eddiebruk: Indeed Nigeria is really backward, of course when there are no infrastructure the people are bound to celebrate what is not even worth being considered a worthy development, bring in your insults by trying to politicize it comparing GEJ regime with others, but this is just between Lagos and Kaduna, what happens to the other 34 state,..? really you want to celebrate this in a country...? Ya'all should take a break and get out of Nigeria to see better haulage schemes.
We do know that of course.
Our pace has been sabotaged over the years, and somebody is here to set the pace back.

It is gradual process.

If a child that was once fat is starved, he will grow thin. And the child wouldn't grow fat instantly the day he is fed again.

Even at that desperate point, trying to over feed him to grow fat instantly will result to problem.

GEJ could be slow, but he is making progress...gradual process na the koko!

Afam4eva: While i think Malawi are grasping at straws, i also think Keshi's comment was racist.
Racist as how?
Yes, he might have gone extreme by tagging him "mad"

He is a white man as Keshi pointed out, or do u want Keshi to call him a black man. I'm sure that one will lead to "he calls me monkey"

The man is just playing to gallery ni jare!

The man condemned himself, not Keshi....and what's there in being white.

Hasn't Keshi mingled and played with, for and against them in the time past.

He should charge him for another adjective, but white!

Gaming › How Often Do You Play The Games On Your Phones, And When Do You? by ayobase(op): 11:53pm On Aug 23, 2013
Hardly will you come across any phone without a game on it.

Snake Xenzia (the favourite of all), Sudoku, Music League, Bounce, Tone Wizard, brick breaker, brick builder, keyboard master, soccer and the likes.

These games are not there for "bankunjo" purpose, but to relax our minds at a point in time, and after the stress of the day while unwinding. For some, it is to play away time, while it is sleeping pill for some, when it is to keep boredom away for some.

Game is meant for the young and old, boys and girls, men and women, ladies and gentlmen from every walk of life.

Was surprised seeing my old man playing Brick builder some weeks back. I have always known him to be a very busy person, and maybe too SPIRITUAL to playing games. But he does have the time to play game also.

Some friends are Snake Xenzia's experts. I'm still trying hard to beat a record.

As for me, I play game anytime I feel like.

-When I wanna browse, but no EDGE or 3G.

-I sometimes play in the toilet if I'm gonna be spending quality time.

-When I wanna sleep.

-When I'm waiting for interviews (of course)

-When not driving

-When in the hospital's waiting lobby

-When I wanna clear my head off. My alcohol and cigar!

-When bored.

My favourites are Snake Xenzia, Brick destroyer and Brick Builder.

What about you. Don't tell me you don't play game!

Games on mobile phone only!

What's ur favourites, and when do u?

I'm playing brickbreaker right now!

source: Court Orders Student To Pay Fiancée N80,000 For ‘Using’ Her
The Upper Area Court II, Gombe, has ordered David, a 25-year-old, undergraduate to pay the sum of N80,000 to his fiancée,
talkofnaija Binta Williams, as part of claims for the ‘damages’ which he inflicted on her within the two years in which they co-habited as lovers.

Williams had accused David as having “camped and used” her for almost two years in his room, while promising to marry her. The accused, confessed that he impregnated Binta twice and aborted the pregnancies, while promising to marry her, but had pled with her that she would have to wait for him to graduate within three years.

Williams revealed to the court that the accused had harassed her and thrown her belongings away, telling her that the “relationship is over,” and that despite all her efforts to resolve issues, he did not want to see her again. Williams also said that she had reported him to the nearest police station for them to be reconciled.
“He used and dumped me, after sleeping with me for quite long; he said he would marry me, but he didn’t. Now, I am claiming damages of humanity,” Wiliams told the court.

Binta prayed the court to make David pay her the sum of N500,000 for the damages, but the judge, Alhaji Salihu Baffa, advisedly ruled that the accused pay her the above mentioned amount.
where is coogar?

what do you say of the judge?

dont8: You can make it up to me by apologising knowing that Chillisauce has every right to disagree
with the write-up, because as a human, we will always differ with an opinion.
I did think of that though, and I'm sorry for that.

