And at what rate does it charge?
Is there any difference between pos and atm as per charges?

Pos is a machine you swipe your Atm card/Debit card/credit card when you want to pay for items you bought at the store. (Free)

Atm : You can only withdraw money from your card and you will be charge for service fee (not free)

Book a $1,500 flight to Nigeria to come track the guy who scammed you of a small amount of money and also waste your precious time.
