Your story get as he be sha. Firstly, I think you're feeling guilty because you're the one that advised her not to abort the pregnancy, and convinced her to tell her parents instead, and somehow feel the need to always help her whenever she mention her son. But let me tell you this, that is not in anyway your responsibility!!! The problem started since the time she decided to be having premarital sex, got addicted to it in the process and even proceeded to do it without protection. And since she made this decision herself, then she should have been prepared for the consequences. Also, from your write up, her parents turned her down, and she moved in with the guy to start living with him - as his wife. Your write up didn't say they are legally married in anyway. This just point to the fact that the lady might just be a dependent fellow - without any direction and you might have just escaped a bullet. Finally, it seems she's not working at all, and since her parents already rejected her, I doubt they will still be sending her money like they probably do before, and since she doesn't have a job, she resorts to always calling you for help. If you really wish to help her, then the best thing you can do for her is to get her something doing. it might be a job, or a business. But this is in no way your responsibility. Only do it if you wish to, and ensure you let her know that's the last help she will be getting from you. She put herself in the mess, let her sort herself out. |
Also, except you've been living with them all along, you can't say he goes extra miles for his wife. From your write up, it's easy to deduce the woman already has a job before the man lost his, because you don't expect me to believe she got a job immediately the man stopped working, so she have the capacity to do some things for herself. And during those times, she does house chores and take care of the baby according to your story. But now, he's probably staying at home full time. So, like I said in my previous comment, get your friend a Job, and things will most likely sort itself out because the woman will have no excuse for her current behaviour. |
And apart from House Chores, what has your friend being doing? Has he been looking for job, running a business or just sitting at home doing nothing? Or he just want to sit at home all day without doing anything? Also, all those Friends, family members and Pastors that have tried settling the issue, how have they helped the man financially so far? Have they referred him for a job, gave him money to start a business? Or all they do is just try to talk to the woman? In all, mind your business and leave the man alone with his family. If any of you really want to help him, then you should be more worried about getting him back up financially than about him doing house chores. The root of the entire problem is him going broke, and nothing will change until he take back his role as the breadwinner of the family. All this noise and blackmail won't change a thing. If you're really concerned, help him start up a business OR get him a job! And that's if this story is true, because it looks fake to me. |
Nice work OP. |

phelonrays:It's 43 Slawormir:No be ancestor him be? @OP, if you're really willing to settle down with her as you claim in your post, then it all depends on her accepting or not. Age is just a number and you both can handle it well provided you and the lady are not petty, (by constantly reminding your spouse about the age difference either during a discussion or argument). We have people with larger age difference getting married everyday. Example is Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels. It's no big deal. |
I will like to see the video talked about in the article |
Rather than click that link, I will go and research on the topic, even though that will cost me more time ![]() |
But I thought Airline staffs earn a good income? And if she's one of the top executives as claimed in the story, then how come she still have to borrow 1.5m Naira for a wedding they have been planning since 2019? Apart from that, what happened to all the money from Ask Ebi sale, since it's before Corona? Abi those people didn't pay up? To also think all his siblings advice him not to argue with her and let her have things her way even make everything more ridiculous. And the guy even took a loan and sold his car? Also, they are living in an 800k/year apartment, And from the story, it was 650k initially which means they have probably been living together for a while. That means they are living large in one of this highbrow areas which translates to additional expenses. The story also claim the parents and all her family members are not in support of such huge expenses, but she insisted. This should have been the golden signal for this man (if this story is in any way true). Because refusal to listen to anybody including her parents shows she's very stubborn, and will definitely remain stubborn after marriage, because marriage can never change a man or woman. In conclusion, the writer is a very good one, and lessons have been learnt, but I will tell myself the story is not true, because everything I read up there cannot just be true. ![]() As a side note, wedding, burial, birthday and many other things people throw huge parties for are quite unnecessary and a waste of time and money. To get married, you only need two witnesses, both families and a magistrate, pastor or Imam. All the extra/huge expenses are unnecessary. |
Lol. The policemen didn't follow you? |
SpicyMimi:Good father and husband? He is not even married. so he is not yet an husband, talk less of a "good" one. Also, he has four Children, the first was born in the USA, but the identity of the mother is unknown. two (twins) were from a surrogate mother, and the last one from his current girlfriend ![]() I can't say if he is a good father or not, because that depends on the way he treats all his children, but he is definitely not a good husband, worthy of imitation by his fans. |
EFCC needs to investigate all LGAs in the country, not just Kwara State own. Also, The man is supposed to write a petition to EFCC, not Twitter invitation. Like someone said above, it might be audio invitation because the article didn't mention any petition or letter. |
JAMO84:Lol. Then no company in the world is a manufacturer ![]() You see, as far as innoson is the one giving the specifications, and as far as the company manufactures some components in Nigeria, he is a car manufacturer. There's no car manufacturing company in the world that manufactures everything, they give specifications, outsource and assemble. This applies to electronics, aircraft and many other things as well. In fact, in some cases, the companies don't give specifications, they just buy the required items and build their product on it. This applies majorly to electronics and aircraft (engines particularly). |

