month limit. If the amount is more than $20, it won’t go through.

Thank you for your response. It's above $20. How do I do it now? You have any suggestions?

Good evening everyone. Please, I am having challenges with paying for my application fee online. Access Bank isn't allowing that, and several other banks I tried failed too. I don't understand, is there anything behind this?

As at today, the covid19 in Nigeria is 436 per day. The issues between UAE with Nigeria is the level of irresponsible leaders we have in Nigeria. It's very difficult to see any country that respect Nigeria as a country. The day Emirates airlines landed in Nigeria, I saw our leaders cutting cake for them. What rubbish .

See, when it is time to criticize Nigerian leaders, we will. On this one, UAE is just acting up and being unnecessarily difficult. This is far from all you are saying. There are countries with more cases of COVID-19, are their citizens banned from entering UAE?

Good day gurus,

Please, I would appreciate if you can give us the current applicants (Fall 2002) hints on the period we should expect invite for PhD interviews. I understand some applicants, especially domestic applicants are already getting invites in droves. I got to know this via Twitter. What was your experience? Should we be looking to January or February? Thank you.

You all are always quick to throw this alliance card. It's is irritating. Igbo and Hausa have been putting head together since the years of Balewa and Azikwe. If Yoruba race working with Hausa for the very first time since all these years of Nigeria's existence is your problem, keep living in delusion. You really think Yoruba care about your scheme? It's clear we don't give a damn.

Awolowo had issues with Akintola cos of his Balewa-alliance. Yoruba supported Awo, you Igbos didn't work for him. Abiola was a national appeal, you Igbos didn't support him. In fact, he won in opponent home state - Kano. He swept results in the North. Olu Falae was Yoruba choice, but did he get you guys support? You go with Northern appeal in Obj.

Please, stop mouthing Yoruba in your political miscalculation.

Your article is long but let me give some hints.

What stops a man who gives delegates 3 million each to vote him from paying and inducing party members during direct primaries.

In a Case where there are reports of manipulations or outright falsification of results as noticed in all direct primaries conducted so in Nigeria what will happen.

Since direct primaries cannot hold in some wards in Nigeria today cos of insecurity what becomes the faith of party members in that ward.

How can you hold an election without knowing the number of people that are expected to vote

Thank you. Most people don't think before making submission. Direct primary will be porous and strenuous for our democratic climate.

VISA Approved today in Abuja.

School: University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Program: PhD Chemical Engineering.

COA: $41483
Funding: $46298

Time Slot: 09:15 am but I got there around 08:00 am and was interviewed around 11:00 am.

Only one VO attended to Non-Immigrants - the bald white male (without glasses).

While outside, I noticed a lot of people left with blue papers. When I got in, this trend continued including one going for her master's in public health with her family.
For the white paper rain, four people before me were approved in a row. The first was a guy going for his MS (Finance or something in that line). He is an accountant and got a loan of about #6 million for his program. Next is a lawyer going for a visit/vacation. He had been to the US on two occasions (One for his nephew's graduation and second, for a visit to his sister in California). The third is a guy going to Georgia State University for his MS (Biology or Virology. I couldn't hear him well). He had a deficit of around $780. The fourth is a lady going to Georgia State University for her MS too. She has a deficit of around $14k.

Now, my turn.

Vo: (While stepping forward to him) Can I have your documents, please?
Me: Yeah, sure. Good morning!

Vo: Good morning.
Me: How are you today?

Vo: Fine. Have you traveled out before?
Me: No, I have not.

Vo: Place your fingers on the fingerprint scanner.
(I did exactly as he instructed).

Vo: What University are you going to?
ME: I am going to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville for my PhD degree in Chemical Engineering.