I easily get pissed off when seeing/hearing our youths being lackadaisical over Nigeria matter.

Read days back that 20,000 or so died everyday due to low food production (not that they don't have money to purchase). Then, we question our once booming Agricultural sector.

".....they are not making productive use of their labour...."

And truly, Education and Technology are not the answers.

We import Engineers, when we have thousands of Engineers roaming the streets of Nigeria.

170 Nigerian Pilots unemployed cos we import Pilots.

We neglected Agriculture to embrace Crude oil at the detriment of lives.

We export the inadequate power supply, thereby leading to gradual de-industralization of Nigeria to neighbouring countries.

We import everything , even toothpick from China.

What do we even export?

Been seeing many projects/prototypes from Nigerians, but how many of them have been sponsored, encouraged, noticed or given appointment...even if na toy dem dey build.....instead, we lose them to countries that know their values, and with good compensation.

The youths wouldnt occupy Nigeria for lack of jobs, for importing Engineers and the likes, we wouldn't occupy Nigeria against "25 years of experience to have a job", no occupying against people in government like Arab Spring.

No wonder a MUMU article about Nigerians was released by Lagbaja....we are all MUMUs....we rather meddle in insignificant issues like oga at the top, Yerima, and others....what have we done about the ASUU strike so far...some are even praying for it to continue.

I guess "to your tent o ye Israel" is the rule of the game.

We need Ghana's revolution to make atleast China's revolution.

We youths here are failures.....check out Egypt atleast.....let's fight for a common purpose that has nothing to do with religion or tribe!

Things that can affect a man’s sperm

You probably know about some of the biggies like smoking, alcohol, illicit drug use or hot tubs impairing a man’s fertility but here are a few things you may not know about:

1. Morning sex = higher sperm count: If you are trying to conceive, time intercourse when his sperm count is at its highest. Researchers have found that men generally have a higher sperm count in the mornings. Men’s intimate interest may be higher in the mornings as well.

2. His weight matters: Women are not the only ones who have weight related fertility issues. Men who are overweight or underweight are more likely to have problems with infertility. Having too much or too little body fat may affect a man’s hormone levels. Scientists in one Finnish study found that a 20 lb weight gain may increase a man’s chance of being infertile by 10 percent.

3. Have more sex not less: Men with low sperm counts are often advised to abstain from sex in order to improve their sperm count, but new research suggests that while this may improve sperm count, too much abstinence can damage the DNA of the sperm that is produced. Australian researchers have found that having daily sex actually improves the quality, if not the quantity of sperm. The thought behind this is that regular ejaculations get rid of the old sperm and make way for newer healthier sperm.

4. Folic acid is not only good for the goose, but it is also good for the gander. Most women know that taking a folic acid supplement is important during childbearing years because it can prevent certain birth defects. You may not have known that it is also important for men to eat a diet containing folic acid. A recent study by researchers at the University of California, Berkley found that men who had lower levels of folic acid (or folate) in their diets had a higher rate of chromosomal abnormalities in their sperm.

5. Avoid soy products. A recent study published by Oxford University Press’s online publication Human Reproduction, suggests that eating a diet high in soy foods could cause men to have a lower sperm count. According to the study, men who ate soy foods were more likely to have lower sperm counts (although not necessarily abnormally low) than men who did not eat soy.

6. Skip the lubricants. Lubricants can impede the movement of sperm. A woman’s cervical mucous is designed to help transport sperm, but many commercial lubricants have the opposite effect. Lubricants like KY Jelly, baby oil, or petroleum jelly have been shown to slow down or damage sperm. Saliva can also damage sperm. One lubricant that is okay to use is Pre-seed. According to one study in the ASRM’s journal of Fertility and Sterility, Pre-seed was not shown to harm or slow down sperm.