EngineerBode:Lol. That's why almost all the top goal scorers have a considerable amount of penalties among the goals they've scored so far. Tough defenders giving out cheap penalties ![]() Less leaky, as used by that guy does not necessarily mean the toughest. It just means they concede lesser goals. |
Nyanabo:The guy that person quoted was talking about European Golden boot. Someone had said Ronaldo will win it, and he quoted to explain Lewandowski has better chances of winning. You can go back to read those comments to get the full picture. It's not about being delusional ![]() |
zudozz:Are you serious about this? |

Lol. At least he already owns/drive a brand new car and won't spend money on buying cars again ![]() The car is actually brand new, since it was constructed from scratch ![]() Unlike some of us that the newest car we have entered so far is Tokunbo. ![]() |
Hunchogee:Lol. if you read my first post you quoted well, i never said he bombed a pipeline. Rather, that was part of the accusations laid down by the woman in the video. So, saying the woman have temperamental issues is not a reasonable explanation for that kind of accusation. Also, with the way you have been defending him on this thread, and supporting all those who drop a comment in his support, its quite clear you are his fan, and its not all about dropping facts. No need to deny that. Finally, if you haven't seen all the videos, then try to get everything. All those allegations cannot be disputed by the accuser having temperamental issue or her marrying 4 husbands. Even if he doesn't want to deny it, he could have threatened to sue her. At least that would have made more sense than this. |
Hunchogee:You are the one that need to buy sense. It seems being a fan of Akpabio have block your senses from simple comprehension. Go back and read that comment again, and this time read it slowly. |
blowjohn:Her having temperament issues, does not explain the allegations. It's just like someone accusing you of stealing from and destruction of properties of a government agency you're overseeing, among other stuffs, and all you could say to defend yourself is that she have temperamental issues and need to see a doctor. If you watched the videos, you'll understand my point better. She accused him of bombing pipelines, Corruption, forcing her to take a oath to commit crime without talking among other stuffs. And this is all he could say to reply her? He didn't even deny any of the allegations. |
UnusualJhay:How is it possible to build an 18 storey building within 8 months? The simple fact is that the building must have started long ago before he became minister. And him mentioning her personal life instead of denying the allegations doesn't make him strong or sharp. If anything, it only shows she might be right. |
BeLookingIDIOT:Even at that, that's still not an explanation for all the accusations. Imagine accusing a minister of bombing pipelines, corruption among other stuffs, and all he could say to defend himself is that she have anger issues. Does it make sense? |
ruggedtimi:Ok. |
Maxymilliano: ruggedtimi:Read the last sentence in the second to the last paragraph. Abi make I screenshot for you? |
Vickyace, go and update the website na ![]() I noticed you update on Monday to Friday before but this last week, you missed a day Oya, go and update, abeg |
