PapaBrowne: The funny thing you failed to realize is that the areas of Lagos being decorated belong to Igbos and other tribes. Non indigenes populate the Island by a massive 80/20 ratio. You should go to you Governors office and check the C of O and Governors consent data.You would be amazed to see how much of Lagos you actually do own.

Igbos and other non indigenes would be super excited because their niegbourhoods are lighted up.

ba7man: The ones usually put along zenith bank rd can b classified as world-class(Yes,Crayola, I'v seen the ones u put up and it can comfortably beat some) and I'm very sure whoever took the photograph of the light festival didn't do it justice. They say a distance of a kilometer is lit with christmas lights and that's all he has to show. I'm sure there's more nd i'll go check it out.
