payless: What about Jonathan kneeling down before a Yoruba pastor? Does that make Adeboye his master?Adeboye could probably be thinking......"I fit slap this guy face". |
Shine It: Your caption also needed here buddy.Ahhhh....Buhari baba!!!......U were president while i was still a young hustler....nuff respect sir. |
A lot of those BRT bus drivers also need to be checked. I've ridden in a number of buses that their drivers constantly scrap the buses on the concrete barriers at alarming rates. |
I wouldn't mind celebrating Akwa-Ibom's 26years on @Amaaskia's bum. |
If G.E.J really carried out this move, you gotta admit it that its a very daft move. |
Right move.......wrong motive. |
Since it makes travelling more convenient for Easterners, its a highly welcome development. I can place myself in their shoes and imagine how annoying it would be travelling to Lagos or Abuja, just to leave the country by air. |
PvtParts: obviously.Throwing insults randomly only reveals your inner state. I see through you. Can you see how civil I've been so far?? You're the one loosing control. The fact that you were busy talking about average ocean depths in 2 different regions without even knowing what a continental shelf is shows that i shouldn't be argueing with you. |
PvtParts: now u are not making any senseYour arguements only exist in your head. |
PvtParts: so no be tinibu again nah Abacha chief contractor they handle am.The Tinubu administration conceived the idea. It was too costly for Lagos State to carry out so they shopped for investors. (The Chagoury Brothers). How do you think entepreneurs get rich or achieve feats beyond their financial capabilities?? They develop an idea and they sell the ideas to investors. |
PvtParts: mad man.Hehehehe.......I didn't bother reading your points....too long and emotion laden. With the long story you're dropping, Its obvious who's highly worried. Quick question......is it your money?? |
This project dey really affect @ PvtParts seriously oooo......It seems his money was stolen to finance the project. Why don't you and your friends carry placards to the site and protest ?? Dude, save your rants, you're a lone voice crying in the wilderness. Let the water wash the whole project away, as long as its not your family's landed property, you have nothing to wet your pants over........at least its the Chagourys that should be worried not you. The project continues, like it or not. |
Its "their oil" ooo......How can they steal what is theirs?? |
That's a "flying spur" and its a 4door not a convertible. One sharp guy should simply dig out the Bentley when he's buried and we'll see the ad in the Auto section...."Bentley for sale".. |
Donjazzy12: Nonsense! With 555 Billion per year, you call that an achievement. I am really Amazed! If your quoted amout is true, that means Akpabio can comfortably fund a project the size of Eko-Atlantic without private funds. |
biafranqueen: One of new Anambra Government Secretariat BuildingOh Mah Gawd!!!!.....That is one large, ugly building. |
9icegee: nice project. But all u guys talking about it being for de poor and middle class, do poor and middle class people live in skyscrappers? U guys should have a re-think plsThe companies, restaurants, hotels, malls, transport companies, banks etc that will service the Eko Atlantic will employ only the rich, abi?? The rich might own the properties and compnies there but they will have to employ a large army of middle to low- class citizens to service them. |
PvtParts: Common sense is not common. How many times will it be explained that the project was concieved to stop V.I from being washed away. Without it, V.I will currently be under-water. Or are you now smarter than the Foreign professionals that performed the E.I.A The people that are involved in this project are far smarter than you concerning this project and have thought far ahead of your negatively inspired assumptions.A wall of rocks( The Wall of lagos) rises from the sea floor in a triangular shape to hold back the sands. Are you not aware that portions of Netherlands is below sea-level. If the developers of Dubai were thinking like you, iconic projects like the "World Islands" and "Palm Island" wouldn't exist. |
akpomeme: Babaginda a drug addict who should be ashamed of misleading his people in the last 8 years. Because Ameachi don give you money for sniffing and it is finishing you dey speak to beg for more... Aboki inside!!From now on, you're officially known as "Akpos" on NL. |
They have a point there. Their region is being destroyed and with the money released to better the ND region, it just doesn't touch the grass-root because its being cornered by the big-shots in the region. God help them.......but the idea of turning to crime to air your grievances will always be a bad idea. |
Hmmmm.....Very soon, the answer of "I stay in Eko-Atlantic" will be in vouge, when people are asked, "where do you stay". Make i go hustle. |
Wen u finish greening wit envy n seeing ur body complexion change 4m black to green, pls do urself a favour by drinkin uta piapia. Ur emotional depression wil go away n ur body-complexion wil return to black wen u drink it.
Green with envy?? I laff. Those roads in AKS will only be useful when I'm rushing to the beer palour or palmwine joint. |
Akwa-Ibom is still a well tarred village compared to Lagos......period. |
I always wonder why the road contractors here enjoy building open drains.......as if its contents are supposed to be pleasing to the eyes. |
mayten30: are you trying to say no country that has a president that is not corrupt?now if you are opening your mouth to assume that there is no country that do have a president that is not corrupt then that means no one have to complain about good-luck?since u assume obama the president of america is corrupt....see without the other parts of the body the head cannot stay,so corruption starts from the down to up,corrupt leaders did not start corruption when they held top office,it started from grass-root even before they were appointed, that's my point!!!corruption starts from homeWrong, it flows from the top to the bottom. Childen imitate their parents, workers follow their bosses actions and instructions, followers do what their leaders do or instruct.......not the other way around. Name those countries with proof or hold your peace. |
mayten30: ur point is so dry, what about the president of some countries that are not corrupt but they have citizens that are corrupt?can u now see why I said your point makes no senseMention these countries and provide proof that their Leaders aren't corrupt. |
He encourages corruption so what do you expect everyone under him to do?? Why is he the leader?? Doesn't he know he's the number one person that should serve as an example?? A body always goes where the head tells it to go. The moment he stops waving and smiling sheepishly and takes a tough stance against corruption in high places, see if the chain reaction won't transmit to the grassroot. |