7. Watch out for cell phones and laptops. There have been a few studies that have shown that excessive use of laptops or cell phones can cause sperm damage. Laptops, if placed on a man’s lap, get hot over time. The increase in scrotal temperature may have a negative effect on a man’s sperm if he keeps a laptop sitting on his lap for extended periods of time. Similarly, cell phone emissions might also cause sperm damage. Keeping a cell phone in a close proximity to a man’s scrotum could potentially cause a decrease in sperm quality, according to a small research study from the Cleveland Clinic.

greatgod2012:

Most of you’d agree that sex is a wonderful stress buster and can free you from the shackles of a busy life! While having sex regularly increases your immunity, it also acts as a great form of exercise. But did you know that an active sex life is also the key to staying young and living longer? These and more are some of the most amazing health benefits of sex. Read on if you care to know more about them.

Sex helps you sleep better: Having sex before hitting the sack is the best way to ensure a good night’s sleep. This is because the exhaustion following intercourse is a natural reaction of the body which helps in inducing sleep. So after a hectic day at work, indulge in sweat-inducing sex to get some restful slumber.

Sex burns calories: Sex is a great form of exercise and helps burn those stubborn calories. Studies suggest that making love on a regular basis is as good as pumping some iron in the gym. Also, sexual intercourse involves muscular movement of the thighs, legs, arms, shoulders and lower abdomen which equals a total body workout.

Sex reduces pain: Having sex like a pro has some added health benefits! According to studies, vaginal stimulation may lead to increased pain tolerance which in turn has the power to ease out pain during periods, arthritis and migraine. Talk about sex being a pleasurable experience.

Sex may increase fertility: All those of you who are planning to become mommies anytime soon, here’s some good news! According to this report, better sex leads to better chances of conception (Yay). The best way to achieve this is by not treating it like a chore; instead better the quality of sex to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Sex helps fight disease: A good session of sex helps in combating a lot of diseases in both men and women. You will be surprised to know that making love reduces the risk of cancer, heart diseases and even common cold according to this report! Didn’t we say sex is genuinely good for you?

Sex keeps you young: There’s no doubt that an active sex life makes couples live a happy and longer life. Research suggests that sexual intercourse allows the release of endorphins and boosts the skin’s production of vitamin D, which in turn makes one look and feel young. Cool, isn’t it?

Sex improves immunity: Studies have revealed that regular sex leads to higher chances of increased immunity in men and women. So if you are having sex regularly, then you should know that it increases the level of immune-boosting antibody called immunoglobulin A, which helps you fight common illnesses.

Sex helps fight stress: Come on…let’s face it! After a hard day’s work, all you need is some TLC and some mind-blowing sex to fight the stress. The act of lovemaking which involves proper pre-intimacy and orgasm also relaxes your body and mind at the end of the day.

Sex improves bladder control: It may sound weird, but sex can minimise incontinence, a common problem faced by women all over the world. Health experts suggest doing Kegels even during intercourse by gently flexing and tightening your pelvic floor muscles in the same way you would to stop the flow of urine, can improve bladder control.

Sex promotes overall well-being: If you are comfortably happy, then be assured that nothing else can challenge your health! And sex has the capacity to promote the overall well-being of a couple. A steamy session powered by sex can easily perk up your mood and keep you in a happy zone.

Its like supporting Mob action, Revenge is not justice, no one has the power to take the laws into their hands. NO ONE.
If you support this woman then you should also support a man who hits his wife when she provokes him.
Why are we quick to resort to violence and justify violence?
Men will justify hitting their wives, women will justify this action.
I insist no relationship or even marriage is do or die. No one has the right to inflict harm on another.
We cannot condemn one and justify the other, if she was provoked to burn him then we can also excuse men who beat their wives na.

coogar: lmao @ license to fück her....

when did promising to marry a girl become a license to fück and use anyhow? some of you people just come online and ptyalise rubbish. that a man promised to marry a woman does not necessarily mean he must marry her. what if he discovers she's lied about some certain things about herself? he should still marry her because of a yeye promise?

besides, sex is meant to be enjoyed by the 2 parties. no one is using the other. they both agreed to have sëx and they both enjoyed the act. people like you go around with the mentality that having sëx with a man is doing him a favour. you need to come out of your cocoon & understand the planet does not spin on the axis of your vägina.
