PhonesRe: How Airtel Nigeria Gives Out Your Phone Number To Others Without Notifying You by Babalegba(m): 9:11pm On Sep 05, 2019
APCLyingBastard:
Maybe when you did your biometric registration, the clerk that attended to you made a mistake.

How long did you wait before going to retrieve the line?

Telecoms do re-issue redundant numbers.

Besides, technically it isn't your number but belongs to the Telco.
The person who did my biometric registration for my MTN line put another person's name for my number .I went to their office, kicked up a drink and they rectified the error
PhonesRe: For Those Who Don’t Know: There Are Levels To This Gorilla Glass Thing. by Babalegba(m): 12:58pm On Sep 03, 2019
It's nothing to do with quality of gorrila glass but how the phone fell, a phone that fell on its side is more likely to break than one that fell face down.

LiteratureRe: What To Do When You Can't Reply A Post Or Have Been Banned by Babalegba(m): 2:57pm On Sep 02, 2019
Skyfornia:
How can we get to the mods? Do they have official contacts?? Sometime ago, someone abused me and I replied him also with an abuse quoting his abusive statement too. The next day, I noticed the guy edited his statement and removed the abusive word...then the next 5mins I was banned.
Lol.Some nairalanders are very devious.
CrimeRe: Man & Son Sleep With Daughter In Imo, Impregnate Her, Get Banished (Photos) by Babalegba(m): 8:45pm On Aug 31, 2019
Mynd44:
1. You can't legally vanish anyone from anywhere. This isn't 1376

2. What did the girl do? She is the victim here and she is being punished.
I'm sure that if you are banned and you refuse to go then whatever happen to you after is yours alone to ruminate over , that's if you are still alive

I don't understand, who was taking the pictures. I thought that in a life or death situation like that you won't have the time to take pictures. But then maybe pictures were taken to forestall and parry any awkward questions from Nigerias useless police force later
CrimeRe: Why I Collected N370k Settlement From My Daughter’s HIV+ Rapist - Dad by Babalegba(m): 3:04pm On Aug 29, 2019
But the case is a criminal case not a civil one and only the police and the director of criminal prosecution can withdraw a case. Nigeria is full of ignorance as well as poverty
CrimeRe: 3 ABU students: Police lied, they weren't rescued.....we paid ransom in full by Babalegba(m): 2:25pm On Aug 29, 2019
The police were right to deny random payment so as to deter copycats and discourage those who believe that kidnapping is the way to riches.
PhonesRe: Night Plans Of 1.5gb And Above by Babalegba(m): 11:20am On Aug 29, 2019
ogawisdom:
If I have running monthly data on and I do night subscription hope it won't affect my monthly data package DT is on
It won't affect your monthly subscription as long as you connect to the internet after twelve a.m. It means if you were connected before twelve then you have to disconnect and connect again at 12.01 for the night subscription to take effect. If you fail to do that then your monthly subscription will be affected.

henrygold100:
no, I just want 1.5gb or 1gb that will be together
Then follow the aforementioned procedure and you'll get your 1gig plus. You don't need to wait for one nighttime subscription to finish before doing another one on Airtel, just subscribe five times before you connect to the internet and you'll have more than one gig at a go

henrygold100:

PoliticsRe: “No Law Requires Me To Produce My Certificate” - Buhari To Tribunal by Babalegba(m): 5:46pm On Aug 21, 2019
kutchs:
But just how does one prove that he's educated?
Possession of a certificate is the only way I know to produce that one has received education up to a certain level at least formally which is what's required here.

That you can speak and write good English, were seen in a school compound with uniform and mingling with other students/pupils aren't enough.

It's even shameful that a president of a 21st Century country doesn't and is proud to admit he doesn't have a certificate.

Even more shameful are the host of SANs defending him.
Yawn grin Wailing is outdated and painful to watch. The constitution is above sentiments and must be adhered to. Sentiment is meaningless

This kind of thing causes hardship and poverty in a country as it discourages investment in the country.Nigetian youths are worse than their elders, the elders could claim lack of education for misbehaviour but the youths went to school but are still bereft of economic truths.

Education is important.. But it really isn't everything.. They sold us lies as children.. They said we shall have our future secure if we went to school and did well.. Well reality has dawn on us.. High time today youth look into skilled and manual labor.. Lot of money to be made there
You weren't lied to.Around 1979 undergraduates used to secure jobs before their final exams.,but that was because graduates were not many then and the country needed them but now there are more graduates than is needed.Simple law of demand and supply