Vo: Why did you choose this school?
Me: I chose to join University of Arkansas for a number of reasons:
First, my research interest is in the area of membrane separations and Professor Wickramasinghe is a leading researcher in this area. He is currently working on membrane separations for biofuels to solve the problem (I had a lot to talk about but he didn't give me enough chance to state my reasons for choosing this school. He nodded and cut me)

Vo: What do you do?
Me: I am lecturer at the chemical engineering department, OAU. I teach first year and second year undergraduate courses in biochemical engineering and chemical separations. I also assist professors with research activities and guide students with homework and research activities.

Vo: What will you be coming back to do?
Me: I will be returning to my work as a lecturer I and set up my lab where I can continue my research and at the same time mentor young minds for the future.

Vo: Do you have any friends or family members in the US?
Me: No, I don't have any one in the US.
(He typed for a while and said the golden words).

Vo: Everything looks okay. I will be recommending your visa for approval. This paper will explain how you will pick up your passport in 2-3 days. Take this I-20 with you always.
Me: Thank you. Have a great day

PS: The above was my fourth attempt. The first three attempts were for MS Chemical Engineering at SDMines without funding.

Congratulations boss! Best wishes. I pray I will share my transcript with joy too when it is time.

Oga, there's nothing like profiling. I spent three days there and spoke about my experience. I made my assertion by gathering credible evidence as the boys were so loud. It was so clear by conversations on the pool side cos that is their usual gathering, especially in the evening.

My narration didn't lead EFCC to go carry out whatever raid, so rest. I spoke about my experiential evidence, but you that probably don't know the hotel location is questioning me.

I said my observation and stand by it. That place is a den for yahoo boys. I regretted that I lodged there for the three days I spent there.

I've once lodged in that hotel. It is a home for yahoo boys. It's crazy that some brought indian hemp to the pool side. I had to be spending my time in Obasanjo Library for most of the three days there.

Well, it also depends on the school. BGSU clearly stated that Nigerian cards will not work for paying of application fees. Others might say credit card but our cards will still work.

I agree. Hence, I said that may be an isolation.

Good afternoon all. Please, I would need guidance on how to make my application fee payment for University of Maryland. The options are eCheck and credit card, which obviously are not our normal debit card here. I want to ask from those with experience if there are ways to make the payment from Nigeria.

I would appreciate your kind response.

Odidigboigbo:
Awolowo didn't promote his AG beyond SW, but Zik was able to promote his NCNC beyond SE , that was while NCNC and NPC was able to form alliance and form the first government after independence. That alliance gave birth to the north being the prime minister and SE being the president and senate President of Nigeria living the SW to nothing. It was the alliance of SE and North that gave birth to second republic, North being the president and SE Vice president, middle birth being the senate President, leaving the SW with their AG to nothing again. So tell me, when did Awo played national politics? Awo conniving with some failed northern politicians does not make him a nationalist. Look at the names you just mentioned and tell me where they stand in northern politics during their era. Can Ibrahim Warizi stand with Amadu Bello or Tafawa Bellewa? Can Aminu Kano or Baralabe Musa that was disgrace out of office, stand with Shahu Shagari during their time? What was the result of SW national politics during Awo period?
In 1999, they still maintain their regional outlook with AD while the SE follow more nationalistic party. You can't change history, SW are known for regional politics, they only came to what look like national politics with Buhari.

Awolowo promoted AG beyond SW. He was just too ideological to get the neccesary support. In fact, he along other AG entourage was jeered in the North in one of their national campaigns. He made appeal in the mid-west. By the way, you seems to be ignorant of the fact that Late Ladoke Akintola was in the small circle of Sir Ahmadu Bello and Tafawa Balewa before their gruesome murder by those we must not mention. Would you consider Akintola move as a 'SW' national push or not?

Hmmmm... While I am not happy he is dead, I would like to buttress this your point. The truth is that, you are perfectly right. That's why it always seems like Hausa dominate everywhere. I've an uncle that retired as a top-level officer in NABTEB, he helped no one throughout his stay in the Board. Above all, you really can't tell if this particular man helped his people or not. So, jumping into conclusion maybe wrong.
