The mercenaries sponsored by the evil old order,those who are so scared of the next big thing in Igbo land,has vowed to keep the area constantly tensed,in other to stop Anambra state being given a full statues of an oil producing state. Just as the news came in that two more oil wells has been discovered in Aguleri,the came shooting innocent people in their farm lands. The people of Kogi shld be careful about forces using them to forment trouble and as much as we have indigenous Igala in Anambra state,hence the Igala people of Kogi state seen as an ally to ndigbo,it may nt stop Anambarians from taking their own pound of flesh,when pushed to the wall. Punkinmusty:The same Islam that failed them,took away the future of their children,left them to wander in desperation,yet rich Islamic countries like Behrain,Qatar,Saudi-Arabia,Dubai,Kuwait etc couldnt offer a helping hand. The christian countries they like to detest,persecute and criticise,are the once showing true christian love of kindness as taught by Jesus christ. Suffice it to remind you that it is a crime in some muslim nations for you to practise christianity...what happens to freedom of association,until islam seperates itself from self imposed extremism,they may never get it right. At a time when you think that Boko haram has almost been defeated,we still hear the Army telling us they ve recaptured one town or the other. The big question is,can the Army tell us exactly how many towns are still under the control of Boko haram? Who wld believe that some of our territries are still under the control of Boko haram,after all this media show by the military. Well as Nigerians,we will always support the Army and pray for their success. |

Just barely a day when the kogi state military command paraded over 70 boko haram suspects,arrested in a place called boko haram village,near obajana. It seems their fellow members are attacking the DSS in an apparent show of supremecy.Boko haram has again proven that they can activate sleeping cells when the need arises.Nigeria is still in for a long thing. What is happening in the North is akin to 'voice of Jacob,hands of Esau'. Until we hit the shepherd,only then will the flocks scatter.....who is the shepherd?your guess is as good as mine. Imagine you asking what will 'ordinary' Fulani herdsmen do with a ransom of 100 million naira? Let me Educate you, how much does an AK 47 riffle cost in the black market(roughly 1-2million Naira),excluding bullets,bullet proof jack etc and reports have it that atimes they number as much as 100-150 men when they attack indigenous tribes of middlebelt,all armed with AK47 and Kalashinikov etc And you ve the guts to ask what they will do with 100million naira,but how are we sure they are nt they once raising finances for Boko Haram,in their quest to continue with Othman Dan Fodio unfinished Jihad and Islamizatn of the minorites and Nigeria. Nigeria is a big joke,one lunatic called Dr.Junaid has a field day making unguarded utterances capable of inciting sectarian crises,he is welly respected some where in the North as an elder statesman.Another psycho calls himself an Oba and celebrated in the south west,his name is Mr Akiolu,he walks freely in the street of Lagos,with the toga of a king,after calling for a genocide against an ethnic group,what an irony. In the middlebelt region,there is an on going ethnic cleansing of the minority tribes by the 'almighty' fulani cattlemen,they are rather pampered and the riot act was read to the indigenes by government,that they will do everything to deal with cattle rustlers and nothing has actually been said about the Fulani gun men killing the indigenes. Along came a group known as MASSOB,whose only crime is there peaceful agitation for freedom as enshrined in our constitution.Dont they have the absolute right to demand for a divorce in a strange marriage where they are constantly battered with injustice,hate,prejudice,gross insensitivity,hostile neighbours,lack of opportunities to explore their individuality as a group and the worst forms of marginalization.....a philosopher once said,'they denial of our right is an invitation to fight for it'. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Keyamo patronizing the government to see if he cld be considered for an appointment,since he has now perpetually lost out in being a (SAN)senior advocate of Nigeria for quiet some years now......i gave up on him when he defended Sylva,the corrupt ex-Governor of Bayelsa in court against charges of corruptn brought against him by EFCC. Sylva being an APC chieftain got the charges against him dropped immediately PMB took over helm of affairs of Nigeria. I wonder if all these 'latter days saints' in APC,have moral justification to talk about intergrity and corruption. I do not have issues with the re-instated Army boys nor do i have with the serial offender Police man known as Zakari Biu.But my fear is the kind of precedent the present regime wld have set at the end of their tenure,government they say is 'continum',offenders who has been found guilt of crimes against the state in the past regime,shouldnt be let free because some one somewhere believes that his people must benefit dubiously from his mandate....i am tired of travelling this vicious circle called Nigeria,i often wonder how we declined to this level,this is indeed the lowest ebb any nation can find itself. 8 Likes |

Until we start telling ourselves the truth,we may never get it right. I for once do not believe in the present fight against corruptn in Nigeria,except it is done with honesty and truth. How else can one explain certain decisions of this government that only portrays them as mischievous and malicious. From my understanding i know that,nepotism,tribalism and favouritism are some of the worst forms of corruptn and yet a government that won an electn on the platform of intergrity,has so much frittered away its popular surport on the basis of 'jingo' tribalism. Like serious PMB is messing around with this kind of appointments,who is he trying to deceive,giving out irrelevant positions to others and some gullible people are already hoodwinked into thinking that he is balancing the appointments. Cant the deputy be given the privilege of appointing his P.As,no wonder the office of the deputy president in Nigeria,is more or less a glorified house keeper. Yes we igbos are very proud to have supported a minority tribe,inspite of the institutionalized marginalization of the minorites.Our culture forbids injustice and encourages equality to all,with emphasis on merit. My big question is,why do yorubas always stoop so low to see that their Hausa-Fulani masters always rule over them and yet hausa-Fulanis only see Yorubas as their Allah made perpetual servants.The dorminance and take over of(Illorin)kwara state and instantly installing a Fulani-Hausa emir,the subjection of Yorubas in some part of Kogi as a conquered lots are only but a few of the Master-Slave relationship....and some people are okay with it,in other not to provoke their ferocious master.
